Abstract

本发明提供一种高频缝纫机,用上下环形带夹着被加工件进行连续输送的同时,对在被加工件输送路径的上下位置处相对配置的负正电极之间施加高频电力,由此使热可塑性树脂带因介质加热而熔融,纤维面料的重合部由熔融带的粘接剂连续地粘接。在负电极的电极面上粘贴有膜体,通过该膜体的发热来发挥预热效果,并且具有动作控制部,其在动作开始后两个电极被加热到规定温度时,使上下环形带开始输送并进行规定的粘接加工。由此,不仅能够抑制按压痕迹及过热痕迹,还能够有效利用用于保护电极面的结构,从而能够简化电极周边的结构、实现小型化,并且产生使电极维持高温状态的预热效果,实现被加工件整个长度上没有偏差的可靠且稳定性良好的粘接加工。

Description

高频缝纫机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高频缝纫机,其在将以棉、羊毛、丝等为代表的天然纤维或者以涤纶、尼龙、腈纶等为代表的合成纤维等布料(以下在本发明中称为“纤维面料”)作为对象材料,使该纤维面料的端部等由通过高频介质加热而熔融的热可塑性树脂带粘接(熔接),由此制造加工例如女装、童装、男装等服装品(衣着品)时使用。
背景技术
利用高频电力及热可塑性树脂带将两块纤维面料粘接来制造加工服装品的高频缝纫机仅具备输送单元及高频电力施加装置即可,其中,该输送单元将由纤维面料及热可塑性树脂带构成的被加工件向沿着水平面的特定方向输送(移送),该高频电力施加装置对在由该输送单元输送的被加工件的热可塑性树脂带的上下位置处相对配置的正电极与负电极之间施加高频电力,与对机针线(上线)、弯针线、底线等缝线进行交叉编织(Lacining)或绕环来形成线迹从而缝合纤维面料的普通缝纫机相比,例如除了将纤维面料向缝制行进方向移送的送料牙以外,还能够省略或削减使缝线贯穿纤维面料的机针、面料压脚及它们的上下往复运动机构、用于进行编带或绕环的底线供给用旋梭及其动作机构、或弯针线供给用的弯针及其动作机构等用于用线形成线迹的多个复杂机构、部件的使用,因此具有简化缝纫机的整体结构、实现小型化的优点。
作为具有上述优点的高频缝纫机,本申请人开发并申请了日本特开2015-61743号公报中所示的高频缝纫机:以纤维面料为对象材料,将被加工件由上下一对耐热性环形带从上下夹着沿水平面向特定方向连续输送的同时,对在被加工件输送路径的上下位置处相对配置的平坦面状的正电极与负电极之间施加高频电力,其中,该被加工件是在纤维面料的重合部之间夹入热可塑性树脂带而形成或者在两块纤维面料的对接端部的上表面间载置热可塑性树脂带而形成的,由此通过高频介质加热使上述热可塑性树脂带熔融,上述纤维面料的重合部或对接端部由熔融的上述热可塑性树脂带粘接。
在上述日本特开2015-61743号公报公开的本申请人开发的高频缝纫机中,与普通的缝纫机相比,不仅能够简化缝纫机的整体结构、容易实现小型化,而且还不会使通过对正电极与负电极之间施加高频电力所产生的热集中于线或点接触部这样的极小面积部,而能够使热分散到两个电极的面接触部,因而具有能够尽可能地避免因高频电力所产生的热集中于极小面积部而产生纤维面料的烧损或破孔(穿孔)等不良部位的优点,并且被加工件由上下一对耐热性环形带从上下夹着,使被加工件能够与该上下一对环形带一起在两个电极之间连续地通过,因而还具有下述优点:能够抑制因电极直接且较强地接触或被按压于被加工件的纤维面料的正反两面而产生的按压痕迹及断续的过热痕迹,从而能够制造加工出完成状况良好的服装品。
但是,在这种高频缝纫机中,为了能够在被加工件的整个长度上粘接强度没有偏差地进行粘接,要求将正负电极维持在上述热可塑性树脂带能够因介质加热而熔融的温度或与其接近的温度的高温状态。特别是,如果在像缝纫机开始动作时那样两个电极还没有充分升温的阶段就输送被加工件,则树脂带的熔融不充分,被加工件的输送始端部分的粘接会不稳定、不可靠,容易导致完成状况不良以及制品价值降低。另一方面,也能够考虑在两个电极因高频电力产生的热而达到规定温度(获得稳定粘接的温度)之前停止输送被加工件,而在电极达到规定温度时开始输送被加工件,但是这种情况下,电极因高频电力产生的热升温到规定的温度要花费时间,容易导致粘接加工效率降低。
鉴于这种状况,在日本特开2015-61743号公报公开的高频缝纫机中,为了使上述两个电极及被加工件尽快地升温到规定的温度并一直维持高温状态,使两个电极中的至少一个电极配备电热式的预热用筒式加热器(Cartridge Heater)。
发明内容
然而,在为了使电极及被加工件维持高温状态而使电极配备预热筒式加热器的专利文献1公开的高频缝纫机中,除了高频电力施加装置以外,还需要筒式加热器、加热器用电源、以及用于使它们保持在电极附近的结构,因而存在电极周边部的结构容易变得复杂且整体还容易大型化的问题。
本发明是鉴于上述问题而完成的,其目的在于提供一种高频缝纫机,其不仅能够抑制按压痕迹、过热痕迹的产生,还有效利用用于保护电极面的结构,由此能够简化电极周边的结构,实现小型化,并且产生一直将电极维持高温状态的预热效果,实现在被加工件的整个长度上没有偏差的可靠且稳定性良好的粘接。
为了实现上述目的而提案的本发明涉及的高频缝纫机,其具备:上下一对耐热性环形带,其将被加工件从上下夹着沿水平面向特定方向连续输送,该被加工件是在纤维面料的重合部之间夹入热可塑性树脂带而形成或者将两块纤维面料的端部对接配置而在该两块纤维面料的对接端部的上表面间载置热可塑性树脂带而形成的;平坦面状的正电极及负电极,其在该上下一对耐热性环形带的被加工件输送路径的上下位置相对配置;高频电力施加装置,其对该正电极与负电极之间施加高频电力;以及控制部,相对于由上述上下一对耐热性环形带夹着沿水平面向上述特定方向连续输送的上述被加工件,从上述高频电力施加装置对上述正负电极之间施加高频电力,由此使上述热可塑性树脂带因高频介质加热而熔融,上述纤维面料的重合部或对接端部由熔融的上述热可塑性树脂带粘接,上述高频缝纫机的特征在于:在上述正电极及上述负电极各自的电极面上粘贴有膜材,该膜材具有缓冲性、电绝缘性,并采用含有作为导体的碳粉的氟海绵形成,上述碳粉是通过吸收高频而发热的物质,通过基于上述碳粉的高频吸收而产生的感应发热和基于上述氟海绵的高频吸收而产生的介质加热的协同,能够产生将上述正电极、上述负电极及上述被加工件升温到高温状态的预热功能,并且在粘贴有该膜材的电极侧设置有用于测量该电极温度的温度传感器,在该缝纫机的动作开关接通时,上述控制部使上下一对耐热性环形带保持停止输送被加工件的状态,仅使上述高频电力施加装置开始动作,对两个电极之间施加高频电力,该状态下在上述温度传感器测量出规定的温度时,上述控制部控制上述环形带的驱动装置的动作,以使上述上下一对耐热性环形带开始输送被加工件。
发明效果
根据如上述那样构成的本发明的高频缝纫机,与普通的缝纫机相比,具有简化缝纫机的整体结构、容易实现小型化的优点,并且由于不会使通过对一对电极之间施加高频电力所产生的热集中于线或点接触部这样的极小面积部,而能够使热分散到一对电极的平坦状电极面,因而具有能够尽可能地避免因高频电力所产生的热集中于极小面积部而产生纤维面料的烧损或破孔(穿孔)等不良部位的优点,并且被加工件由上下一对耐热性环形带从上下夹着,使被加工件能够与该上下一对环形带一起在正负电极之间连续地通过,因而还具有下述优点:能够抑制因电极直接接触被加工件的纤维面料的正反两面而产生的按压痕迹及断续的过热痕迹。
除了上述优点以外,在本发明的高频缝纫机的情况下,在正电极及负电极中的至少一个电极的电极面上粘贴有膜材,该膜材具有缓冲性、电绝缘性,并且含有通过吸收高频而发热的物质,由此在物理及电气上保护与环形带滑动接触的电极面,保持一直对电极之间施加稳定的高频电力的状态、以及环形带顺利移动的状态。而且,有效利用上述膜材所含的物质的高频吸收发热特性,能够产生使电极一直维持高温状态的预热效果。此外,利用上述膜材的电极预热效果,并在缝纫机开始动作时控制高频电力施加装置及环形带驱动装置的动作,由此还能够避免因在两个电极还没有充分升温的阶段输送被加工件而使被加工件输送始端部分的粘接不稳定、不可靠的情况。通过上述的协同作用,在高频电力施加装置以外不需要使电极配备预热用筒式加热器及其电源,能够简化电极周边部的结构、实现小型化,并且通过上述预热效果能够实现包含输送始端部分在内的被加工件的整个长度的粘接强度没有偏差的可靠且稳定性良好的粘接。
在上述高频缝纫机中,优选在紧挨着上述正电极及负电极的被加工件输送方向上靠后方的位置具备辊装置,该辊装置包括配置在隔着上述上下一对耐热性环形带从上下夹着上述被加工件的位置的上下一对辊,该上下一对辊通过与上述上下一对耐热性环形带滑动接触而能够从动旋转。
在这种情况下,在被一对环形带夹着输送的被加工件的热可塑性树脂带的粘接剂因高频介质加热而刚刚熔融之后,由辊装置的上下一对辊按压被加工件,由此能够使上述热可塑性树脂带的熔融的粘接剂渗透到纤维面料中,从而提高纤维面料的重合部或两块纤维面料的对接端部的粘接强度。
此外,在上述高频缝纫机中,优选上述正电极配置在上述被加工件输送路径的下部位置,并且上述负电极配置在上述被加工件输送路径的上部位置,上部负电极的除电极面以外的部分整体被电绝缘材覆盖,在上述负电极侧设置有按压机构,该按压机构经由上述电绝缘材将被加工件向上述下部正电极的电极面侧按压。
在这种情况下,被夹在上下一对环形带间输送的被加工件由位于输送路径上部的负电极向位于输送路径下部的正电极的电极面一侧按压,由此即使根据所使用的纤维面料的种类及性状等相应地被加工件稍稍具有凹凸或起伏,也能够将其矫正为一定的平坦姿态而通过两个电极之间,由此,能够通过高频介质加热使热可塑性树脂带可靠且稳定性良好地熔融,并且能够尽可能地抑制在两个电极的电极面之间产生火花。
此外,在上述高频缝纫机中,优选上述膜材粘贴在正电极及负电极各自的电极面上。
在这种情况下,能够在物理及电气上保护与上下一对环形带滑动接触的两个电极各自的电极面,保持一直对两个电极之间施加稳定的高频电力的状态、以及一对环形带顺利移动的状态,提高上述各结构部件的耐久性。
此外,在上述高频缝纫机中,上述膜材是氟海绵,其含有的上述物质包含碳粉。
在这种情况下,使用氟海绵作为上述膜材,由此不仅能够减小环形带与电极之间的摩擦阻力,提高电极面的保护效果及环形带的顺利移动的效果,在将作为导体的碳粉用作所含物质的情况下,基于高频吸收的感应发热和作为绝缘材的氟海绵的基于高频吸收的介质加热协同作用,能够更可靠、迅速地产生上述预热效果。
此外,在上述高频缝纫机中,基本构成为上述上下一对耐热性环形带包括氟化乙烯树脂,通过上下分别进行驱动移动,使夹着被加工件的上下对置面朝向上述特定方向移动,不过更优选在上述上下一对耐热性环形带中的至少一个环形带的驱动部设置有能够调节该环形带的移动速度的速度调节部。
在这种情况下,利用速度调节部相对地调节上下一对耐热性环形带的移动速度(以一个环形带的移动速度为基准,改变另一个环形带的移动速度),由此在以在纤维面料的重合部间夹入有热可塑性树脂带的被加工件为对象的情况下,能够修正重合的下部纤维面料部分与上部纤维面料部分在输送方向上的位置偏差,并且,在以在两块纤维面料的上表面间载置有热可塑性树脂带的被加工件为对象的情况下,能够修正因纤维面料和树脂带相对于环形带的摩擦阻力不同而产生的输送偏差,从而能够防止在保持位置偏差及输送偏差的状态下进行粘接,能够获得完成状况更佳的服装品。

具体实施方式
下面,基于附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
图1是本发明的实施方式涉及的高频缝纫机整体的外观立体图,图2是使该高频缝纫机的一部分断裂的状态的要部放大主视图,图3是表示作为该高频缝纫机的加工对象的被加工件的要部放大截面图,图4是用于说明该高频缝纫机的主要部分结构的要部放大纵截主视图,图5是用于说明该高频缝纫机的主要部分结构的要部放大纵截侧视图。
如图1所示,高频缝纫机1包括金属制基台2、固定在该基台2上的缝纫机主体3、缝纫机机臂部4、以及从上述基台2向上方立起的柱状的粘接加工部支承台框5。
在上述支承台框5的上端部安装有将后述的被加工件H以能够滑接移动的方式载置的被加工件载置板6(其相当于普通缝纫机的针板,以下称为载置板)。上述载置板6例如包括作为具有耐磨损性、耐腐蚀性、电绝缘性及耐热性的材料的工程塑料,所述工程塑料是聚酰胺、聚甲醛(Polyacetal)、ABS、聚碳酸酯等结构材料。尤其是,优选使用包含聚醚醚酮树脂的特种工程塑料作为载置板6的结构材料。
作为上述高频缝纫机1的加工对象的被加工件H可以是下述种类的任一种:如图3(A)所示,将一块纤维面料W的端部分折返使其上下重合,并且在该重合的上下纤维面料部之间夹入有正反两面形成为粘接面的作为热可塑性树脂带的热熔胶(例如日东纺社(NittoBoseki Co.,Ltd.)的商标名“ダンヒューズ”等)T;如图3(B)所示,将两块纤维面料W、W的端部彼此对接配置,并且在该两块纤维面料W、W的对接端部的上表面间载置(粘贴)上述热熔胶T;以及如图3(C)所示,使两块纤维面料W、W的端部彼此上下重合,在该重合端部之间夹入上述热熔胶T。
除了上述载置板6以外,高频缝纫机1具备:上下一对耐热性环形带8、9,其从上下夹着载置在上述载置板6的载置面上的上述被加工件H向沿水平面的特定方向、即粘接加工方向X进行输送;辊装置12,其包括上下一对辊10、11,该上下一对辊10、11配置于在该上下一对耐热性环形带8、9的上下对置的大致水平带部分8a、9a中的、上述粘接加工方向X的终端位置附近从上下夹着被加工件H的位置上;平坦面状的负电极13及平坦面状的正电极14,其靠近该辊装置12,在该辊装置12的粘接加工方向X的上游部的、上述基于上下一对耐热性环形带8、9的被加工件输送路径的上下位置处相对配置;高频电力施加装置15,其对该正电极14与负电极13之间施加高频电力(参照图6);温度传感器7,其测量上述负电极13的温度(参照图6);以及控制部16(参照图6)。
上述上下一对耐热性环形带8、9采用PTFE等氟化乙烯树脂形成。如图2、图4所示,上下一对耐热性环形带8、9中的上部环形带8以在固定于驱动电动机(步进电动机)17的输出轴17a的驱动轮18、配置在上述载置板6的粘接加工方向X的始端位置上方的从动轮19、以及上述辊装置12中的上部辊10及多个引导轮20之间循环移动的方式卷绕,上述从动轮19与上述上部辊10之间的大致水平带部分8a在上述载置板6与上部负电极13之间沿着粘接加工方向X移动。
下部环形带9以在固定于比上述支承台框5的下端部靠下部位置配置的驱动电动机(步进电动机)21的输出轴(省略图示)的驱动轮(省略图示)与多个引导轮23之间循环移动的方式卷绕,其中的被上述支承台框5的上端部在粘接加工方向X上的前后位置处支承的两个引导轮23、23之间,与上述上部环形带8的大致水平带部分8a相对置并且在粘接加工方向X上比该大致水平带部分8a长的水平带部分9a,沿着上述载置板6及下部正电极14的上表面向粘接加工方向X移动。
采用以上结构,在上部环形带8的大致水平带部分8a与下部环形带9的水平带部分9a之间夹着被加工件H的状态下,上下一对环形带8、9将被加工件H在上下的负电极13与正电极14之间及上述辊装置12的上下一对辊10、11之间朝向粘接加工方向X输送。
上述上下一对环形带8、9通过各驱动电动机17、21的转速控制而能够在高速和低速这两个阶段之间进行切换,无论切换为高速、低速中的哪个速度的情况下,上下对置的大致水平带部分8a、9a都以相同速度朝向上述粘接加工方向X移动。此外,在上部环形带8侧的驱动电动机17一侧设置有速度调节部36(参照图6),该速度调节部36能够以下部环形带9的移动速度为基准对该上部环形带8的移动速度进行微调节(能够手动调节)。
如图4、图5所示,上述上部负电极13设置有作为按压机构的电极升降机构25(后述),该电极升降机构25能够在如下状态之间进行切换:经由平坦状电极面13a将上述一对耐热性环形带8、9的大致水平带部分8a、9a及被加工件H向上述载置板6的载置面及上述下部正电极14的平坦状电极面14a一侧按压的状态、以及向上方远离而解除按压的状态。
此外,在上述正电极14的电极面14a及负电极13的电极面13a中的、负电极13的电极面13a上粘贴有膜材26,该膜材26具有缓冲性、电绝缘性及低摩擦系数,并且含有通过吸收高频而发热的物质。作为该膜材26,可使用含有少量碳粉的氟海绵(日语:フッ素スポンジ,例如三福工业株式会社(Mitsufuku Industry Co.,Ltd.)所制的商品名为“ミツフクシートMF-20S”等)。通过将这样的膜材26粘贴在负电极13的电极面13a上,能够减小上部环形带8和与其对置的负电极13的电极面13a之间的摩擦阻力,在物理及电气上保护该电极面13a,保持一直对两个电极14、13之间施加稳定的高频电力的状态以及一对环形带8、9的顺畅移动性,从而提高上述各结构部件的耐久性,并且在作为导体的含碳粉对高频的吸收而产生的感应发热和作为绝缘材的氟海绵对高频吸收而产生的介质加热的协同作用下,能够产生将两个电极14、13及被加工件H升温到高温状态的预热功能。
上述辊装置12的上下一对辊10、11配置于在紧挨着上述正电极14及负电极13的被加工件输送方向X上的靠后方位置处的、隔着上下一对耐热性环形带8、9从上下夹着被加工件H的位置。该上下一对辊10、11的外周面与上述上下一对环形带8、9的内周面滑动接触,能够与上下一对环形带8、9的驱动移动连动地从动旋转。
上述电极升降机构25将支承上述上部负电极13及上部环形带8的从动轮19的支承框28固定连结于以能够升降的方式组装在上述缝纫机机臂部4的机头部分4a内部的升降轴29的下端部,由此能够在利用上述支承框28及升降轴29等的重力将上述负电极13、一对耐热性环形带8、9的大致水平带部分8a、9a及被加工件H向上述载置板6的载置面及上述下部正电极14的平坦状电极面14a一侧按压的状态与向上方远离而解除按压的状态之间进行切换。
另外,在上述缝纫机机臂部4的机头部分4a的内部,设置有能够以与上述升降轴29大致平行的姿态在上下方向上进行动作的双向驱动缸(省略图示),在该双向驱动缸的下部活塞杆30的下端固定有限位部件31,该限位部件31与上述支承框28的顶面抵接,限制上述上部负电极13向上方的移动。
此外,用于安装上述辊装置12的上部辊10的辊安装台35固定连结于能够以与上述升降轴29平行的姿态上下升降地组装在上述缝纫机机臂部4的机头部分4a内部的升降轴32的下端部,并且在该辊安装台35与上述支承框28之间设置有弹簧33,通过该弹簧33的弹性力,上部辊10被按压于上部环形带8的内周面,与该环形带8的驱动移动连动从而可靠地从动旋转,并且在与下部辊11之间对夹在上下一对环形带8、9之间输送的被加工件H以一定压力以上的压力进行弹压,使因高频介质加热而熔融的上述被加工件H中的热可塑性树脂带T的粘接剂渗入纤维面料W中。
接着,对高频电力施加装置15的结构及控制部16的结构进行说明。
如图6所示,高频电力施加装置15具备高频震荡器40、高频耦合装置41、用于控制高频电力输出的控制电路42、以及高频电力的输出调节部43,在进行粘接加工动作时,对上述正电极13与负电极14之间连续施加具有规定值的高频电力。
除了上述的各结构要素以外,本实施方式涉及的高频缝纫机1还具备:用于控制该高频缝纫机1的动作/停止的踏板式动作开关44;以及用于使上述电极升降机构25动作/停止的膝开关(Knee Switch)45。上述动作开关44的正踩(接通)信号及倒踩(断开)信号、上述膝开关45的接通信号及断开信号和温度传感器7的检测信号被输入到控制部16。另一方面,从控制部16分别向上述高频电力施加装置15的控制电路42、上述驱动电动机17、21、上述电极升降机构25输出动作控制信号。
接着,对如上述那样构成的本实施方式的高频缝纫机1的动作进行说明。
首先,使上述膝开关45接通并将该接通信号输入到上述控制部16,从该控制部16向上述电极升降机构25输出动作控制信号,由此通过电极升降机构25将上部正电极13向靠近下部正电极14的位置按下,成为由图7示意性所示的规定的粘接加工动作模式。
在该状态下,被加工件H载置在载置板6上,将该被加工件H的输送方向前端部分以插入的方式放置于上下一对环形带8、9的大致水平带部分8a、9a之间的输送方向始端部。
接着,在对动作开关44进行正踩操作并将该正踩(接通)信号输入到控制部16时,从控制部16向高频电力施加装置15的控制电路42输出动作控制信号,对上述正电极14与负电极13之间施加高频电力。此时,控制部16不向驱动电动机17、21输出动作控制信号,上述上下一对环形带8、9对被加工件H的输送保持停止状态。
在该状态下,对上述正电极14与负电极13之间施加有高频电力,粘贴在负电极13的电极面13a上的膜体26所含碳粉的基于高频吸收的感应发热和作为绝缘材的氟海绵的基于高频吸收的介质加热协同发挥作用,产生预加热功能,使两个电极14、13及被加工件H的温度逐渐上升。
然后,在上述电极14、13加热到规定温度以上时,温度传感器7的检测信号被输入到上述控制部16,从控制部16向上述驱动电动机17、21输出动作控制信号。由此,上下一对环形带8、9开始移动,夹在上下一对环形带8、9的大致水平带部分8a、9a之间的被加工件H朝向粘接加工方向X呈直线状地被连续移送,在通过上部负电极13与下部正电极14之间时,由于从高频电力施加装置15对两个电极13、14之间施加有规定值的高频电力,被加工件H的热可塑性树脂带T因高频介质加热而熔融。
然后,在包含熔融的热可塑性树脂带T的被加工件H通过辊装置12的上下一对辊10、11之间时,被加工件H被按压,熔融的热可塑性树脂带T的粘接剂渗透到纤维面料W、W的对接端部或重合部中,将纤维面料W、W可靠且稳定性良好地粘接。在上述粘接动作模式下的呈直线状的粘接动作结束之前,保持上述动作开关44被正踩的状态,在粘接动作结束后进行倒踩,倒踩(断开)信号被输入到控制部16,使高频电力施加装置15的动作及驱动电动机17、21的旋转停止,从而使上下一对环形带8、9停止。
进一步,然后,使上述膝开关45断开并将该断开信号输入到上述控制部16,由此通过电极升降机构25使上部正电极13从下部正电极14向上方上升到远离其的位置,从而解除粘接动作模式。在该状态下,能够将纤维面料W、W的重合部或对接端部由热可塑性树脂带T粘接而形成的加工制品从高频缝纫机1取出。
以上详细说明的本实施方式的高频缝纫机1,与普通的缝纫机相比,显然具有简化缝纫机的整体结构、容易实现小型化的优点,并且由于不会使通过对一对电极13、14之间施加高频电力所产生的热集中于线或点接触部这样的极小面积部,而能够使热分散到上下一对电极13、14的平坦状电极面13a、14a,因而具有能够尽可能地避免因高频电力所产生的热集中于极小面积部而产生纤维面料的烧损或破孔(穿孔)等不良部位的优点,并且被加工件H由上下一对耐热性环形带8、9从上下夹着,使被加工件H能够与该上下一对环形带8、9一起在上下一对电极13、14之间连续地通过,因而还具有下述优点:能够消除因电极13、14直接接触被加工件H的纤维面料的正反两面而产生的按压痕迹及断续的过热痕迹。
此外,通过将被加工件H由上下一对环形带8、9夹着进行输送,并且在热可塑性树脂带T因基于高频电力的介质加热而刚刚熔融之后就被辊装置12的上下一对辊10、11按压,能够使熔融的可塑性树脂带T的粘接剂渗透到纤维面料中,从而提高纤维面料的重合部或两块纤维面料的对接端部的粘接强度。同时,即使将辊装置12的上部辊10对被加工件H的按压力设定得较强,也能够抑制纤维面料因该按压力而起伏,作为由纤维面料制造的服装品,在完成方面非常美观也很体面,能够提高制品的价值。
并且,在上述负电极13的电极面13a粘贴有包括氟海绵的膜材26,该氟海绵含有少量碳粉,因此能够在物理及电气上保护与上部环形带8滑动接触的电极面13a,保持一直对两个电极13、14之间施加稳定的高频电力的状态、以及上下一对环形带8、9顺畅移动的状态。
此外,能够有效地利用上述膜材26中所含碳粉的吸收高频发热特性,产生使电极13、14一直维持高温状态的预热效果。特别是,利用上述膜材26的电极预热效果,如上述那样在缝纫机的动作开始时控制高频电力施加装置15及环形带驱动电动机17、21的动作,由此还能够避免因在两个电极13、14没有充分升温的阶段输送被加工件H而使被加工件输送始端部分的粘接不稳定、不可靠的情况。通过上述的协同作用,在高频电力施加装置15以外不需要配备预热用筒式加热器及其电源,能够简化电极周边部的结构、实现小型化,并且通过上述预热效果能够对包含输送始端部分在内的被加工件H在其整个长度的粘接强度没有偏差的状态下可靠且稳定性良好地进行粘接加工。
此外,在本实施方式的高频缝纫机1中设置有速度调节部36,其能够使上述上下一对耐热性环形带8、9中的上部环形带8的移动速度相对于下部环形带9的移动速度进行调节,适当操作该速度调节部36来相对地调节上下一对耐热性环形带8、9的移动速度(以下部环形带9的移动速度为基准改变上部环形带8的移动速度),由此在如图3(A)及图3(C)所示那样以在纤维面料W的重合部间夹入有热可塑性树脂带T的被加工件H为对象的情况下,能够修正重合的下部纤维面料部分与上部纤维面料部分在输送方向上的位置偏差,并且,在如图3(B)所示那样以在两块纤维面料W、W的上表面间载置有热可塑性树脂带T的被加工件H为对象的情况下,能够修正因纤维面料W、W和树脂带T相对于环形带8、9的摩擦阻力不同而产生的输送偏差,从而能够防止在保持位置偏差及输送偏差的状态下进行粘接,能够获得完成状况更佳的服装品。
此外,在本实施方式的高频缝纫机1中,在上部负电极13一侧设置有作为按压机构的电极升降机构25,电极升降机构25经由电绝缘材24将被加工件H向下部正电极14的电极面14a一侧按压,因此即使根据所使用的纤维面料的种类及性状等相应地被加工件H稍稍具有凹凸或起伏,也能够将其矫正为一定的平坦姿态而通过两个电极13、14之间,由此,能够通过高频介质加热使热可塑性树脂带T可靠且稳定性良好地熔融,并且能够尽可能地抑制在两个电极13、14的电极面13a、14a之间产生火花。
另外,在上述实施方式中,采用在被加工件输送路径的下部配置有正电极14,在上部配置有负电极13的结构,但是也可以反过来,采用在被加工件输送路径的下部配置有负电极13,在上部配置有正电极14的结构。
此外,在上述实施方式中,对设置有能够使上下一对环形带8、9中的上部环形带8的移动速度以下部环形带9的移动速度为基准进行微调节(能够手动调节)的速度调节部36进行了说明,但是也可以一起调节上下一对环形带8、9的移动速度。
此外,在上述实施方式中,对仅在上部负电极13的电极面13a上粘贴有采用含有少量碳粉的氟海绵形成的膜材26进行了说明,但是也可以在下部正电极14的电极面14a上粘贴有同样的膜体。
在这种情况下,能够在物理及电气上保护与上下一对环形带8、9滑动接触的两个电极13、14各自的电极面13a、14a,保持一直对两个电极13、14之间施加稳定的高频电力的状态、以及上下一对环形带8、9一起顺畅移动的状态,进一步提高上述各结构部件的耐久性。
进而,如本实施方式所述那样,除了载置板6以外,还使电极周边部的结构部件包含如工程塑料或特种工程塑料那样在耐磨损性、电绝缘性及耐热性方面优异的材料,由此能够充分地确保上述构成部件的结构强度,并且在耐磨损性、耐腐蚀性、电绝缘性及耐热性方面也很优异,从而能够使在施加高频电力的条件下所使用的各部件耐久性较高。

Claims (7)

1.一种高频缝纫机,其具备:上下一对耐热性环形带,其将被加工件从上下夹着向沿水平面的特定方向连续输送,该被加工件是在纤维面料的重合部之间夹入热可塑性树脂带而形成或者将两块纤维面料的端部对接配置而在该两块纤维面料的对接端部的上表面间载置热可塑性树脂带而形成的;平坦面状的正电极及负电极,其在该上下一对耐热性环形带的被加工件输送路径的上下位置相对配置;高频电力施加装置,其对该正电极与负电极之间施加高频电力;以及控制部,
相对于由所述上下一对耐热性环形带夹着沿水平面向所述特定方向连续输送的所述被加工件,从所述高频电力施加装置对所述正负电极之间施加高频电力,由此使所述热可塑性树脂带因高频介质加热而熔融,所述纤维面料的重合部或对接端部由熔融的所述热可塑性树脂带粘接,所述高频缝纫机的特征在于:
在所述正电极及所述负电极各自的电极面上粘贴有膜材,该膜材具有缓冲性、电绝缘性,并采用含有作为导体的碳粉的氟海绵形成,所述碳粉是通过吸收高频而发热的物质,通过基于所述碳粉的高频吸收而产生的感应发热和基于所述氟海绵的高频吸收而产生的介质加热的协同作用,能够产生将所述正电极、所述负电极及所述被加工件升温到高温状态的预热功能,并且在粘贴有该膜材的电极侧设置有用于测量该电极温度的温度传感器,
在该缝纫机的动作开关接通时,所述控制部使上下一对耐热性环形带保持停止输送被加工件的状态,仅使所述高频电力施加装置开始动作,对两个电极之间施加高频电力,该状态下在所述温度传感器测量出规定的温度时,所述控制部控制所述环形带的驱动装置的动作,以使所述上下一对耐热性环形带开始输送被加工件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高频缝纫机,其特征在于:
在紧挨着所述正电极及负电极的被加工件输送方向上的靠后方的位置具备辊装置,该辊装置包括配置在隔着所述上下一对耐热性环形带从上下夹着所述被加工件的位置的上下一对辊,该上下一对辊通过与所述上下一对耐热性环形带滑动接触而能够从动旋转。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高频缝纫机,其特征在于:
所述正电极配置在所述被加工件输送路径的下部位置,并且所述负电极配置在所述被加工件输送路径的上部位置,上部负电极的除电极面以外的部分整体被电绝缘材覆盖,在所述负电极侧设置有按压机构,该按压机构经由所述电绝缘材将被加工件向所述下部正电极的电极面侧按压。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高频缝纫机,其特征在于:
所述上下一对耐热性环形带包括氟化乙烯树脂,通过上下各自不同的驱动部分别被驱动移动,以使夹着被加工件的上下对置面朝向所述特定方向移动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高频缝纫机,其特征在于:
在所述上下一对耐热性环形带中的至少一个环形带的驱动部设置有能够调节该环形带的移动速度的速度调节部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高频缝纫机,其特征在于:
所述速度调节部能够以没有设置该速度调节部的一侧的环形带的移动速度为基准进行微调节。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高频缝纫机,其特征在于:
所述正电极及负电极的周边部的构成部件包括耐磨损性、耐热性、耐腐蚀性、电绝缘性优异的工程塑料。
