Abstract

本發明係一種高頻縫紉機,其一面將被加工材藉由上下之無端皮帶夾住而加以連續搬送,一面向對向配置於被加工材搬送路徑之上下位置的負電極與正電極之間賦予高頻電力,藉此利用介電加熱將熱塑性樹脂膠帶熔融,藉由熔融膠帶之接著劑將纖維布料之重疊部連續地接著;於負電極之電極面貼附有具有緩衝性、電氣絕緣性且含有藉由高頻電波吸收而發熱之物質的膜體,藉由基於該膜體之發熱而發揮預熱效果,並具備動作控制部,該動作控制部於動作開始後且兩極已加熱至既定溫度時,使藉由上下之無端皮帶而實施之搬送開始,並進行既定之接著加工。藉此,提供一種具有如下優點之高頻縫紉機:不僅可抑制壓痕或過熱痕,亦可有效活用用以保護電極面之構成,而謀求電極周邊構造之簡化、小型化,並且呈現使電極維持於高溫狀態之預熱效果,從而可跨及被加工材全長地實現均勻、切實且穩定性良好之接著加工。

Description

高頻縫紉機
本發明係關於一種高頻縫紉機,其可用於如下情形時:將以棉、羊毛或絹等為代表之天然纖維、或者以聚酯、尼龍、壓克力等為代表之合成纖維之布料(以下,於本發明中稱為「纖維布料」)作為對象原材料,透過可藉由高頻方式之介電加熱而熔融之熱塑性樹脂膠帶將該纖維布料之端部等接著(熔接),藉此製造加工例如女裝、童裝、男裝等服裝(衣物)。
利用高頻電力及熱塑性樹脂膠帶將兩片纖維布料接著而製造加工服裝之高頻縫紉機具有如下特長:只要具備搬送手段、及高頻電力賦予裝置即可,該搬送手段將由纖維布料及熱塑性樹脂膠帶所構成之被加工材向沿水平面之特定方向搬送(移送),該高頻電力賦予裝置向對向配置於藉由該搬送手段而搬送之被加工材之熱塑性樹脂膠帶之上下位置的正電極與負電極之間賦予高頻電力;能夠省略或削減如將針線(面線)、鉤線、底線等縫線穿織(lacing)或鎖繞(looping)而形成接縫藉以將纖維布料縫合之普通縫製縫紉機般之、用以藉由線而形成接縫之多個複雜機構、零件的使用,從而易於謀求縫紉機整體構造之簡化、小型化,該多個複雜機構、零件例如為將纖維布料沿縫製行進方向移送之送布齒、以及除此以外之、 使縫線貫通纖維布料之針、布料壓腳及其等之上下往返運動機構、用以進行穿織或鎖繞之底線供給用梭及其作動機構或鉤線供給用線鉤及其作動機構等等。
作為具有上述特長之高頻縫紉機,本申請人已開發出一種高頻縫紉機並已進行專利申請,該高頻縫紉機如日本專利特開2015-61743號公報所示構成為,將纖維布料作為對象原材料,一面將被加工材藉由上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶自上下夾住而沿水平面向特定方向加以連續搬送,一面向對向配置於被加工材搬送路徑之上下位置的平坦面狀之正電極與負電極之間賦予高頻電力,其中該被加工材係於纖維布料之重疊部之間夾入熱塑性樹脂膠帶而成,或跨及兩片纖維布料之對接端部之上表面之間黏貼熱塑性樹脂膠帶而成;藉此利用高頻介電加熱將上述熱塑性樹脂膠帶熔融,透過熔融後之上述熱塑性樹脂膠帶將上述纖維布料之重疊部或對接端部接著。
上述日本專利特開2015-61743號公報中所揭示之、本申請人所開發出之高頻縫紉機與普通縫製縫紉機相比,不僅易於謀求縫紉機整體構造之簡化、小型化,亦具有如下優點:不會使由賦予至正電極與負電極之間之高頻電力所產生之熱集中於線或點接觸部等極小面積部,而能夠使之分散於兩電極之面接觸部,可極力避免高頻電力所產生之熱集中於極小面積部而導致纖維布料被燒損或產生破洞(開口)等不良部位;進而,具有如下優點:由於能夠將被加工材藉由上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶自上下夾住,而使被加工材與該等上下一對無端皮帶一併連續地通過兩電極之間,故而可抑制因電極直接強力接觸或壓抵於被加工材之纖維布料之正反 兩面而產生壓痕及斷斷續續之過熱痕,從而可製造加工完成性良好之服裝。
但於該種高頻縫紉機中,為了能夠跨及被加工材之全長而進行接著強度均勻之接著,期望使正電極及負電極維持於上述熱塑性樹脂膠帶能夠藉由介電加熱而熔融之溫度或與其接近之溫度的高溫狀態。尤其是,若於兩電極尚未充分升溫之階段,比如縫紉機之動作開始時搬送被加工材,則樹脂膠帶之熔融不充分且被加工材之搬送始端部分之接著不穩定、不切實,從而易於導致完成性不良,甚至製品價值之降低。另一方面,雖然亦可考慮如下設計:使被加工材之搬送停止直至兩電極藉由高頻電力所產生之熱達到既定溫度(可獲得穩定接著之溫度)為止,而於電極達到既定溫度之時點開始被加工材之搬送;但於該情形時,電極藉由高頻電力所產生之熱升溫至既定溫度之前需要時間,易於導致接著加工效率之降低。
鑒於該實際狀況,於日本專利特開2015-61743號公報所揭示之高頻縫紉機中,使兩電極中至少一者裝備有電熱式預熱用匣式加熱器以將上述兩電極及被加工材快速升溫至既定溫度並使其等始終維持於高溫狀態。
然而,於使電極裝備有預熱匣式加熱器以使電極及被加工材維持於高溫狀態之、專利文獻1所揭示之高頻縫紉機中,殘留有如下問題:除高頻電力賦予裝置以外,需要匣式加熱器、加熱器用電源、及用以使該等保持於電極附近之構成,電極周邊部之構造易於變得複雜,並且整體仍 易於大型化。
本發明係鑒於上述之實際情況而完成者,其目的在於提供一種具有如下優點之高頻縫紉機:不僅可抑制壓痕或過熱痕之產生,亦可藉由有效活用用以保護電極面之構成,而謀求電極周邊構造之簡化、小型化,並且呈現使電極始終維持於高溫狀態之預熱效果,從而可跨及被加工材全長地實現均勻、切實且穩定性良好之接著。
為了達成上述目的而提出之本發明之高頻縫紉機具備:上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶,其等將被加工材自上下夾住而向沿水平面之特定方向加以連續搬送,該被加工材係於纖維布料之重疊部之間夾入熱塑性樹脂膠帶而成,或將兩片纖維布料之端部對接配置並跨及該兩片纖維布料之對接端部之上表面之間黏貼熱塑性樹脂膠帶而成;平坦面狀之正電極及負電極,其等對向配置於由該上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶構成之被加工材搬送路徑之上下位置;高頻電力賦予裝置,其向該等正電極與負電極之間賦予高頻電力;及控制部;而構成為,對被上述上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶夾住而沿水平面向上述特定方向連續搬送之上述被加工材自上述高頻電力賦予裝置向上述正電極與負電極之間賦予高頻電力,藉此利用高頻介電加熱將上述熱塑性樹脂膠帶熔融,透過熔融後之上述熱塑性樹脂膠帶將上述纖維布料之重疊部或對接端部接著;且該高頻縫紉機之特徵在於:於上述正電極及負電極中至少一個電極之電極面,貼附有具有緩衝性、電氣絕緣性且含有藉由高頻吸收而發熱之物質的膜材,並且於貼附有該膜材之電極側附設有測量該電極之溫度之溫度感測器;而構成為,上述控制部於將該縫紉機 之動作開關設為打開時,使上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶對被加工材之搬送停止,於此狀態下僅使上述高頻電力賦予裝置開始作動而向兩電極之間賦予高頻電力,於在該狀態下上述溫度感測器測量到既定溫度時,控制上述無端皮帶之驅動裝置之動作以使上述上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶對被加工材之搬送開始。
根據以上述方式構成之本發明之高頻縫紉機,與普通縫製縫紉機相比具有如下三個優點:第一,易於謀求縫紉機整體構造之簡化、小型化;第二,不會使由賦予至一對電極之間之高頻電力所產生之熱集中於線或點接觸部等極小面積部,而能夠使之分散於一對電極之平坦狀電極面,可極力避免高頻電力所產生之熱集中於極小面積部而導致纖維布料被燒損或產生破洞(開口)等不良部位;第三,由於能夠將被加工材藉由上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶自上下夾住,而使被加工材與該等上下一對無端皮帶一併連續地通過正電極與負電極之間,故而可抑制因電極與被加工材之纖維布料之正反兩面直接接觸而產生壓痕或斷斷續續之過熱痕。
除以上優點以外,於本發明之高頻縫紉機之情形時,於正電極及負電極中至少一個電極之電極面,貼附有具有緩衝性、電氣絕緣性且含有藉由高頻吸收而發熱之物質的膜材,藉此可物理性且電性地保護會被無端皮帶滑接之電極面,保持向電極之間賦予始終穩定之高頻電力之狀態及無端皮帶順利移動之狀態。而且,有效活用基於上述膜材中所含有之物質之高頻吸收發熱特性,能夠呈現使電極始終維持於高溫狀態之預熱效果。此外,藉由利用基於上述膜材之電極預熱效果控制縫紉機之動作開始 時高頻電力賦予裝置及無端皮帶驅動裝置之動作,可連因為於兩電極尚未充分升溫之階段搬送被加工材而導致被加工材搬送始端部分之接著不穩定、不切實的情況亦予以避免。藉由該等之協合作用,可發揮如下效果:無需於高頻電力賦予裝置以外再使電極裝備預熱用匣式加熱器及其電源,從而可謀求電極周邊部之構造之簡化、小型化,且藉由上述之預熱效果,可對被加工材包括搬送始端部分在內跨及其全長地實現接著強度均勻、切實且穩定性良好之接著。
於上述高頻縫紉機中,較佳為,於上述正電極及負電極之被加工材搬送方向之後方最近處位置具備輥裝置,該輥裝置係由配置於透過上述上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶將上述被加工材自上下夾住之位置的上下一對輥所構成,且能夠使該等上下一對輥藉由與上述上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶滑接而從動旋轉。
該情形時,藉由於被一對無端皮帶夾住而搬送之被加工材之熱塑性樹脂膠帶之接著劑藉由高頻介電加熱而熔融後立即利用輥裝置之上下一對輥按壓被加工材,可使上述熱塑性樹脂膠帶之熔融後之接著劑滲透至纖維布料而提高纖維布料之重疊部或兩片纖維布料之對接端部之接著強度。
又,於上述高頻縫紉機中,較佳為,上述正電極配置於上述被加工材搬送路徑之下部位置,且上述負電極配置於上述被加工材搬送路徑之上部位置,上部負電極之除電極面以外之部分整體由電氣絕緣材被覆,於上述負電極側裝備有介隔上述電氣絕緣材將被加工材壓抵於上述下部正電極之電極面側之按壓機構。
該情形時,藉由將被夾於上下一對無端皮帶之間而搬送之被加工材透過位於搬送路徑上部之負電極而壓抵於位於搬送路徑下部之正電極之電極面側,即便因所使用之纖維布料之種類或性狀等,被加工材上出現少量凹凸或皺紋,亦能夠將其矯正為一定程度上平坦之形狀而使其可通過兩電極之間,故而可藉由高頻介電加熱切實且穩定性良好地將熱塑性樹脂膠帶熔融,並且可極力抑制兩電極之電極面之間產生火花。
又,於上述高頻縫紉機中,較佳為上述膜材貼附於正電極及負電極各自之電極面。
該情形時,可物理性且電性地保護會被上下一對無端皮帶滑接之兩電極各自之電極面,保持向兩電極之間賦予始終穩定之高頻電力之狀態及一對無端皮帶順利移動之狀態,謀求該等各構成構件之耐久性之提高。
又,於上述高頻縫紉機中,上述膜材係氟海綿,且該膜材中所含有之上述物質係包含碳粉末者。
該情形時,藉由使用氟海綿作為上述膜材,可減小無端皮帶與電極之間之摩擦阻力從而提高電極面之保護效果及無端皮帶之順利移動效果,不僅如此,於使用作為導體之碳粉末作為含有物質之情形時,藉由高頻吸收而實現之感應發熱與藉由作為絕緣材之氟海綿之高頻吸收而實現之介電加熱相輔相成,從而可更切實、迅速地呈現上述預熱效果。
又,於上述高頻縫紉機中,基本為,上述上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶係由氟乙烯樹脂所構成,且構成為以夾住被加工材之上下對向面向上述特定方向移動之方式上下各自驅動移動;更佳為,於上述上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶中至少一個無端皮帶之驅動部,設置有能夠調整該無端皮帶 之移動速度之速度調整部。
該情形時,藉由透過速度調整部而將上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶之移動速度相對性地加以調整(以其中一個無端皮帶之移動速度為基準變更另一無端皮帶之移動速度),於將在纖維布料之重疊部之間夾入熱塑性樹脂膠帶而成之被加工材作為對象之情形時,能夠修正重疊之下部纖維布料部分與上部纖維布料部分於搬送方向上之位置偏移,又,於將跨及兩片纖維布料之上表面之間黏貼熱塑性樹脂膠帶而成之被加工材作為對象之情形時,能夠修正因對纖維布料與樹脂膠帶之無端皮帶之摩擦阻力不同而產生之搬送偏移,可防止於位置偏移或搬送偏移之狀態下進行接著,而獲得完成性更佳之服裝。

以下,基於圖式說明本發明之實施形態。
圖1係本發明之實施形態之高頻縫紉機整體之外觀立體圖,圖2係將該高頻縫紉機之一部分剖斷後之狀態之要部放大前視圖,圖3係成為該高頻縫紉機之加工對象之被加工材之要部放大剖視圖,圖4係說明該高頻縫紉機之主要部分之構成之要部放大縱剖前視圖,圖5係說明該高頻縫紉機之主要部分之構成之要部放大縱剖側視圖。
如圖1所示,高頻縫紉機1係藉由金屬製基台2、固定於該基台2上之縫紉機本體3、縫紉機臂部4、及自上述基台2向上方豎起之柱狀之接著加工部支持台框5而構成。
於上述支持台框5之上端部安裝有能夠滑接移動地載置下述被加工材H之被加工材載置板(其相當於普通縫製縫紉機之針板,以下稱為載置板)6。上述載置板6例如由工程塑膠所構成,該工程塑膠係聚醯胺、聚縮醛、ABS、聚碳酸酯等結構材料,且係具有耐磨性、耐蝕性、電氣絕緣性及耐熱性之材料。作為載置板6之構成材料,尤佳為使用由聚醚醚酮樹脂所構成之超級工程塑膠。
成為上述高頻縫紉機1之加工對象之被加工材H之種類可為如下三種中之任一種:第一種,如圖3(A)所示,將一片纖維布料W之端部回折使其上下重疊,並且於該重疊後之上下之纖維布料部之間夾入熱熔膠(例如日東紡公司之商標名「DANFUSE」等)T而成者,其中該熱熔膠係正反兩面形成為接著面之熱塑性樹脂膠帶;第二種,如圖3(B)所示,將兩片纖維布料W、W之端部彼此對接配置,並且跨及該兩片纖維布料W、 W之對接端部之上表面之間黏貼(貼附)上述熱熔膠T而成者;第三種,如圖3(C)所示,使兩片纖維布料W、W之端部彼此上下重疊,並於該重疊端部之間夾入上述熱熔膠T而成者。
高頻縫紉機1除上述載置板6以外,亦具備:上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶8、9,其等將載置於上述載置板6之載置面上之上述被加工材H自上下夾住而向沿水平面之特定方向即接著加工方向X加以搬送;輥裝置12,其係由配置於如下位置之上下一對輥10、11所構成,該位置係該等上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶8、9之上下對向之大致水平皮帶部分8a、9a的、上述接著加工方向X之終端位置附近之、將被加工材H自上下夾住之位置;平坦面狀之負電極13及平坦面狀之正電極14,其等接近於該輥裝置12,對向配置於較該輥裝置12靠接著加工方向X之上游部且上述上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶8、9之被加工材搬送路徑之上下位置;高頻電力賦予裝置15(參照圖6),其向該等正電極14與負電極13之間賦予高頻電力;溫度感測器7(參照圖6),其測量上述負電極13之溫度;及控制部16(參照圖6)。
上述上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶8、9由PTFE等氟乙烯樹脂構成。如圖2、圖4所示,上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶8、9中,上部無端皮帶8係以跨及驅動皮帶輪18、從動皮帶輪19、上述輥裝置12之上部輥10及多個引導皮帶輪20而循環移動之方式捲掛,其中該驅動皮帶輪18固定於驅動馬達(步進馬達)17之輸出軸17a,從動皮帶輪19配置於上述載置板5之接著加工方向X之始端位置上方;且構成為,上述從動皮帶輪19與上述上部輥10之間之大致水平皮帶部分8a於上述載置板6與上部負電極13之間向接著加工方向X移動。
下部無端皮帶9係以跨及驅動皮帶輪(圖示省略)與多個引導皮帶輪23之間而循環移動之方式捲掛,其中該驅動皮帶輪固定於配置在上述支持台框5之較下端部靠下部位置之驅動馬達(步進馬達)21之輸出軸(圖示省略);且其中構成為,水平皮帶部分9a沿上述載置板6及下部正電極14之上表面向接著加工方向X移動,該水平皮帶部分9a位於上述支持台框5之上端部且支承於接著加工方向X之前後位置之2個引導皮帶輪23、23之間,與上述上部無端皮帶8之大致水平皮帶部分8a對向,且較該大致水平皮帶部分8a於接著加工方向X上更長。
藉由以上之構成,上下一對無端皮帶8、9係以將被加工材H夾於上部無端皮帶8之大致水平皮帶部分8a與下部無端皮帶9之水平皮帶部分9a之間之狀態,於上下之負電極13與正電極14之間、及上述輥裝置12之上下一對輥10與11之間向接著加工方向X搬送被加工材H。
上述上下一對無端皮帶8、9構成為,能藉由各驅動馬達17、21之轉數控制而於高速與低速兩個檔位之間切換,且於切換為高速、低速中之任一者之情形時上下對向之大致水平皮帶部分8a、9a均以相同速度向上述接著加工方向X移動。又,於上部無端皮帶8側之驅動馬達17側,具備能夠將該上部無端皮帶8之移動速度以下部無端皮帶9之移動速度為基準而加以微調(能夠手動調整)之速度調整部35(參照圖7)。
如圖4、圖5所示,上述上部負電極13設置有作為按壓機構之電極升降機構25(將於下文加以敍述),該電極升降機構25能夠於透過上部負電極13之平坦狀電極面13a將上述一對耐熱性無端皮帶8、9之大致水平皮帶部分8a、9a及被加工材H壓抵於上述載置板6之載置面及上述 下部正電極14之平坦狀電極面14a側之狀態與向上方離開而解除壓抵之狀態之間切換。
又,上述正電極14之電極面14a及負電極13之電極面13a中,負電極13之電極面13a上貼附有具有緩衝性、電氣絕緣性及低摩擦係數且含有藉由高頻吸收而發熱之物質的膜材26。作為該膜材26,可使用含有少量碳粉末之氟海綿(例如三福工業(股)製造之商品名「Mitufuku Sheet MF-20S」等)。藉由將此種膜材26貼附於負電極13之電極面13a,可減小上部無端皮帶8與對向於該上部無端皮帶8之負電極13之電極面13a之間的摩擦阻力,物理性且電性地保護該電極面13a,保持向兩電極14、13之間賦予始終穩定之高頻電力之狀態及一對無端皮帶8、9之順利移動性,謀求該等各構成構件之耐久性之提高,並且藉由感應發熱與介電加熱之協合作用能呈現將兩電極14、13及被加工材H升溫至高溫狀態之預熱功能,其中該感應發熱係藉由作為導體之所含碳粉末之高頻吸收而實現,該介電加熱係藉由作為絕緣材之氟海綿之高頻吸收而實現。
上述輥裝置12之上下一對輥10、11配置於上述正電極14及負電極13之被加工材搬送方向X之後方最近處位置且透過上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶8、9將被加工材H自上下夾住之位置。該等上下一對輥10、11構成為,其等之外周面與上述上下一對無端皮帶8、9之內周面滑接,從而能夠與上下一對無端皮帶8、9之驅動移動連動地從動旋轉。
上述電極升降機構25構成為,藉由將支架28固定連結於升降軸29之下端部,能夠於透過上述支架28及升降軸29等之重力將上述負電極13、一對耐熱性無端皮帶8、9之大致水平皮帶部分8a、9a及被加工 材H壓抵於上述載置板6之載置面及上述下部正電極14之平坦狀電極面14a側之狀態與向上方離開而解除壓抵之狀態之間切換;其中上述支架28支持上述上部負電極13及上部無端皮帶8之從動皮帶輪19,上述升降軸29係能夠升降地組裝於上述縫紉機臂部4之頭部分4a之內部。
再者,於上述縫紉機臂部4之頭部分4a之內部,設置有能夠以與上述升降軸29大致平行之姿勢於上下方向上作動之複動式汽缸(圖示省略),於該複動式汽缸之下部活塞桿30之下端,固定有與上述支架28之頂面抵接而限制上述上部負電極13向上方之移動之止擋構件31。
又,安裝有上述輥裝置12之上部輥10之輥安裝台35係以如下方式構成:固定連結於升降軸32之下端部,其中該升降軸32係能夠以與上述升降軸29平行之姿勢上下升降地組裝於上述縫紉機臂部4之頭部分4a之內部;並且於該輥安裝台35與上述支架28之間介置有彈簧33;藉由該彈簧33之彈性力,上部輥10壓抵於上部無端皮帶8之內周面而與該無端皮帶8之驅動移動連動地切實從動旋轉,並將被夾於上下一對無端皮帶8、9之間而搬送之被加工材H以固定壓以上之壓力彈壓於其與下部輥11之間,發揮使藉由高頻介電加熱而熔融後之上述被加工材H中之熱塑性樹脂膠帶T之接著劑滲入至纖維布料W之功能。
其次,對高頻電力賦予裝置15之構成及控制部16之構成進行說明。
如圖6所示,高頻電力賦予裝置15具備高頻振盪器40、高頻整合裝置41、控制高頻電力輸出之控制電路42、及高頻電力之輸出調整部43,而構成為於接著加工動作時向上述正電極13與負電極14之間連續賦予既定值之 高頻電力。
除上述各構成要素以外,本實施形態之高頻縫紉機1亦具備負責該高頻縫紉機1之動作、停止之踏板式動作開關44、及用以使上述電極升降機構25動作、停止之膝碰開關45。上述動作開關44之踩壓(打開)信號及回踩(關閉)信號、上述膝碰開關45之打開信號及關閉信號、及溫度感測器7之檢測信號輸入至控制部16。另一方面,動作控制信號自控制部16分別輸出至上述高頻電力賦予裝置15之控制電路42、上述驅動馬達17、21、及上述電極升降機構25。
其次,對以如上方式構成之本實施形態之高頻縫紉機1之動作進行說明。
首先,將上述膝碰開關45打開並將相應打開信號輸入至上述控制部16,使動作控制信號自該控制部16輸出至上述電極升降機構25,藉此上部正電極13透過電極升降機構25而壓抵於接近下部正電極14之位置,成為如圖7之示意圖所示之既定接著加工動作模式。
於該狀態下,將被加工材H載置於載置板6上,將該被加工材H之搬送方向前端部分插裝於上下一對無端皮帶8、9之大致水平皮帶部分8a、9a之間之搬送方向始端部。
繼而,若踩壓操作動作開關44並將相應踩壓(打開)信號輸入至控制部16,則動作控制信號自控制部16輸出至高頻電力賦予裝置15之控制電路42,從而高頻電力賦予至上述正電極14與負電極13之間。於該時點,動作控制信號並不自控制部16輸出至驅動馬達17、21,藉由上述上下一對無端皮帶8、9進行之被加工材H之搬送始終處於停止狀態。
於該狀態下,高頻電力賦予至上述正電極14與負電極13之間,藉由感應發熱與介電加熱之協合作用,呈現預熱功能,從而兩電極14、13及被加工材H之溫度逐漸上升,其中上述感應發熱係藉由貼附於負電極13之電極面13a之膜體26中所包含的碳粉末之高頻吸收而實現,上述介電加熱係藉由作為絕緣材之氟海綿之高頻吸收而實現。
然後,若上述電極14、13被加熱至既定溫度以上,則溫度感測器7之檢測信號輸入至上述控制部16,動作控制信號自控制部16輸出至上述驅動馬達17、21。藉此,上下一對無端皮帶8、9開始移動而向接著加工方向X直線性地連續移送被夾於上下一對無端皮帶8、9之大致水平皮帶部分8a、9a之間之被加工材H,同時於該被加工材H通過上部負電極13與下部正電極14之間時,既定值之高頻電力自高頻電力賦予裝置15賦予至兩電極13、14之間,而藉由高頻介電加熱將被加工材H之熱塑性樹脂膠帶T熔融。
其後,於包含熔融後之熱塑性樹脂膠帶T之被加工材H通過輥裝置12之上下一對輥10、11之間時,被加工材H遭到按壓,熔融後之熱塑性樹脂膠帶T之接著劑滲透至纖維布料W、W之對接端部或重疊部,從而纖維布料W、W切實且穩定性良好地得到接著。上述動作開關44始終處於被踩壓狀態直至上述接著動作模式下之直線狀接著動作完成為止,若於接著動作完成後加以回踩,則回踩(關閉)信號輸入至控制部16,高頻電力賦予裝置15之動作及驅動馬達17、21之旋轉停止,上下一對無端皮帶8、9停止。
進而,其後將上述膝碰開關45關閉並將相應關閉信號輸入 至上述控制部16,藉此上部正電極13透過電極升降機構25而上升至向上方離開下部正電極14之位置,從而接著動作模式解除。於該狀態下,可將纖維布料W、W之重疊部或對接端部已藉由熱塑性樹脂膠帶T而接著之加工製品自高頻縫紉機1中取出。
如以上所詳細說明般之本實施形態之高頻縫紉機1與普通縫製縫紉機相比,當然具有如下兩個優點:第一,易於謀求縫紉機整體構造之簡化、小型化;第二,不會使由賦予至一對電極13、14之間之高頻電力所產生之熱集中於線或點接觸部等極小面積部,而能夠使之分散於上下一對電極13、14之平坦狀電極面13a、14a,可極力避免高頻電力所產生之熱集中於極小面積部而導致纖維布料被燒損或產生破洞(開口)等不良部位;亦具有如下優點:由於能夠將被加工材H藉由上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶8、9自上下夾住,而使被加工材H與該等上下一對無端皮帶8、9一併連續地通過上下一對電極13、14之間,故而可避免因電極13、14與被加工材H之纖維布料之正反兩面直接接觸而產生壓痕及斷斷續續之過熱痕。
又,藉由利用上下一對無端皮帶8、9將被加工材H夾住而搬送的設計,及於熱塑性樹脂膠帶T藉由高頻電力方式之介電加熱而熔融後立即利用輥裝置12之上下一對輥10、11進行按壓的設計,可使熔融後之可塑性樹脂膠帶T之接著劑滲透至纖維布料而提高纖維布料之重疊部或兩片纖維布料之對接端部之接著強度。同時,即便將輥裝置12之上部輥10對被加工材H之按壓力設定得較強,亦能夠藉由該按壓力而抑制纖維布料起皺,故而作為由纖維布料所製造出之服裝,就完成性方面而言,外觀、樣式均非常美觀,可謀求製品價值之提高。
另外,於上述負電極13之電極面13a貼附有由含有少量碳粉末之氟海綿所構成之膜材26,故而可物理性且電性地保護會被上部無端皮帶8滑接之電極面13a,保持向兩電極13、14之間賦予始終穩定之高頻電力之狀態及上下一對無端皮帶8、9順利移動之狀態。
此外,有效活用基於上述膜材26中所含有之碳粉末之高頻吸收發熱特性,能夠呈現使電極13、14始終維持於高溫狀態之預熱效果。尤其是,藉由利用基於上述膜材26之電極預熱效果以上述之方式控制縫紉機之動作開始時高頻電力賦予裝置15及無端皮帶驅動馬達17、21之動作,可連因為於兩電極13、14尚未充分升溫之階段搬送被加工材H而導致被加工材搬送始端部分之接著不穩定、不切實的情況亦予以避免。藉由該等之協合作用,無需於高頻電力賦予裝置15以外再裝備預熱用匣式加熱器及其電源,從而可謀求電極周邊部之構造之簡化、小型化,且藉由上述之預熱效果,可對被加工材H包括搬送始端部分在內跨及全長地以接著強度均勻之狀態切實且穩定性良好地進行接著加工。
又,於本實施形態之高頻縫紉機1中,設置有能夠將上述上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶8、9中上部無端皮帶8之移動速度相對於下部無端皮帶9之移動速度而加以調整之速度調整部35,藉由適當操作該速度調整部35而將上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶8、9之移動速度相對性地加以調整(以下部無端皮帶9之移動速度為基準變更上部無端皮帶8之移動速度),於將如圖3(A)或(C)所示在纖維布料W之重疊部之間夾入熱塑性樹脂膠帶T而成之被加工材H作為對象之情形時,能夠修正重疊之下部纖維布料部分與上部纖維布料部分於搬送方向上之位置偏移,又,於將如圖3(B)所 示跨及兩片纖維布料W、W之上表面之間黏貼熱塑性樹脂膠帶T而成之被加工材H作為對象之情形時,能夠修正因對纖維布料W、W與樹脂膠帶T之無端皮帶8、9之摩擦阻力不同而產生之搬送偏移,可防止於位置偏移或搬送偏移之狀態下進行接著,而獲得完成性更佳之服裝。
又,於本實施形態之高頻縫紉機1中,於上部負電極13側設置有作為按壓機構之電極升降機構25,該電極升降機構25透過電氣絕緣材24將被加工材H壓抵於下部正電極14之電極面14a側;故而即便因所使用之纖維布料之種類或性狀等,被加工材H上出現少量凹凸或皺紋,亦能夠將其矯正為一定程度上平坦之形狀而使其可通過兩電極13、14之間,藉此可藉由高頻介電加熱切實且穩定性良好地將熱塑性樹脂膠帶T熔融,並且可極力抑制兩電極13、14之電極面13a、14a之間產生火花。
再者,於上述實施形態中,形成為於被加工材搬送路徑之下部配置正電極14,於上部配置負電極13之構成,但亦可與此相反形成為於被加工材搬送路徑之下部配置負電極13,於上部配置正電極14之構成。
又,於上述實施形態中,對設置有能夠將上下一對無端皮帶8、9中上部無端皮帶8之移動速度以下部無端皮帶9之移動速度為基準而加以微調(能夠手動調整)之速度調整部35之構成進行了說明,但亦可將上下一對無端皮帶8、9之移動速度一併調整。
又,於上述實施形態中,對僅於上部負電極13之電極面13a貼附有由含有少量碳粉末之氟海綿所構成之膜材26之構成進行了說明,但亦可為於下部正電極14之電極面14a亦貼附同樣之膜體。
於該情形時,可物理性且電性地保護會被上下一對無端皮帶8、9滑接 之兩電極13、14各自之電極面13a、14a,保持向兩電極13、14之間賦予始終穩定之高頻電力之狀態及上下一對無端皮帶8、9一併順利移動之狀態,從而進一步提高該等各構成構件之耐久性。
進而,藉由如本實施形態般,利用如工程塑膠或超級工程塑膠般耐磨性、電氣絕緣性及耐熱性優異之材料構成載置板6以及電極周邊部之構成構件,可充分確保該等構成構件之構造強度,並且可使耐磨性、耐蝕性、電氣絕緣性及耐熱性亦優異,從而將於被賦予高頻電力之條件下使用之各構件構成為耐久性較高者。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種高頻縫紉機,其具備:上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶,其等將被加工材自上下夾住而向沿水平面之特定方向加以連續搬送,該被加工材係於纖維布料之重疊部之間夾入熱塑性樹脂膠帶而成,或將兩片纖維布料之端部對接配置並跨及該兩片纖維布料之對接端部之上表面之間黏貼熱塑性樹脂膠帶而成;平坦面狀之正電極及負電極,其等對向配置於由該上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶構成之被加工材搬送路徑之上下位置;高頻電力賦予裝置,其向該等正電極與負電極之間賦予高頻電力;及控制部;而構成為,對被上述上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶夾住而沿水平面向上述特定方向連續搬送之上述被加工材自上述高頻電力賦予裝置向上述正電極與負電極之間賦予高頻電力,藉此利用高頻介電加熱將上述熱塑性樹脂膠帶熔融,透過熔融後之上述熱塑性樹脂膠帶將上述纖維布料之重疊部或對接端部接著;且該高頻縫紉機之特徵在於:於上述正電極及負電極中至少一個電極之電極面,貼附有具有緩衝性、電氣絕緣性且含有藉由高頻吸收而發熱之物質的膜材,並且於貼附有該膜材之電極側附設有測量該電極之溫度之溫度感測器;而構成為,上述控制部於將該縫紉機之動作開關設為打開時,使上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶對被加工材之搬送停止,於此狀態下僅使上述高頻電力賦予裝置開始作動而向兩電極之間賦予高頻電力,於在該狀態下上述溫度感測器測量到既定溫度時,控制上述無端皮帶之驅動裝置之動作以 使上述上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶對被加工材之搬送開始。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之高頻縫紉機,其中於上述正電極及負電極之被加工材搬送方向之後方最近處位置具備輥裝置,該輥裝置係由配置於透過上述上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶將上述被加工材自上下夾住之位置的上下一對輥所構成,且能夠使該等上下一對輥藉由與上述上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶滑接而從動旋轉。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之高頻縫紉機,其中上述正電極配置於上述被加工材搬送路徑之下部位置,且上述負電極配置於上述被加工材搬送路徑之上部位置,上部負電極之除電極面以外之部分整體由電氣絕緣材被覆,於上述負電極側裝備有介隔上述電氣絕緣材將被加工材壓抵於上述下部正電極之電極面側之按壓機構。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項之高頻縫紉機,其中上述膜材貼附於正電極及負電極各自之電極面。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項之高頻縫紉機,其中上述膜材係氟海綿,且該膜材中所含有之上述發熱物質係包含碳粉末者。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項之高頻縫紉機,其中上述上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶係由氟乙烯樹脂所構成,且構成為以夾住被加工材之上下對向面向上述特定方向移動之方式透過上下各自之驅動部而分別驅動移動。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項之高頻縫紉機,其中於上述上下一對耐熱性無端皮帶中至少一個無端皮帶之驅動部,設置有能夠調整該無端皮帶之移動速度之速度調整部。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項之高頻縫紉機,其中上述速度調整部構成為能 夠以未設置該速度調整部之側之無端皮帶之移動速度為基準而進行微調。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項之高頻縫紉機,其中上述正電極及負電極之周邊部之構成構件由耐磨性、耐熱性、耐蝕性、電氣絕緣性優異之工程塑膠所構成。
