Abstract
Description
以下、図面を参照して本発明の第一実施形態に係るピンヘッダ2を適用した電気接続箱1について説明する。
なお、電気接続箱1の長手方向をx軸、電気接続箱1の幅方向をy軸、電気接続箱1の高さ方向をz軸とする。
なお、ピンヘッダ2の構成については後述する。
なお、座標系に関しては、上記と同じとする。
上記実施形態において、ピンヘッダ2を、電気接続箱1内に収容された第一基板11および第二基板12に適用される構成として説明したが、特にこれに限られるものではなく、第一基板11と、この第一基板11に対して所定の間隔をあけて位置する第二基板12とを有する基板構造に適用される構成でも良い。また、上記実施形態のピンヘッダ2は、2枚の基板間を接続する基板構造に適用されるものに限らず、3枚以上の複数の基板間を接続する基板構造に適用されるものであっても良い。

Claims (3)
- 第一基板に一端を接続し、前記第一基板から所定の間隔をあけて位置する第二基板に他端を接続する複数の接続ピンと,
前記複数の接続ピンの側面中央を保持する保持部本体と、前記保持部本体から前記接続ピンの一端側へ突出する第一突出部、および前記第一突出部の突出長さと同じ長さで、前記保持部本体から前記接続ピンの他端側へ突出する第二突出部と、を有する突出保持部と、を有するピン保持部と,
を備えることを特徴とするピンヘッダ。 - 請求項1に記載のピンヘッダにおいて、
前記ピン保持部は、複数の前記突出保持部を有し、
前記保持部本体は、前記接続ピンが挿入する挿入孔を有し、
前記複数の突出保持部は、前記保持部本体における前記挿入孔が形成された面の中央を基準にして対称に配置されていることを特徴とするピンヘッダ。 - 請求項1または2に記載のピンヘッダにおいて、
前記第一突出部および前記第二突出部の各端部は、球状に形成されていることを特徴とするピンヘッダ。
