Abstract
【解決手段】サブタンク4の底部に下部燃料出口7と下部燃料排出管10を設け、サブタンク4内の底部に溜まった、あるいは溜まろうとする水を、燃料の流れのエネルギーを利用して排出する。また、サブタンク4の最上部に上部燃料出口8と上部燃料排出管11を設けるとともに、上部燃料排出管11を、同排出管11の最も高い位置で合流管12に接続し、サブタンク4内の最上部に溜まったエアをサブタンク4及び上部燃料排出管11から排出するようにした。

Description
(I) 燃料タンク1とエンジン2との間でスペース、搭載性の点で有利な任意の位置を自由に選択して設置できること、
(II) 燃料を性状検出に必要な流速に低下させるに足る最小限の容積があれば良いため、小形ですむこと
の二点により、建設機械(油圧ショベルでいえば上部旋回体のアッパーフレーム)に対する搭載性が良いものとなる。
(1) サブタンク4の燃料入口6は、図2において図示の位置と左右対称な位置(右斜め下側)に設けてもよいし、これらと上下対称な位置(左または右斜め上側)、またはサブタンク高さ方向中央部の左右いずれか片側の位置に設けてもよい。あるいは、燃料入口6を複数個所に設けてもよい。

Claims (3)
- エンジンと、このエンジンに供給される燃料を貯留する燃料タンクと、上記エンジンと燃料タンクとを結ぶ燃料供給ラインと、この燃料供給ライン中に設けられたサブタンクと、このサブタンクに上記燃料タンクからの燃料を導入する燃料導入管と、サブタンク内の燃料をエンジンに向けて排出する燃料排出管と、上記サブタンク内の燃料の動粘度等の物理量を検出するセンサとを具備し、上記サブタンク内の底部から燃料を排出するようにサブタンク底面に燃料出口を設け、上記燃料排出管を上記燃料出口に接続したことを特徴とする建設機械の燃料性状検出装置。
- 上記サブタンク底面の燃料出口を下部燃料出口、上記燃料排出管を下部燃料排出管として、サブタンクの最上部に上部燃料出口を設けるとともに、この上部燃料出口に上部燃料排出管を接続し、上記上部及び下部両燃料排出管を、上部燃料排出管の最も高い位置で合流管に合流接続し、上記サブタンク内の燃料をこの合流管により上記エンジンに向けて排出するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の建設機械の燃料性状検出装置。
- 上記センサは検出部を有し、この検出部が上記サブタンク内の高さ方向の中間部で燃料と接触する状態でサブタンクに設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の建設機械の燃料性状検出装置。
