Abstract
【解決手段】固定子1と回転子2とからなる電磁モータ100の固定子鉄心20のスロット21内に絶縁部材40を介して巻線30を巻装してなる電磁モータ用固定子の巻線絶縁構造であって、固定子鉄心20のスロット開口部21a側において、固定子鉄芯20と絶縁部材40との間に絶縁シート60を挿入するための絶縁シート挿入部50を形成する。

Description
まず、図1から図3を参照して、本実施形態に係る電磁モータ用固定子の巻線絶縁構造の構成について説明する。図1は電磁モータの全体構成の概略図である。図2は図1の電磁モータの巻線構造のA部拡大図である。図3は電磁モータの固定子鉄芯の要部拡大図である。
次に、図1から図3を参照して、本実施形態に係る電磁モータ用固定子の巻線絶縁構造の作用について説明する。

Claims (2)
- 固定子と回転子とからなる電磁モータの固定子鉄心のスロット内に絶縁部材を介して巻線を巻装してなる電磁モータ用固定子の巻線絶縁構造であって、
前記固定子鉄心のスロット開口部側において、前記固定子鉄芯と前記絶縁部材との間に絶縁シートを挿入し配置するための絶縁シート挿入部を形成したことを特徴とする電磁モータ用固定子の巻線絶縁構造。 - 前記絶縁シートを挿入配置するための絶縁シート挿入部は、前記固定子鉄心のスロット開口部側において、前記固定子鉄心に段部を設けることにより、前記固定子鉄芯と前記絶縁部材との隙間として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁モータ用固定子の巻線絶縁構造。
