Abstract
【解決手段】亜硫酸塩濃度の制御を通じて水銀の排出及び/又は再排出を低下させる一つの方法は、WFGDシステムにおいて使用される水性アルカリスラリーの亜硫酸塩濃度を測定し、かつ該濃度を予め決められた亜硫酸塩濃度の値と比較することである。該比較は、測定された亜硫酸塩濃度が予め決められた値を上回ることを明らかにする場合には、該システムに供給される酸化空気の量は増加される。該比較は、測定される亜硫酸塩濃度が、予め決められた値を下回ることを明らかにする場合には、該システムに供給される酸化空気の量は減少される。

Claims (12)
- 浄化された燃焼排煙中の水銀の排出又は再排出レベルを低下させる方法であって、
燃焼排煙を湿式排煙脱硫(WFGD)システムに供給して、水性アルカリスラリーと直接接触させて該排煙から汚染物質を除去することで、浄化排煙を生成させ、
該WFGDシステム中の亜硫酸塩濃度を測定して、予め決められた亜硫酸塩濃度の値と比較し、かつ
WFGDシステムパラメータを調節して、亜硫酸塩濃度を増加又は減少させて、生成した浄化排煙中の水銀の排出及び/又は再排出のレベルを低下させる
ことを含んでなる、浄化された燃焼排煙中の水銀の排出又は再排出レベルを低下させる方法。 - 該亜硫酸塩濃度を、該WFGDシステムの水性アルカリスラリー中で測定する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 該亜硫酸塩濃度を、スプレー塔型のWFGDシステムの水性アルカリスラリー中で測定する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 該WFGDシステム中の水銀濃度を測定して、予め決められた水銀濃度の値と比較し、その後で、
該水銀濃度に基づいて、WFGDシステムパラメータを調節して、亜硫酸塩濃度を増加又は減少させて、生成した浄化排煙中の水銀の排出及び/又は再排出を低下させる
ことを更に含んでなる、請求項1記載の方法。 - 酸化空気量を該水性アルカリスラリーに供給して、WFGDシステムを調節して、その亜硫酸塩濃度を減少させて、生成した浄化排煙中の水銀の排出及び/又は再排出のレベルを低下させる
ことを更に含んでなる、請求項1記載の方法。 - 浄化された燃焼排煙中の水銀の排出又は再排出のレベルを低下させるためのシステムであって、
湿式排煙脱硫(WFGD)システム、該システムは、該システムを流動する燃焼排煙と直接接触するための水性アルカリスラリーを有する、
捕集槽、該捕集槽は、該燃焼排煙と直接接触した後の該水性アルカリスラリーを捕集し、該捕集槽中に配置された1個以上の亜硫酸塩センサを有し、該亜硫酸塩センサは、捕集された水性アルカリスラリー中の亜硫酸塩濃度を測定することで、測定された亜硫酸塩濃度を得る、
制御装置、該制御装置は、測定された亜硫酸塩濃度を、予め決められた亜硫酸塩濃度と比較し、かつその比較に基づいて装置を制御する、及び
制御装置により制御される装置、該装置は、WFGDシステムパラメータを調節して、亜硫酸塩濃度を増加又は減少させることで、生成した浄化排煙中の水銀の排出及び/又は再排出のレベルを低下させる、
を含んでなる、浄化された燃焼排煙中の水銀の排出又は再排出のレベルを低下させるためのシステム。 - 該WFGDシステムの出口中の1個以上の水銀センサを更に含んでなり、該水銀センサは、該システムを流動する浄化排煙中の水銀濃度を測定することで、測定された水銀濃度を得る、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 該WFGDシステムの出口中の1個以上の水銀センサ、該水銀センサは、該システムを流動する浄化排煙中の水銀濃度を測定することで、測定された水銀濃度を得る、
制御装置、該制御装置は、測定された水銀濃度を、予め決められた水銀濃度と比較し、かつその比較に基づいて装置を制御する、及び
該制御装置により制御される装置、該装置は、WFGDシステムパラメータを調節して、該水性アルカリスラリー中の亜硫酸塩濃度を増加又は減少させることで、生成した浄化排煙中の水銀の排出及び/又は再排出のレベルを低下させる、
を更に含んでなる、請求項6記載のシステム。 - 調節される該WFGDシステムパラメータが、該WFGDシステムに供給される酸化空気の量である、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 該制御装置により制御されるブロワを更に含んでなり、該ブロワは、酸化空気量を該WFGDシステムに輸送する、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 該制御装置により制御されるブロワを更に含んでなり、該ブロワは、酸化空気量を該WFGDシステムの水性アルカリスラリーに輸送する、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 酸化空気量を該水性アルカリスラリーに輸送するブロワを更に含んでなり、該ブロワは、該水性アルカリスラリー中の亜硫酸塩濃度を減少させて、生成した浄化排煙中の水銀の排出及び/又は再排出レベルを低下させる、請求項6記載のシステム。
