Abstract
Description
− バッテリから成る蓄電手段5から、モータ6に交流電流が給電される給電モードと、
− モータの巻線7をインダクタとして用いることによって、コネクタ8に接続されている外部の配電網から、蓄電手段5を充電する充電モード。
− 給電モードにおいては、各Hブリッジは、モータの対応する相に交流電流を流すように制御される。モータの三相を流れる交流電流は、従来どおりに、モータが回転するように調和させられる。制御回路9は、従来の正弦波PWM(パルス幅変調)制御にしたがって、ブリッジアームAおよびBのスイッチ12(この例では、パワートランジスタである)を駆動することができる。他の2つのHブリッジも、三相モータの場合には、好ましくは互いに120°だけ位相がずれた状態で、同じ正弦波PWM制御にしたがって駆動される。
− 三相の充電モードにおいては、インダクタを構成する各巻線7に交流電流が流れ、PFC(力率補正)機能が全相で遂行されるように、ブリッジアームA、C、Eの各々の2つのスイッチは開かれ、一方、ブリッジアームB、D、Fの各々の2つのスイッチは、三相チャージャのための従来の交流制御にしたがって駆動される。
− 給電モードにおいては、図1の装置の給電モードにおける制御(上記参照)と同じ制御がなされる。
− 充電モードにおいては、インダクタを構成する各巻線7に整流された交流電流が流れ、PFC機能が関連する相において遂行されるように、ブリッジアームB、C、E、Fは制御されず、すなわち、これらのブリッジアームのスイッチ12は全て開かれ、ブリッジアームAおよびDのスイッチは、単相チャージャのための従来の交流制御にしたがって駆動される。
− 給電モードにおいては、図1の装置の給電モードにおける制御(上記参照)と同じ制御がなされる。
− 充電モードにおいては、インダクタを構成する各巻線7に整流された交流電流が流れ、PFC機能が関連する相において遂行されるように、ブリッジアームB〜Fは制御されず、一方、ブリッジアームAのスイッチ12は、単相チャージャのための従来の交流制御にしたがって駆動される。

Claims (7)
- 交流モータ(6)、インバータ(2)、および蓄電手段(5)を有し、さらに、前記インバータ(2)を介しての前記交流モータ(6)への給電と前記蓄電手段(5)の充電との両方を可能にするスイッチング手段(4)を有する、給電および充電に共用される電気装置であって、前記スイッチング手段(4)は、前記インバータ(2)内に組み込まれており、かつ前記交流モータ(6)の各相当たり、少なくとも1つのHブリッジ構造(3、3’、3’’)を備えていることを特徴とする電気装置。
- 前記蓄電手段(5)の特性に、外部配電網(11)の電圧を適合させることを可能にするDC/DCコンバータ(10)を、前記Hブリッジ構造(3、3’、3’’)と前記蓄電手段(5)との間に備えている、請求項1に記載の電気装置。
- 前記交流モータ(6)は三相モータであり、前記スイッチング手段(4)は3つのHブリッジ構造を有する、請求項1または2に記載の電気装置。
- 前記電気装置への通電時に、前記外部配電網(11)への接続のための差し込み口への接触を防止することができるロック手段を備えている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気装置。
- 前記差し込み口は、前記電気装置の接地手段を備えている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気装置。
- 少なくとも1つのHブリッジ構造(3)を有するスイッチング手段を、交流モータ(6)に給電するモードから、蓄電手段(5)を充電するモードへのスイッチング、またその逆のスイッチングを可能にするように制御するステップを含んでいる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気装置に適用される、給電および充電に共用する方法。
- 三相モータ(6)を有する前記電気装置に適用され、該三相モータ(6)の一相が損傷した際に、一定振幅の単一の回転磁界を発生させることができるように、他の二相のうちの一方の位相反転を制御するステップを含んでいる、請求項6に記載の方法。
