Abstract
本发明提供一种具有充电功能的电驱动系统,该系统包括电机、电机功率变换器、外部功率变换器和电能存储器,所述电机包括电机绕组,该电机上设有能与电机绕组互感的副绕组,电能存储器通过电机功率变换器与电机绕组连接,副绕组与外部功率变换器连接。本发明利用自身电机的线圈,并结合副绕组构成变压器,从而使得电动汽车可直接插接在市电上进行取电,不需要单独建设充电桩;通过在开关磁阻电机的定子上设置副绕组槽来安装副绕组,结构简单,成本很低。

技术领域
本发明涉及电动汽车领域,尤其是涉及一种具有充电功能的电驱动系统。
背景技术
新能源电动汽车最主要的部件是动力电池、电动机和能量转换控制系统,而动力电池要实现快速充电、安全等高性能,是技术门槛最高、也是利润最集中的部分。
由于市电电压一般是220V,而电动汽车电池电压一般是48V或36V,因而需要对市电进行变压后才能对电池进行充电,故目前对电动汽车进行充电时,都需要单独建设充电桩。若单独建设充电桩,不仅会提高成本,也会严重影响电动汽车的推广使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种具有充电功能的电驱动系统,解决现有电动汽车需要单独建设充电桩进行充电的问题。
本发明的发明目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种具有充电功能的电驱动系统,其特征在于,该系统包括电机、电机功率变换器、外部功率变换器和电能存储器,所述电机包括电机绕组,该电机上设有能与电机绕组互感的副绕组,电能存储器通过电机功率变换器与电机绕组连接,副绕组与外部功率变换器连接。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述电机为开关磁阻电机、永磁同步电机或磁阻同步电机。
作为进一步的技术方案,当电机为开关磁阻电机时,所述副绕组设置在其定子凸极上。
作为进一步的技术方案,开关磁阻电机的定子上设有副绕组槽。
作为进一步的技术方案,定子上至少一相的两个凸极上均设有副绕组槽。
作为进一步的技术方案,定子上相互垂直的两相的凸极上均设有副绕组槽。
作为进一步的技术方案,外部功率变换器为对称全桥电路或不对称全桥电路或半桥电路。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、利用自身电机的线圈,并结合副绕组构成变压器,从而使得电动汽车可直接插接在市电上进行取电,不需要单独建设充电桩;
2、通过在开关磁阻电机的定子上设置副绕组槽来安装副绕组,结构简单,成本很低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例
为了方便在电动汽车进行充电时,不需要单独建设的充电桩。因而可利用电动汽车自身电机的线圈,并结合副绕组构成变压器,从而使得电动汽车可直接插接在市电上进行取电,不需要单独建设充电桩。
基于前述原理,本实施例提供一种具有充电功能的电驱动系统,参见图1,该系统包括电机、电机功率变换器、外部功率变换器和电能存储器。电机采用电动汽车自身的电机,其上设置有电机绕组1。本实施例在电机上设有能与电机绕组1互感的副绕组2。电能存储器通过电机功率变换器与电机绕组1连接,副绕组2与外部功率变换器连接。当汽车工作时,电能存储器通过电机功率变换器后给电机绕组1供电;当汽车充电时,外接市电电源通过外部功率变换器与副绕组2连接,由于副绕组与电机绕组构成变压器,相当于对市电进行变压后对电能存储器进行充电,这样就充分利用了电机绕组,且减去了汽车充电需要新增设的变压器。
外部功率变换器可采用对称全桥电路或不对称全桥电路或半桥电路。
本实施例的方案可适用于开关磁阻电机、永磁同步电机或磁阻同步电机。
当电机为开关磁阻电机时,副绕组2设置在其定子凸极3上。为了便于副绕组2的安装,如图1所示,可在电机的定子凸极3处设置副绕组槽4。根据需要,可以在定子上至少一相的两个凸极上均设置副绕组槽。若在两相设置副绕组槽,则可在,定子上相互垂直的两相的凸极上均设置副绕组槽。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,应当指出的是,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种具有充电功能的电驱动系统,其特征在于,该系统包括电机、电机功率变换器、外部功率变换器和电能存储器,所述电机包括电机绕组,该电机上设有能与电机绕组互感的副绕组,电能存储器通过电机功率变换器与电机绕组连接,副绕组与外部功率变换器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有充电功能的电驱动系统,其特征在于,所述电机为开关磁阻电机、永磁同步电机或磁阻同步电机。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有充电功能的电驱动系统,其特征在于,当电机为开关磁阻电机时,所述副绕组设置在其定子凸极上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有充电功能的电驱动系统,其特征在于,开关磁阻电机的定子上设有副绕组槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有充电功能的电驱动系统,其特征在于,定子上至少一相的两个凸极上均设有副绕组槽。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有充电功能的电驱动系统,其特征在于,定子上相互垂直的两相的凸极上均设有副绕组槽。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有充电功能的电驱动系统,其特征在于,外部功率变换器为对称全桥电路或不对称全桥电路或半桥电路。
