Description
以下、図2に示すフローチャートを参照しながら、エンジン1始動時の動作について説明する。ます、ステップS1にて、アクセルスイッチSW2がオンとなると、インバータ駆動回路6の制御下で界磁制御部8に界磁指令信号が出力され、ステップS2で、42Vオルタネータ2の界磁巻線が励磁され、電動機として駆動可能な状態とされる。
次に、図3に示すフローチャートを参照しながら、14VバッテリE1を充電する際の動作について説明する。
次に、図4に示すフローチャートを参照しながら、4WD駆動時の動作について説明する。まず、ステップS21にて、4WDコントローラ9により、アクセルセンサ、及び車輪速センサの検出信号に基づき、4WD駆動が必要であると判断された場合には、ステップS22にて、4WDコントローラ9は、42Vオルタネータ2の発電出力が最大となるように、界磁巻線をフル励磁状態とするべく、界磁制御部8に対して制御指令を出力する。次いで、ステップS23で、スイッチSW1をオンとし、ダイオードブリッジ回路14とモータM1とが電気的に連結した状態とする。

Claims (8)
- 車両の前輪または後輪のうちの、一方の車輪をエンジンにより駆動し、他方の車輪を必要に応じてモータにより駆動するようにしたモータ駆動4WD車両を制御する4WD車両の制御装置において、
前記エンジンによって駆動されることで、第1の定格電圧の3相交流電力を発電する電動発電機と、
前記電動発電機により発電された第1の定格電圧の電力を、前記第1の定格電圧よりも低い第2の定格電圧の電力に降圧する昇降圧インバータと、
前記昇降圧インバータより出力される前記第2の定格電圧の電力が供給されるバッテリと、
前記バッテリの一方の端子と前記電動発電機が有する中性点との間に設けれたスイッチ手段と、を備え、
前記昇降圧インバータは、前記バッテリの他方の端子と接続され、前記バッテリに充電された第2の定格電圧の電力を、第1の定格電圧の電力に昇圧する機能を有し、
前記電動発電機は、前記昇降圧インバータより出力される第1の定格電圧となる電力によって駆動力を発生する機能を有し、
前記電動発電機より出力される第1の定格電圧の電力により、前記モータを駆動させることを特徴とするモータ駆動4WD車両の制御装置。 - 前記昇降圧インバータは、前記バッテリに充電されている直流電力を、3相交流電力に変換して、前記電動発電機に供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータ駆動4WD車両の制御装置。
- 前記エンジンは、所定の条件が成立したときに始動されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記載のモータ駆動4WD車両の制御装置。
- 前記所定の条件は、乗員によるアクセル操作であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のモータ駆動4WD車両の制御装置。
- 前記昇降圧インバータは、前記電動発電機により発電された3相交流電力を直流電力に変換して、前記バッテリを充電することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のモータ駆動4WD車両の制御装置。
- 前記モータは、直流モータであり、前記電動発電機が発電した3相交流電力を直流電力に変換する整流手段を備え、該整流手段で整流された直流電力により前記モータを駆動させることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のモータ駆動4WD車両の制御装置。
- 前記電動発電機の発電電圧が所定の電圧値よりも高い場合には、前記スイッチ手段を開路することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のモータ駆動4WD車両の制御装置。
- 前記電動発電機の発電電力により、前記バッテリを充電し、且つ、前記モータを駆動させていないときには、前記電動発電機の出力電圧を、最大発電時よりも低い電圧値とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のモータ駆動4WD車両の制御装置。
