Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 接合キーボードであって、
構造プレート、接着剤層及び膜を含み、前記膜は前記接着剤層によって前記構造プレートに接合される、後部ケース組立品と、
前記後部ケース組立品上に取り付けられ、隣接するキー同士の間に間隔が存在するように所定の構成で配列される複数のキーであって、前記キーは、周辺部を画定する外側キーを含む、キーと、
前記後部ケース組立品に固定され、前記間隔の一部分及び前記周辺部の一部分を占有するように構築される骨組み両面接着剤層と、
前記骨組み両面接着剤に固定される上部ケースと、
を備える、接合キーボード。 - 前記骨組み接着剤層が、複数の相互接続した骨組みリブを含む、請求項1に記載のキーボード。
- 前記骨組みリブの第1の部分は第1の所定の厚さを有し、前記骨組みリブの第2の部分は第2の所定の厚さを有する、請求項2に記載のキーボード。
- 前記骨組み接着剤層が前記キーのそれぞれを取り囲む、請求項1に記載のキーボード。
- 前記骨組み接着剤層が前記キーの選択グループを取り囲む、請求項1に記載のキーボード。
- 前記骨組み両面接着剤が1片の支持体を含む、請求項1に記載のキーボード。
- 骨組み両面接着剤が、約0.005〜0.1mmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のキーボード。
- 前記骨組み両面接着剤が前記キーのいずれとも干渉しない、請求項1に記載のキーボード。
- 前記上部ケースが前記骨組み両面接着剤の形状に似ている、請求項1に記載のキーボード。
- 前記後部ケース組立品を前記上部ケースに結合する、少なくとも1つの締結具を更に備える、請求項1に記載のキーボード。
- 前記上部ケースが上部ケース骨組みリブを含み、前記上部ケース骨組みリブの厚さは、前記骨組み接着剤の前記骨組みリブの厚さと少なくとも同じ厚さである、請求項2に記載のキーボード。
- 接合キーボードであって、
上面及び下面を有する後部ケース組立品と、
前記後部ケース組立品の前記上面上に取り付けられる複数のキーであって、前記キーは、隣接するキー同士の間に間隔が存在するように配列される、複数のキーと、
前記後部ケース組立品の前記上面に取り付けられる骨組み両面接着剤層であって、前記接着剤は、隣接するキー同士の間に存在する前記間隔の一部分を占有することによって、それぞれのキーを取り囲むように構築される、骨組み両面接着剤層と、
前記接着剤層に固定される骨組み構造を含む上部ケースと、
を含む、接合キーボード
を備える、コンピューティングデバイス。 - 前記キーが外側キーを含み、前記接着剤層が、前記外側キーを取り囲む周辺部の一部分を占有する、請求項12に記載のキーボード。
- それぞれのキーが第1及び第2の縁部を有し、縁部と前記骨組み接着剤の縁部との間に最小限のギャップ距離が存在する、請求項12に記載のキーボード。
- 前記後部ケース組立品がキーストロークを検出するように動作可能である、請求項12に記載のキーボード。
- 前記後部ケース組立品を前記上部ケースに結合するための締結具を更に備える、請求項12に記載のキーボード。
- キーボードの組立方法であって、前記方法は、
複数のキーを後部ケース組立品に取り付けることと、
前記キーの少なくとも1つを取り囲む骨組み両面接着剤層を前記後部ケース組立品に取り付けることと、
前記骨組み接着剤層の構造に似るように構築されるトッププレートを、前記骨組み接着剤を介して前記後部ケース組立品に固定することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記後部ケース組立品が、構造プレート、接着剤層、及び膜を含み、前記方法が、
前記膜を前記接着剤層によって前記構造プレートに固定すること
を更に含む、請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記上部ケースを前記後部ケース組立品に固定するために少なくとも1つの締結具を用いることを更に含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記キーが、外側キーによって画定される周辺部を有する所定の構成で配列され、間隔は前記外側キーと隣接する内側キーとの間、並びに隣接する内側キー同士の間に存在し、前記骨組み両接着剤が前記間隔の一部分及び前記周辺部の一部分を占有する、請求項17に記載の方法。
