Claims (15)
- ケース(2.1、2.2)と;
該ケース(2.1、2.2)内に配置された駆動キャリッジ(22)と;
該駆動キャリッジ(22)にカップリングされ、シリンジ(3)内のニードル後退機構に解放可能に係合するように適合されたプランジャ(11)とを備え、
ここで、該駆動キャリッジ(22)を該ケース(2.1、2.2)に対して遠位方向(D)へ並進運動させることで、該プランジャ(11)を該ニードル後退機構に係合させ、該駆動キャリッジ(22)を該ケーシング(2.1、2.2)に対して近位方向(P)へ並進運動させることで、該プランジャ(11)をストッパ(5)に係合させる
自動注射器(1)。 - 駆動キャリッジ(22)をケース(2.1、2.2)に対して付勢する駆動ばね(15)
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の自動注射器(1)。 - プランジャ(11)を駆動キャリッジ(22)に対して付勢するプランジャばね(12)
をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載の自動注射器(1)。 - プランジャ(11)は、駆動キャリッジ(22)内の遠位開口部に係合するように適合された近位弾性アーム(11.1)を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- プランジャ(11)にカップリングされた掛止チューブ(24)をさらに備え、該掛止チューブ(24)は、弾性アーム(24.1)を含む、
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の自動注射器(1)。 - プランジャ(11)は、掛止チューブ(24)内の近位開口部に係合するように適合された遠位弾性アーム(11.4)を含む、請求項5に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- 駆動キャリッジ(22)が掛止チューブ(24)に当接したとき、近位弾性アーム(11.1)は、該掛止チューブ(24)内の近位開口部によって偏向され、プランジャ(11)は、プランジャばね(12)の力を受けて、該駆動キャリッジ(22)に対して近位方向(P)へ並進運動する、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- ケース(2.1、2.2)は、プランジャ(11)の近位端に係合するように適合された心棒(2.2.2)を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- 駆動キャリッジ(22)が掛止チューブ(24)から分離されたとき、該駆動キャリッジ(22)およびプランジャ(11)は、ケース(2.1、2.2)に対して近位方向(P)へ並進運動し、その後、心棒(2.2.2)は該プランジャ(11)の遠位端に係合し、該プランジャ(11)がさらに並進運動することを防止しながら、該駆動キャリッジ(22)がさらに並進運動することを可能にし、該駆動キャリッジ(22)をさらに並進運動させることで、近位弾性アーム(11.1)を偏向させて、該駆動キャリッジ(22)の遠位開口部に再び係合させる、請求項7又は8に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- ケース(2.1、2.2)内に摺動可能に配置されたインターロック・スリーブ(16)と;
該ケース(2.1、2.2)に対する付勢力を該インターロック・スリーブ(16)に加えるように適合されたスリーブばね(27)と
をさらに備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の自動注射器(1)。 - ケース(2.1、2.2)内に摺動可能に配置された掛止スリーブ(18)と;
該ケース(2.1、2.2)に対する付勢力を該掛止スリーブ(18)に加えるように適合された掛止スリーブばね(19)と
をさらに備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の自動注射器(1)。 - インターロック・スリーブ(16)がケース(2.1、2.2)に対して近位方向(P)へ並進運動したとき、該インターロック・スリーブ(16)上のフック(16.3)は、掛止チューブ(24)上の弾性アーム(24.1)に当接し、該弾性アーム(24.1)が偏向するのを防止し、該弾性アーム(24.1)は、駆動キャリッジ(22)が該掛止チューブ(24)に当接するのを防止する、請求項5又は10に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- インターロック・スリーブ(16)がケース(2.1、2.2)に対して遠位方向(D)へ並進運動したとき、該インターロック・スリーブ(16)上のフック(16.3)は、掛止チューブ(24)上の弾性アーム(24.1)を係合解除し、該弾性アーム(24.1)は偏向し、駆動キャリッジ(22)は該掛止チューブ(24)に係合する、請求項7又は12に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- ケース(2.1、2.2)上に可動に配置されたスライダ(29)をさらに備え、
該スライダ(29)は、駆動キャリッジ(22)に係合するように適合された内部ボス(29.1)を含む、請求項6に記載の自動注射器(1)。 - ケース(2.1、2.2)内に摺動可能に配置されたケース解放ピン(30)をさらに備え、該ピン(30)は、スライダ(29)に係合するように適合された外面と、該ケース(2.1、2.2)内の掛止アーム(2.2.1)に係合するように適合された内面とを有し、該スライダ(29)が動くことで、該ピン(30)が動き、該掛止アーム(2.2.1)を該ケース(2.1、2.2)から係合解除する、
請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の自動注射器(1)。
