Claims (3)
- 複数の電線を編組線で被覆した多芯シールドケーブルの端末に取り付けられるシールドコネクタであって、
各電線の端末に接続される端子を収容するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに取り付けられ、かつ、前記編組線が加締め固定される導電性のシェルと、
を備え、
前記シェルは、
前記編組線が加締め固定される筒状の編組線固定部材と、
前記編組線固定部材と別体に構成されて前記ハウジングに一体的に設けられ、前記編組線固定部材が嵌合される筒状の固定部材嵌合部を有するシェル本体と、
を有していることを特徴とするシールドコネクタ。 - 前記編組線固定部材と前記固定部材嵌合部とのうち少なくとも一方の部材に対して、前記編組線固定部材を前記固定部材嵌合部に嵌合した状態で、前記編組線固定部材と前記固定部材嵌合部とのうち他方の部材に弾接して、前記編組線固定部材と前記固定部材嵌合部との電気的導通を確保する接点が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシールドコネクタ。
- 複数の電線を編組線で被覆した多芯シールドケーブルの端末に取り付けられるシールドコネクタの組立方法であって、
前記シールドコネクタは、
各電線の端末に接続される端子を収容するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに取り付けられ、かつ、前記編組線が加締め固定される導電性のシェルと、
を備え、
前記シェルは、
前記編組線が加締め固定される筒状の編組線固定部材と、
前記編組線固定部材と別体に構成されて前記ハウジングに一体的に設けられ、前記編組線固定部材が嵌合される筒状の固定部材嵌合部を有するシェル本体と、
を有し、
前記方法は、
前記編組線固定部材に前記編組線を加締め固定する加締め工程と、
前記編組線が加締め固定された前記編組線固定部材を、前記ハウジングに一体的に設けられた前記シェル本体の前記固定部材嵌合部に嵌合する嵌合工程と、
を備えることを特徴とするシールドコネクタの組立方法。
