Claims (19)
- 縫合糸の一部分を中に保持する近位部分;
前記近位部分に結合し、前記近位部分との間に組織受入れ間隙を画成する遠位先端部;
前記縫合糸部分が前記近位部分と前記遠位先端部との間を移動するように、前記近位部分内に収容した往復移動可能な縫合糸通し部材;及び
前記縫合糸通し部材によって通した前記縫合糸を捕捉するための、前記遠位先端部に着脱可能に結合するように動作可能な縫合糸捕捉部
を備える双方向縫合糸通し器。 - 前記縫合糸捕捉部は、前記遠位先端部内に最初に位置決めされる、請求項1に記載の縫合糸通し器。
- 前記縫合糸捕捉部は、前記縫合糸通し部材によって通された前記縫合糸部分を捕捉する縫合糸保持部品を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の縫合糸通し器。
- 前記縫合糸通し部材は、前記縫合糸捕捉部を捕捉する手段を備える、請求項3に記載の縫合糸通し器。
- 前記近位部分内に収容した組織穿刺部材を更に備える、請求項4に記載の縫合糸通し器。
- 前記縫合糸通し部材は、前記組織穿刺部材の内腔内に収容される、請求項5に記載の縫合糸通し器。
- 前記縫合糸通し部材及び前記組織穿刺部材を往復移動させる作動部材を更に備える、請求項6に記載の縫合糸通し器。
- 前記縫合糸通し部材及び前記組織穿刺部材が前進するときに、前記縫合糸通し部材を前記組織穿刺部材に解放可能に結合する手段を更に備える、請求項7に記載の縫合糸通し器。
- 解放可能に結合する前記手段は、前記近位部分から前記遠位先端部への最初の前進の間に前記組織穿刺部材を前記縫合糸通し部材に結合するように構成した連結部を備える、請求項8に記載の縫合糸通し器。
- 前記連結部は、前記縫合糸通し部材を更に前進可能にし、一方で前記組織穿刺部材が前進するのを防止するために、前記縫合糸通し部材を前記組織穿刺部材から分離するように構成した、請求項9に記載の縫合糸通し器。
- 前記縫合糸通し部材を前進させるときに前記縫合糸通し部材の移動距離を制御する深さ選択機構を更に備える、請求項7に記載の縫合糸通し器。
- 前記深さ選択機構は、前記作動部材に結合され、前記縫合糸通し部材の前記作動部材の第1の作動における前記移動距離は、前記作動部材の第2の作動における前記縫合糸通し部材の前記移動距離とは異なるように構成した、請求項11に記載の縫合糸通し器。
- 前記深さ選択機構は、前記縫合糸通し部材の前記移動距離を自動制御する、請求項12に記載の縫合糸通し器。
- 前記縫合糸通し器の前記近位部分に摺動可能に係合する結び目搬送器を更に備える、請求項1に記載の縫合糸通し器。
- 一部事前縛り結び目を規定し、結び目搬送器の周りに形成した複数の縫合糸ループを更に備える、請求項14に記載の縫合糸通し器。
- 前記縫合糸保持部品は、少なくとも3つの弾性指部を備える、請求項3に記載の縫合糸通し器。
- 前記縫合糸通し部材は、第1の向きにおいて、前記縫合糸部分を前記デバイス近位部分と前記遠位先端部との間を移動させように機能し、前記縫合糸通し部材は、第2の向きにおいて、前記遠位先端部から前記縫合糸捕捉部を取り出すように機能する、請求項4に記載の縫合糸通し器。
- 前記近位部分内に収容した組織穿刺部材を更に備え、
前記縫合糸捕捉部は、前記組織穿刺部材の傾斜遠位面と相互作用するように構成した傾斜近位面を備え、少なくとも1つの間隙が、前記捕捉近位面と前記組織穿刺部材遠位面との相互作用時に前記捕捉近位面と前記組織穿刺部材遠位面との間に形成される、請求項17に記載の縫合糸通し器。 - 縫合撚糸を前記縫合糸通し器によって操作するときに前記縫合撚糸への損傷を最小にする縫合撚糸の送り手段を更に備え、前記縫合撚糸の送り手段は、前記縫合糸通し器の部品の少なくとも1つの表面変形部を備える、請求項18に記載の縫合糸通し器。
