Claims (34)
- スペクトル選択性パネルであって、
可視波長範囲の波長を有する光線に対して少なくとも部分的に透過性であるとともに、適当な光線を誘導するために構成される第1材料と、
前記第1材料の中、上、または近傍に配置される回折要素であって、赤外線波長帯域の波長を有する光線を主に偏向するように構成される回折要素と、を備え、
前記スペクトル選択性パネルの横断方向から入射する赤外線に関連するエネルギーの少なくとも一部が前記パネルに沿って前記パネルの側部へ指向されるように、前記第1材料が構成されるとともに前記回折要素が配向される、スペクトル選択性パネル。 - 前記回折要素が部分的に前記第1材料で構成される、請求項1記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記回折要素が全体的に前記第1材料で構成される、請求項1または2記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記回折要素が格子である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記回折要素が位相格子であって2μmから6μmの範囲の格子間隔を有する、請求項4記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記格子が前記スペクトル選択性パネルの面に形成される、請求項4または5記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記格子が前記スペクトル選択性パネルの部分の面にエンボス加工される、請求項4または5記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記格子が前記スペクトル選択性パネルの面にエッチング加工される、請求項4または5記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記格子が、前記スペクトル選択性パネルの部分の面に蒸着される材料から形成される、請求項4または5記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記格子が、前記スペクトル選択性パネルの部分に蒸着される材料にエンボス加工される、請求項4または5記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記格子が、前記スペクトル選択性パネルの面に蒸着される材料の面にエッチング加工される、請求項4または5記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記回折要素が前記スペクトル選択性パネルの面に装着される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記回折要素が前記スペクトル選択性パネルの部分の間に挟持される、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記回折要素が複数の溝を有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記複数の溝が少なくとも部分的に別の材料で充填される、請求項14記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記回折要素が、前記第1材料の中または上に配置される散乱材料を含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記散乱材料が積層構造を有し、光線を優先方向に散乱させるように構成される、請求項16記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- コンポーネントパネルの部分の間に挟持される層に前記回折要素が含まれ、前記層が一側部に前記回折要素を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- コンポーネントパネルの部分の間に挟持される層に含まれる少なくとも二つの回折要素を備え、前記層が側部それぞれに前記回折要素を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記層が、コンポーネントパネルの部分を前記層に結合する接着材としても機能する、請求項18または19記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 赤外線の一部分を吸収するように構成される発光材料をさらに含む、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- ミクロまたはナノサイズの粒子を含む散乱材料を含む、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 光線の散乱が前記赤外線および/または可視波長範囲において略無損失状態で達成され、前記散乱材料が希土類酸化物粒子を含む、請求項22記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- パネルの部分の間に間隙を有する、請求項1〜23のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記間隙が空気充填される、請求項24記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記回折要素が前記間隙の中または上に配置される、請求項24または25記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記回折要素が複数の溝を有し、前記複数の溝が前記間隙内に設けられるように配置される、請求項26記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 赤外線(IR)波長帯域内の入射光線を反射する一方で前記可視波長帯域内の波長を有する光線の少なくとも大部分に対しては略透過性であるように構成される反射性コンポーネントを備える、請求項1〜27のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記スペクトル選択性パネルの第1パネル部分の透過に先立って光線が入射する上部層を備える、請求項1〜28のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記上部層が、可視光線に対して略透過性または反射防止性ですらあり、赤外線の一部を反射するために構成される多層構造体である、請求項29記載のスペクトル選択性コンポーネント。
- 前記発光材料が、赤外線の吸収のために構成される可視透明発光団を有する、請求項21記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記発光材料が、受光光線の周波数の上方および/または下方変換による発光光線の放出のために構成される、請求項21または31記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記スペクトル選択性パネルの側部の方へ指向される赤外線または他の光線の一部を前記スペクトル選択性パネルにより受光するため、前記スペクトル選択性パネルの側部の上または近傍に配置される少なくとも一つの光電池を有する、請求項1〜32のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- スペクトル選択性パネルであって、
可視波長範囲の波長を有する光線に対して少なくとも部分的に透過性であるとともに、適当な光線を誘導するために構成される第1材料と、
前記第1材料の中または上に配置される散乱材料であって、赤外線波長帯域の波長を有する光線を主に散乱するように構成される散乱材料と、を備え、
前記スペクトル選択性パネルの横断方向から入射する赤外線に関連するエネルギーの少なくとも一部分が前記パネルに沿って前記パネルの側部の方へ指向されるように、前記スペクトル選択性パネルが構成される、スペクトル選択性パネル。
