Claims (21)
- スペクトル選択性パネルであって、
入射光線を受ける第1パネルコンポーネントと、
前記第1パネルコンポーネントと平行に配置された第2パネルコンポーネントと、
前記第1パネルコンポーネント及び前記第2パネルコンポーネントの間に挟持された第1材料であって、可視波長範囲の波長を有する光線に対して少なくとも部分的に透過性であるとともに、適当な光線を誘導するために構成された、発光材料を含む第1材料であって、前記発光材料によって赤外線の一部が吸収される結果、光発光、蛍光、または燐光による光線が放出される第1材料と、
前記第1材料上に配置される回折要素であって、赤外線波長帯域の波長を有する光線を主に偏向するように構成されるとともに、発光材料または散乱材料により充填された複数の溝を有する回折要素と、

- 前記回折要素が位相格子であって2μmから6μmの範囲の格子間隔を有する、請求項4記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記回折要素が前記第1パネルコンポーネント及び前記第2パネルコンポーネントの間に挟持される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記複数の溝が少なくとも部分的に発光材料で充填される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記回折要素が、前記第1材料の中に配置される散乱材料を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記散乱材料が積層構造を有し、光線を優先方向に散乱させるように構成される、請求項8記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記第1パネルコンポーネント及び前記第2パネルコンポーネントの間に挟持される層に含まれる少なくとも二つの回折要素を備え、前記層が側部それぞれに前記回折要素を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記層が、コンポーネントパネルの部分を前記層に結合する接着材としても機能する、請求項9または10記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- ミクロまたはナノサイズの粒子を含む散乱材料を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 光線の散乱が前記赤外線および/または可視波長範囲において略無損失状態で達成され、前記散乱材料が希土類酸化物粒子を含む、請求項12記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記第1パネルコンポーネント及び前記第2パネルコンポーネントの間に間隙を有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記間隙が空気充填される、請求項14記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記回折要素が前記間隙の中または上に配置される、請求項14または15記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記回折要素が複数の溝を有し、前記複数の溝が前記間隙内に設けられるように配置される、請求項16記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記スペクトル選択性パネルの前記第1パネルコンポーネントの透過に先立って光線が入射する上部層を備える、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記上部層が、可視光線に対して略透過性または反射防止性ですらあり、赤外線の一部を反射するために構成される多層構造体である、請求項18記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記発光材料が、赤外線の吸収のために構成される可視透明発光団を有する、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
- 前記発光材料が、受光光線の周波数の上方および/または下方変換による発光光線の放出のために構成される、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項記載のスペクトル選択性パネル。
