Abstract
Description
−少なくとも1つの第1のガラス及び第2のガラスと、
−前記ガラスを相互に接合する少なくとも1つの中間層と、
−前記中間層と前記第1のガラスとの間に、又は、前記中間層と前記第2のガラスとの間に配置された少なくとも1つの第1の透明導電性コーティング層と、
−前記第1の導電性コーティング層に接続された、少なくとも1つの第1のバスバー及び第2のバスバーと、但し前記第1のバスバーはアース電位に接続されるものであり、前記第2のバスバーは75V〜450Vの直流電圧に接続されるものであり、
−前記第1の導電性コーティング層から絶縁されて配置された、少なくとも1つの第2の透明導電性コーティング層とを含み、
前記第1の導電性コーティング層の表面領域と前記第2の導電性コーティング層の表面領域は、少なくとも80%が互いに上下で重なるように配置され、前記第2の導電性コーティング層は少なくとも1つの第3のバスバーを介してアース電位に接続されていることを特徴としている。
少なくとも、
a)第1のガラスと、中間層と、第2のガラスと、第1の透明導電性コーティング層と、第2の透明導電性コーティング層と、第1のバスバーと、第2のバスバーと、第3のバスバーを相互に積層するステップと、
b)前記第1の透明導電性コーティング層を前記第1のバスバーを介してアース電位に接続し、前記第2の透明導電性コーティング層を前記第3のバスバーを介してアース電位に接続し、前記第1の透明導電性コーティング層を第2のバスバーを介して75V〜450Vの直流電圧、又は、25V〜450Vの交流電圧に接続するステップとを含んでいる。

Claims (15)
- 合わせガラス(1)であって、
−第1のガラス(1.1)と
−少なくとも1つの中間層(3)と、
−第2のガラス(1.2)と、
−前記中間層(3)と前記第1のガラス(1.1)との間、及び/又は、前記中間層(3)と前記第2のガラス(1.2)との間に配置された第1の透明導電性コーティング層(2)と、
−第1のバスバー(4.1)と、
−第2のバスバー(4.2)とを含み、
前記第1及び第2のバスバー(4.1,4.2)は前記第1の透明導電性コーティング層(2)と接続されており、前記第1のバスバー(4.1)はアース電位に接続されるものであり、前記第2のバスバー(4.2)は75V〜450Vの直流電圧又は25V〜450Vの交流電圧に接続されるものであり、
前記第1の透明導電性コーティング層(2)の表面領域と前記第2の透明導電性コーティング層(6)の表面領域は、少なくとも80%が互いに上下で重なり合い、かつ、相互に絶縁されるように配置されており、
前記第2の透明導電性コーティング層(6)は、少なくとも1つの第3のバスバー(4.3)を介してアース電位に接続されていることを特徴とする、合わせガラス(1)。 - 前記第2の透明導電性コーティング層(6)は、前記中間層(3)の前記第1の透明導電性コーティング層(2)に対向している側に配置されている、請求項1記載の合わせガラス(1)。
- 前記第2の透明導電性コーティング層(6)は、前記第1のガラス(1.1)の外側(I)、及び/又は前記第2のガラス(1.2)の外側(IV)に配置されている、請求項1記載の合わせガラス(1)。
- 前記第2の透明導電性コーティング層(6)は、絶縁層(8)を介して前記第1の透明導電性コーティング層(2)と接続されている、請求項1記載の合わせガラス(1)。
- 前記第1の透明導電性コーティング層(2)の前面側は、絶縁層(8)を介して前記第2の透明導電性コーティング層(6)に接続され、前記第1の透明導電性コーティング層(2)の裏面側は、さらなる絶縁層を介して(8)を介してさらなる第2の透明導電性コーティング層(6)に接続されている、請求項4記載の合わせガラス(1)。
- 前記第1のガラス(1.1)及び/又は前記第2のガラス(1.2)は、ガラス、有利には板ガラス、フロートガラス、石英ガラス、ホウケイ酸ガラス、ソーダ石灰ガラス、又はポリマー、有利にはポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリメチルメタクリレート、及び/又はそれらの混合物を含んでいる、請求項1〜5いずれか1項記載の合わせガラス(1)。
- 前記第1の透明導電性コーティング層(2)は、1Ω/sq〜10Ω/sq、有利には3Ω/sq〜5Ω/sqの表面抵抗率を有し、及び/又は、前記第2の透明導電性コーティング層(6)は、0.4Ω/sq〜10Ω/sq、有利には、0.4Ω/sq〜5Ω/sqの表面抵抗率を有する、請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の合わせガラス(1)。
- 前記第1の透明導電性コーティング層(2)、及び/又は、前記第2の透明導電性コーティング層(6)は、銀(Ag)、インジウムスズ酸化物(ITO)、フッ素ドープ酸化スズ(SnO2:F)、又はアルミニウムドープ酸化亜鉛(ZnO:Al)が含まれている、請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の合わせガラス(1)。
- 前記第2の透明導電性コーティング層(6)は、低い放射率を有し、有利には、ニオブ、タンタル、モリブデン、ジルコニウムのグループからの少なくとも1つの金属をベースにした少なくとも1つの機能層を備えた層システムと、該機能層の車両室内空間側に配置された誘電体層とを有している、請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の合わせガラス(1)。
- 前記第1の透明導電性コーティング層(2)は、n個の切り込み(9.n)を有し、但し前記nは、前記第1の透明導電性コーティング層(2)の抵抗が、75V〜450Vの直流電圧のもとで、又は、25V〜450Vの交流電圧のもとで、300W/m2〜4000W/m2の加熱電力を発生させるような1以上の整数である、請求項1から9いずれか1項記載の合わせガラス(1)。
- 前記第1の透明導電性コーティング層(2)の表面領域及び前記第2の透明導電性コーティング層(6)の表面領域は、互いに上下で一致して重なるように配置されるか、又は前記第2の透明導電性コーティング層(6)の表面領域が、前記第1の透明導電性コーティング層(2)の表面領域を越えて突出するように配置される、請求項1〜10いずれか1項記載の合わせガラス(1)。
- 前記第2のバスバー(4.2)は、120V〜450Vの直流電圧に接続されるか、又は、50V〜450Vの交流電圧に接続されるものである、請求項1から11いずれか1項記載の合わせガラス(1)。
- 請求項1〜12いずれか1項記載の合わせガラス(1)を製造するための方法であって、
a)第1のガラス(1.1)と、中間層(3)と、第2のガラス(1.2)と、少なくとも1つの第1の透明導電性コーティング層(2)と、少なくとも1つの第2の透明導電性コーティング層(6)と、第1のバスバー(4.1)と、第2のバスバー(4.2)と、第3のバスバー(4.3)とを相互に積層するステップと、
b)前記第1の透明導電性コーティング層(2)を前記第1のバスバー(4.1)を介してアース電位に接続し、前記第2の透明導電性コーティング層(6)を前記第3のバスバー(4.3)を介してアース電位に接続し、前記第1の透明導電性コーティング層(2)を第2のバスバー(4.2)を介して75V〜450Vの直流電圧、又は、25V〜450Vの交流電圧に接続するステップとを含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から12いずれか1項記載の合わせガラス(1)を、陸上、空気中又は水中ないし水上を移動する交通手段に、特に自動車において、例えばフロントウインドウ、リアウインドウ、サイドウインドウ及び/又はルーフウインドウとして使用し、並びに機能的な個別部品として、及び家具、機器、建物への組み込み部品、特に電気的な加熱体として使用することを特徴とする使用方法。
- 請求項1から12いずれか1項記載の合わせガラス(1)を、有利には電池、再充電可能なバッテリー、燃料電池又は内燃機関によって駆動される発電機からの電気エネルギーの変換により駆動される自動車、特に有利には電気自動車、の車両用ウインドウとして使用することを特徴とする使用方法。
