Abstract
Description
本発明の粒剤を、表1に示す配合に基づいてLeiteiz 28かみ合い型共回転二軸スクリュー押出機にて押出し配合した。
実質的に実施例1に従って調製された粒剤を使用して、1kgの試料を用いて以下の試験を行った(結果は、表2に記載している)。1kgの布地試料は、36片の6×6cm2のGB規格汚染試料(China Research Institute of Daily Chemical Industryからの12片ずつのGB規格汚染試料、JB-01(カーボンブラックオイル)、JB-02(タンパク質)、及びJB-03(皮脂)を含む)と、残りのGB規格布地(China Research Institute of Daily Chemical IndustryからのGB規格布地)を含めて1kgにした。この1kgの布地試料を、クリーニング試験用の市販の洗濯機に入れた。洗浄性能を評価する前に、洗浄後の試料を乾燥した。
1kgの布地試料、5gの洗浄剤(P&G製のTide)、2.4リットルの水及び3kgのP−1粒剤をドラム式洗濯機に入れ、室温で40分間洗浄した。粒剤を布地から分離し、布地を5分間の遠心分離により脱水した。次に、布地試料を2リットルの水を用いて5分間すすぎ、最後に5分間の遠心分離を経て、乾燥させた。使用後の粒剤を、わずか5分間の遠心分離工程によって洗浄し、次の洗浄用に再利用可能とした。
1kgの布地試料、3.6リットルの水及び3kgのP−1粒剤をドラム式洗濯機に入れ、室温で40分間洗浄した。布地試料を洗浄剤無しで洗浄した。粒剤を布地から分離し、布地を5分間の遠心分離により脱水した。次に、布地試料を2リットルの水を用いて5分間すすぎ、最後に5分間の遠心分離を経て、乾燥させた。

既知の規格に対する性能と比較するために、以下の比較試験を行なった。6×6cm2のGB規格汚染試料(China Research Institute of Daily Chemical Industryからの12片ずつのGB規格汚染試料、JB-01(カーボンブラックオイル)、JB-02(タンパク質)、及びJB-03(皮脂)を含む)と、残りのGB規格布地(China Research Institute of Daily Chemical IndustryからのGB規格布地)を含めて1kgにして、1kgの布地試料を調製した。この1kgの布地試料を、クリーニング試験用の市販の洗濯機に入れた。洗浄性能を評価する前に、洗浄後の試料を乾燥した。
1kgの布地試料、12gの洗浄剤(P&G製のTide)及び6リットルの水をドラム式洗濯機に入れた。布地試料を室温で40分間洗浄し、次に、洗濯機の固有の手順(遠心分離5分、すすぎを7リットルの水を使用して5分、再度遠心分離を5分、最後のすすぎを7リットルの水を使用して5分、最後の遠心分離を5分)に従った。洗浄条件と性能は、表2に示した通りである。
布地試料を60℃で40分洗浄したことを除いては、従来のクリーニング1のように従来のクリーニング2を行なった。洗浄条件と性能は、表2に示した通りである。
1kgの布地試料、5gの洗浄剤(P&G製のTide)、2.4リットルの水及び3kgのナイロン粒剤(Shanghai Sailulu Ltdから入手可能なナイロン6,6)をドラム式洗濯機に入れ、室温で40分間洗浄した。粒剤を布地から分離し、布地を5分間の遠心分離により脱水した。次に、布地試料を2リットルの水を用いて5分間すすぎ、最後に5分間の遠心分離を経て、乾燥させた。洗浄条件と性能は、表2に示した通りである。
比較例3に対する本発明の実施例2の洗浄性能を評価するために、反射率計を使用して、きれいな布地と汚れた布地のY反射を、GBT13174-2008に従って測定した。測定前に、0〜92.58の範囲の反射率(これは、測定されるGB規格布地とGB規格汚染試料の範囲をカバーする)を有する標準ほうろう板によって反射率を較正した。バックグラウンドの測定反射率は、76〜78の範囲である。

- エチレンアクリル酸コポリマー、MAH−グラフト化エチレンポリマー、エチレンメタクリル酸コポリマー、酢酸ビニル−アクリル酸コポリマー、ポリ乳酸、エチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマー、エチレン−アクリル酸エチルコポリマー、ポリエチレン酢酸ビニル、ポリ酢酸ビニル、エチレン−メタクリル酸メチルコポリマー、エチレン−アクリル酸ブチルコポリマー、及びこれらの塩を含むこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される両親媒性ポリマーと、

- 前記方法が水の存在下で行われ、水と前記布地の重量比が2:1〜11:1である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が水の存在下で行われ、水と前記粒剤の重量比が0.2:1〜20:1である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が有機溶媒の非存在下で行われる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- エチレンアクリル酸コポリマー、MAH−グラフト化エチレンポリマー、エチレンメタクリル酸コポリマー、酢酸ビニル−アクリル酸コポリマー、ポリ乳酸、エチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマー、エチレン−アクリル酸エチルコポリマー、ポリエチレン酢酸ビニル、ポリ酢酸ビニル、エチレン−メタクリル酸メチルコポリマー、エチレン−アクリル酸ブチルコポリマー、及びこれらの塩を含むこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される両親媒性ポリマーと、
