Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 不純物の他に、60重量%から75重量%の範囲のWC、14重量%から22重量%の範囲のCr3C2、および11重量%から23重量%の範囲のNiを含むことを特徴とする、基板を熱被覆するための炭化タングステンが主成分の噴射粉末。
- 前記噴射粉末中のWC部の量が、63重量%から70重量%の範囲、好ましくは67重量%にある、請求項1記載の噴射粉末。
- 前記噴射粉末中のCr3C2部の量が、17重量%から19重量%の範囲、好ましくは18重量%にある、請求項1または2の一項に記載の噴射粉末。
- 前記噴射粉末中のNi部の量が、13重量%から20重量%の範囲、好ましくは15重量%にある、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の噴射粉末。
- 前記噴射粉末の公称粒径が、−45μmから+11μmの範囲、特に、−45μmから+20μmの範囲にあり、および/または、前記一次炭化物の粒径が、0.5μmから4μmの範囲、特に2μmから3μmの範囲、特に好ましくは2.5μmにある、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の噴射粉末。
- WC、Cr3C2およびNiを用意して、不純物の他に、60重量%から75重量%の範囲のWC、14重量%から22重量%の範囲のCr3C2、および11重量%から23重量%の範囲のNiから構成される粉末混合物を製造する工程と、
前記粉末混合物、溶媒および添加剤を含む懸濁液を製造し、前記懸濁液を均質化する工程と、
前記懸濁液を噴霧乾燥することにより粉末ケーク、特に凝塊物を製造する工程と、
前記粉末ケーキを焼成する工程と、
前記焼成された粉末ケーキを破壊および/または粉砕して粉末材料にする工程と、
分類法の手段による既定のシードサイズの分布の選択によって前記噴射粉末を提供する工程と
を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の噴射粉末の製造方法。 - 前記溶媒が、イソヘキサンであり、前記添加剤が、結合剤および/または消泡剤である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 炭化タングステンに基づく溶射層を有する基板であって、前記溶射層が、不純物の他に、60重量%から75重量%の範囲のWC、14重量%から22重量%の範囲のCr3C2、および11重量%から23重量%の範囲のNiを含むことを特徴とする基板。
- 前記溶射層が、高速フレーム溶射法で製造される、請求項8に記載の基板。
- 前記溶射層のミクロ硬度が、1000から1200HV0.3の範囲、好ましくは1100から1200HV0.3の間、特に1160HV0.3にあるか、或いは前記溶射層のマクロ硬度が、90から93HR15Nの範囲にある、請求項8または9のいずれかに記載の基板。
- 前記溶射層の引張接着強度が、65から75MPaの範囲にある、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の基板。
- 前記溶射層の空隙率が、0.5%から1.5%の体積パーセントの範囲、好ましくは1%の体積パーセントである、請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載の基板。
- 好ましくは車両用のブレーキディスクである、請求項8から12のいずれか一項に記載の基板。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載の噴射粉末を用意する工程と、
基板、特に、車両用のブレーキディスクブランクを用意する工程と、
前記噴射粉末を使用して溶射法により、好ましくはHVOF法により前記基板を被覆する工程と
を含む、請求項8から13のいずれか一項に記載の基板上に溶射層を製造するための方法。 - 60%から65%の範囲、好ましくは50%から55%の間の溶着率が、前記基板において達成される、請求項14に記載の方法。
