Abstract
組成物中40重量%〜45重量%の量の、主としてプロロビネチニジン型および/またはプロフィセチニジン型から構成されるフラボノイドタンニン粉末と、フルフリルアルコールと、発泡剤と、触媒とを含む組成物が提供される。この組成物は、ホルムアルデヒドを完全に含まず、組成物中20重量%超の量のフルフリルアルコールを含む。この組成物により、建築分野および自動車産業および乗り物一般において一般的に使用することができる、高特性および低コストの発泡材を得ることができる。
Description
上述したようにして得られた発泡材のすべてのサンプルを平行六面体の形状に切り分け、その重量を計測してそのかさ密度を測定した。
図1の画像から理解され得るように、得られた発泡材の殆どについての構造は、近傍のセルからは薄膜によって隔てられているクローズド セル構造とオープン セル構造とを示している。例えばサンプル(b)、(c)、(d)、および (f)の場合のように、特にフルフリルアルコールの量が多い場合に、薄膜が壊れている領域もある。
概して、本発明の組成物を用いれば、従来の標準組成物を用いた場合と比較して、ホルムアルデヒドと置き換えてフルフリルアルコールまたは発泡剤の両方を高含量で用いることにより、発泡材は、標準組成物により得られうる特徴よりも全般的に良好な特徴を獲得することができ、いずれにせよ、ホルムアルデヒドのいかなる使用も回避することができる。
Claims (15)
- 組成物中通常40重量%〜45重量%の量の、主としてプロロビネチニジン型および/またはプロフィセチニジン型から構成されるフラボノイドタンニンと、
フルフリルアルコールと、
発泡剤と、
触媒
とを含む、フラボノイドタンニン系発泡材を製造するための組成物であって、
組成物中20重量%超の量のフルフリルアルコールを含み、ホルムアルデヒドを完全に含まない、組成物。 - 前記発泡剤の沸点が30°C〜100°C、好ましくは40°C〜60°Cである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記発泡剤が、エチルエーテル系、ペンタン系、および/またはペンタン異性体の混合物である、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記発泡剤がジエチルエーテルである、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記触媒が、酸触媒、有機触媒、または無機触媒である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記触媒がp-トルエンスルホン酸(p-TSA)である、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 前記触媒がトリクロロ酢酸である、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 組成物の重量に対して、5重量%超の発泡剤と16重量%未満の触媒とを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 組成物の重量に対して、0重量%〜15重量%の水を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- PMDIなどのイソシアナートをさらに含む、請求項8または9に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の組成物から得られうる、タンニン系有機発泡材。
- 製造する製品の形状に対応する形状の型を準備するステップと、
フルフリルアルコールと発泡剤とを準備して、これらの成分を互いに混合するステップであって、前記発泡剤の沸点が30°C〜100°C、好ましくは40°C〜60°Cであり、前記発泡剤がたとえばジエチルエーテルである、ステップと、
主としてプロロビネチニジン型および/またはプロフィセチニジン型から構成されるフラボノイドタンニン粉末を準備し、フルフリルアルコールと発泡剤との混合物に加え、これにより得られる混合物を混合するステップと、
酸触媒を準備し、上記ステップで得られる混合物に加え、これにより得られる混合物全体を混合するステップであって、前記酸触媒がたとえばp-トルエンスルホン酸(p-TSA)またはトリクロロ酢酸である、ステップと、
上記ステップにより得られる組成物を前記型に入れ、成分間の反応を継続させ、前記組成物を前記型の中で完全に発泡させるステップ
とを含む、断熱材として使用できる有機発泡材から作製される製品を製造する方法。 - 予め決められた量の水をフルフリルアルコールと発泡剤との混合物に加えるステップをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物に対して、フルフリルアルコールが20重量%超で、発泡剤が5重量%超で、水が約0重量%〜15重量%で、触媒が16重量%未満で、タンニンが40重量%〜45重量%で準備される、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- PMDIなどのイソシアナートを準備し、これを上記ステップにおいて得られる成分の混合物に加えるステップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
