Description
本出願は、2011年6月17日に中国国家知識産権局に出願され、「変性ポリイミド摩耗層を備える三層複合体自己潤滑性すべり軸受およびその製造方法」と題された中国特許出願第201110166149.3号明細書に基づく優先権を主張し、その内容のすべてが本明細書全体において援用する。
A.成分(重量基準):3〜6μmの粒径を有する10〜30%のポリテトラフルオロエチレン、5〜10μmの粒径を有する5〜12%の二硫化モリブデン、5〜10μmの粒径を有する5〜12%のグラファイト、および、15〜30%の固体含有量を有する残量のポリイミド溶液であって、残量の値は溶液中の固体含有量に基づいている。
A.成分(重量基準):3〜6μmの粒径を有する10〜30%のポリテトラフルオロエチレン、5〜10μmの粒径を有する5〜12%の二硫化モリブデン、5〜10μmの粒径を有する5〜12%のグラファイト、および、15%の固体含有量を有する残量のポリイミド溶液であって、残量は溶液中の固体含有量に基づいている。ポリイミド溶液は市販されている。
テスト装置:摩擦および摩耗テスト機MPV−20
サンプルのサイズ:Φ39×Φ35×20
テスト条件:乾燥摩擦;
摩擦シャフト:45#鋼、硬度:HRC42〜47;
テスト環境温度:23℃;
速度V:0.5m/s;
負荷(P):初期の1MPaから、次いで、10分間当たり0.8MPaずつ上昇させる;
温度上昇の限度:150℃;
テスト継続時間:100分間。
最終温度:130℃;
最終研摩量:0.014mm;
平均摩擦係数:0.105。

2 多孔性球状青銅粉末層
3 変性ポリイミド耐摩耗性層
Claims (5)
- 多孔性球状青銅粉末層がスチールプレートの表面上に焼結されている変性ポリイミド耐摩耗性層を備える三層複合体自己潤滑性すべり軸受であって、
前記多孔性球状青銅粉末層を変性ポリイミド耐摩耗材料層で被覆することによって自己潤滑性すべり軸受シートが形成され、
前記自己潤滑性すべり軸受シートが、従来のプロセスに従ってスリーブ形状のすべり軸受、軸受ブッシュ、スラストワッシャ、スライドプレート、摩擦ディスクまたはボールシート構造部品である物品へと加工される、
ことを特徴とする変性ポリイミド耐摩耗性層を備える三層複合体自己潤滑性すべり軸受。 - 請求項1に記載の変性ポリイミド耐摩耗性層を備える三層複合体自己潤滑性すべり軸受であって、
前記変性ポリイミド耐摩耗性材料の原料が、重量パーセント基準で:10〜30%のポリテトラフルオロエチレン、5〜12%の二硫化モリブデン、5〜12%のグラファイトおよび残量のポリイミドを含む、
ことを特徴とする変性ポリイミド耐摩耗性層を備える三層複合体自己潤滑性すべり軸受。 - 請求項2に記載の変性ポリイミド耐摩耗性層を備える三層複合体自己潤滑性すべり軸受であって、
前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレンが3〜6μmの粒径を有し;前記二硫化モリブデンが5〜10μmの粒径を有し;前記グラファイトが5〜10μmの粒径を有し;前記ポリイミドが15〜30%の固体含有量のポリイミド溶液である、
ことを特徴とする変性ポリイミド耐摩耗性層を備える三層複合体自己潤滑性すべり軸受。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の変性ポリイミド耐摩耗性層を備える三層複合体自己潤滑性すべり軸受を製造する方法であって、以下のステップ:
(1)変性ポリイミドペーストの調製ステップ:
A.成分(重量基準):3〜6μmの粒径を有する10〜30%のポリテトラフルオロエチレン、5〜10μmの粒径を有する5〜12%の二硫化モリブデン、5〜10μmの粒径を有する5〜12%のグラファイト、および、前記残量のポリイミドであって、前記残量の値は前記溶液中の固体含有量に基づいている;
B.混合:上記成分中の前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、前記二硫化モリブデンおよび前記グラファイトを混合物に均質に混合する;
C.前記ペーストの調製:攪拌しながら前記ポリイミド溶液を前記混合物に添加して前記変性ポリイミドペーストを形成する;
(2)球状銅粉末の焼結ステップ:前記球状青銅粉末をスチールシート上に均一に分散させ、次いで、従来技術に従って多孔性銅粉末複合体シートに焼結する;
(3)準備ステップ:前記調製した変性ポリイミドペーストを使用に先だって再度10分間撹拌する;
(4)コーティングステップ:予熱した前記多孔性銅粉末複合体シートの前記銅粉末表面上に、前記得られた変性ポリイミドペーストをブレードコーティング、ブラシコーティングおよびスプレーコーティングプロセスを用いて典型的には0.08〜0.15mmのペースト厚でコーティングし;0.30〜0.60mmのペースト厚が要求される場合は、前記得られた変性ポリイミドペーストを二軸押出し機により押出して、連続的に前記多孔性銅粉末複合体シートをコーティングし、次いで、ならす;
(5)変性ポリイミドの焼結ステップ:コーティングされた前記多孔性銅粉末複合体シートを、25〜30分間の間、窒素および無酸素の保護下で370〜385℃でさらに焼結して変性ポリイミド複合体シートを形成する;
(6)仕上げ圧延ステップ:乾燥させ、焼結した前記変性ポリイミド複合体シートを要求された厚さに圧延機で仕上げ圧延して、自己潤滑性すべり軸受シートを形成する;
(7)切断ステップ:軸受の仕様に従って前記自己潤滑性すべり軸受シートを切断する;
(8)成形ステップ:切断された前記自己潤滑性すべり軸受シートを打ち抜き、圧延、成形および旋盤加工して変性ポリイミド耐摩耗性層を備える三層複合体自己潤滑性すべり軸受にする。
を上記順番で含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項4に記載の方法であって、
ステップ(1)において、前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレンが3〜6μmの粒径を有し;前記二硫化モリブデンが5〜10μmの粒径を有し;前記グラファイトが5〜10μmの粒径を有し;前記ポリイミドが15〜30%の固体含有量のポリイミド溶液である、
ことを特徴とする方法。
