内側チャネルを有し、前記外側ハウジング内で回転可能であり、前記回転可能な流体導管の基端部が前記内側チャネル内に受け入れられることで前記内側チャネルが前記内腔と流体連通する回転可能なインサートと、を備え、
前記内側チャネルは、前記回転可能な流体導管の回転の下で前記外部ポートと流体連通し、
前記回転可能なインサートは、回転駆動機構に接続可能である、

前記長手方向路は、前記回転可能なインサートの回転の下で前記外部ポートと流体連通し、

請求項32に記載の医療用プローブ。 - 前記回転可能な流体導管の基端から遠く離れた位置で前記医療用プローブに接続される膨張可能装置をさらに備え、
前記膨張可能装置が前記回転可能な流体導管の前記内腔と流体連通する拡張可能な体積を有することで、該拡張可能な体積が前記回転可能な流体導管の前記内腔内の流体の圧力を変えることによって制御可能である、

前記医療用プローブは、回転可能な流体導管を収容する外側シースを備え、
