Abstract
調和のとれた光学設計及び熱設計を具備する、即ち、効果的な熱散逸及び好適な光輝度分布の両方が達成される照明装置及び照明配置を供給するために、下位の熱散逸構造24が、ベース要素12とLED配置20との間に配置される。下位の熱散逸構造24は、長手方向軸Lに沿った第1の長手方向位置において、断面方向に第1の拡がりを持つとともに、第2の長手方向位置において、断面方向に第2の拡がりを持つように形成された、熱伝導材料で作られた複数の平面熱散逸素子26を有する。第1の長手方向位置は、第2の長手方向位置よりLED配置20の近くに配置され、第1の拡がりは、LED配置20から発せられる光の妨げを最小化するために、第2の拡がりよりも小さい。
Description
Claims (8)
- 電気的コンタクト及び機械的マウントのためのベース要素と、
少なくとも1つのLED素子を有するLED配置であって、長手方向軸に沿って、前記ベース要素とは離れて配置された前記LED配置と、
前記長手方向軸に対して少なくとも略垂直に配置された、熱伝導材料で作られた複数の平面熱散逸素子を有する、前記ベース要素と前記LED配置との間に配置された下位の熱散逸構造と、を有し、
前記下位の熱散逸構造は、前記長手方向軸に沿った第1の長手方向位置において、前記長手方向軸に対して垂直な断面方向に第1の拡がりを持つとともに、第2の長手方向位置において、断面方向に第2の拡がりを持つように形成され、
前記第1の長手方向位置は、前記第2の長手方向位置より前記LED配置の近くに配置され、前記第1の拡がりは、前記第2の拡がりよりも小さい、照明装置。 - 前記複数の平面熱散逸素子は、互いに離れて配置されるとともに、共通のマウントロッドにマウントされる、請求項1記載の照明装置。
- 前記複数の平面熱散逸素子は、断面方向において異なる拡がりをそれぞれ持つとともに、前記LED配置から前記ベース要素へ向かう方向において、前記長手方向軸に沿って減少していく拡がりを有する段階的配置で配置される、請求項2記載の照明装置。
- 前記複数の平面熱散逸素子は、円形状のディスクとして供給される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記ベース要素は、少なくとも1つの電気的コンタクトを有し、駆動回路が、前記ベース要素内に配置され、前記駆動回路は、前記LED素子に電力を供給するために前記LED素子に電気的に接続されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記駆動回路は、前記下位の熱散逸構造の中央ロッドを通じて延在している導線によって、前記LED素子に接続される、請求項5記載の照明装置。
- 前記LED配置の隣に配置された上位の熱散逸構造を更に有し、前記上位の熱散逸構造は、少なくとも第1の端部と前記長手方向軸に対して垂直な横軸に沿って前記第1の端部から離れて配置される第2の端部とを含み、前記LED素子は、前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部との間に配置される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置と、
凹状の内部反射器表面及びマウント開口を具備する反射器体と、を有し、
前記照明装置は、前記LED素子が前記反射器体内部に配置されるとともに、前記LED配置から発せられる光が前記内部反射器表面によって反射されるように、前記マウント開口内にマウントされる、照明配置。
