Description

ランプ
 本発明は、LED(発光ダイオード)等の半導体発光素子を備えたランプに関し、特に反射体で光を集束させるリフレクタタイプのランプに関する。
 近年、電球形LEDランプをはじめとして、LED(発光ダイオード)などの半導体発光素子を光源としたランプが各種照明用装置に採用されるようになってきている。
 このLEDランプは、例えば特許文献1に示されるように、LED素子が基板に実装されてなる発光モジュールを備えている。
 従来の白熱電球やハロゲンランプにおいて、スポットライトやディスプレイ照明として、光源からの光を反射体や集光レンズによって、光を一定範囲に集束させて出射させるタイプのものがある。LEDランプにおいても、同様の用途に用いるランプとして、白色系の光を発する発光モジュールの周りにLED素子からの光を反射させるカップ形状の反射体を設けて、LED素子から出射される光を反射して集束させるリフレクタタイプのLEDランプが開発されている。
 LEDランプにおいて、高輝度のものが要求され、それに対応するために発光モジュールに複数のLED素子を配列したものも多くなっている。
 リフレクタタイプのLEDランプにおいては、単一のLED素子を光源に用いているもが多いが、発光モジュールにおいて複数のLED素子を配列しているリフレクタタイプのLEDランプもある。

 しかしながら、上記のように発光モジュールに半導体発光素子が複数配列されたリフレクタタイプのランプにおいては、各半導体発光素子からの光が反射体で反射される反射光の配光制御がしにくく、集束されて照射面にスポットが形成されるときに、各半導体発光素子によるスポットが互いにずれた位置に形成され、照射面に輝度むらや陰影も生じやすい。
 このように照射面に輝度むらや陰影が生じると、美感が損なわれるなど、照明光源としての適性が損なわれることがある。
 また、発光モジュールに半導体発光素子が複数配列されたリフレクタタイプのランプにおいて、反射体の前方に透明カバーや集光レンズを装着したものでは、光が色成分に分光されて、照射面に色むらが生じ、美感が損なわれるといった問題も生じ得る。
 ここで、輝度むらを抑えるために、発光モジュールにおいて複数の半導体発光素子を狭い範囲に高密度で配列すれば、複数の半導体発光素子全体が点光源に近づくので、輝度むらを抑えることができると考えられる。
 しかし、LED素子のような半導体発光素子は駆動時に発熱により温度が上昇し、温度上昇に伴って発光効率が低下するので、複数の半導体発光素子を配列する密度を高めるにも実際上の限度がある。
 本発明は、上記課題に鑑み、発光モジュールに複数の半導体発光素子が配列され、反射体で光を集束させるタイプのランプにおいて、照射面における輝度むらや色むらの発生を抑えることを提供することにある。
 上記目的を達成するため、本発明の一態様にかかるランプにおいては、基板上に複数の半導体発光素子が配列されてなる発光モジュールと、配列された複数の半導体発光素子の光出射側全体をカバーする光拡散板と、発光モジュールから出射され光拡散板を通過した光を反射させて、反射光を集束させる反射面を有する反射部材とを設けることとした。
 上記態様のランプにおいては、複数の各半導体発光素子から出射された光は、光拡散板で拡散されて、光拡散板の表面から面発光されるように放射されるので、光拡散板を通過した後の光は、疑似的に「1つの光源」から出射される光のようになる。
 従って、複数の各半導体発光素子から出射された光は、光拡散板を通過した後に、反射面で反射された反射光を一方向に制御して良好に集束させると共に、照射面に形成されるスポットも、全体が1つのスポットのように形成されるので、照射面における輝度むらや陰影が抑えられる。

 <発明の態様>
 本発明の一態様にかかるランプにおいては、基板上に複数の半導体発光素子が配列されてなる発光モジュールと、配列された複数の半導体発光素子の光出射側全体をカバーする光拡散板と、発光モジュールから出射され光拡散板を通過した光を反射させて、反射光を集束させる反射面を有する反射部材とを設けることとした。
 上記態様のランプによれば、複数の各半導体発光素子から出射された光は、光拡散板で拡散されて、光拡散板の表面から面発光されるように放射されるので、光拡散板を通過した後の光は、疑似的に「1つの光源」から出射される光のようになる。
 従って、複数の各半導体発光素子から出射された光は、光拡散板を通過した後に反射面で反射されるときに反射光の配向制御がしやすく、良好に集束される。それと共に、照射面に形成されるスポットも、全体が1つのスポットのように形成されるので、照射面における輝度むらや陰影が抑えられる。
 上記態様のランプにおいて、以下のように設定することが好ましい。
 光拡散板は、複数の半導体発光素子の中の2以上にまたがり基板に直交する面で切断した断面を、光出射方向に張り出す円弧状にする。
 反射面は、複数の半導体発光素子の中の2以上にまたがり基板に直交する面で切断した断面を、光出射方向で拡がっている円弧状とする。

 LEDランプ1は、ボディ部10と、当該ボディ部10の前端側に取り付けられた発光モジュール20及び反射体30などから構成されている。このLEDランプ1は、反射鏡付きハロゲン電球の代替として、照明器具のソケットに装着して使用することができる。
 (ボディ部10)
 ボディ部10は、後方から前方に向かって径が漸次拡大する円筒状のケース11を備え、このケース11の前端に発光モジュール20が支持され、ケース11の前方に反射体30が支持されている。ケース11の内部には、発光モジュール20を点灯させる回路ユニット(不図示)が収納され、ケース11の後端には口金12が取り付けられている。

 回路ユニットは、口金12を介して供給される商業用電力を利用してLED素子22を点灯させる点灯回路を有する。点灯回路は、例えば、交流電圧100Vを、直流の電力に変換して発光モジュール20に供給する。
 ケース11は、熱伝導性の樹脂、セラミックなどで形成してもよいし、金属(例えばアルミニウム)で形成してもよい。ケース11を熱伝導性の金属で形成すれば、発光モジュール20や回路ユニットで生じる熱を効率よく外部に放熱することができる。
(発光モジュール20)
 発光モジュール20は、モジュール基板21の前面にLED素子22が複数個配列されて構成されている。
 モジュール基板21は、ケース11の上端の開口部11aよりも若干小径の円板形状であって、開口部11aを閉塞するようにケース11に装着されている。モジュール基板21は、絶縁性基板本体の前面側に配線層が設けられた配線基板であって、この配線層の上に上記LED素子22が実装されている。
 各LED素子22としては、SMD(Surface Mount Device、表面実装部品)形のLED素子を用いることができる。あるいはCOB(Chip on board)形のLED素子を用いて、LED素子を封止層で封止してもよい。
 LED素子22は、LEDチップと蛍光体を備え、蛍光体粒子の種類は、LEDランプ1が実現しようとする光色区分(電球色、温白色、白色、昼白色、昼光色)に応じて適宜選択される。あるいは、LED素子22の発光色は、使用される照明器具の用途に応じて、赤色、青色、緑色でもよいし、各色を組み合わせてもよい。
 好ましいLED素子22の一例として、青色LEDチップと黄色蛍光体によって白色を発光する高輝度のSMD(Surface Mount Device、表面実装部品)形LED素子が挙げられる。この場合、LEDチップからの青色光の一部が蛍光体によって黄緑色光に変換され、変換された黄緑色光と変換されなかった青色光とが混色されて、白色光が出射される。
 発光モジュール20において、複数のLED素子22は、対称的に配列することが好ましい。図1,2に示す例では、発光モジュール20において、合計9個のLED素子22が3行3列のマトリックス状に配列されている。
 複数のLED素子22の配列形態は、縦方向(Y方向)、横方向(X方向)共に対称であり、また、配列された複数のLED素子22の中央を通り前後方向に伸びる中心軸Oに対して回転対称でもある。
 ただし、LED素子22の数、接続方法(直列接続、並列接続)等は、LEDランプに要求される発光光束等に応じて適宜設定すればよい。また、LED素子22の配列形態は、千鳥状または放射状などでもよい。
 複数のLED素子22を配列するときの素子間隔(ピッチ)は、狭い方が、反射体30において良好な集束性を得ることができるが、素子同士の間隔を狭くすると、複数のLED素子22が高密度に密集するので、駆動時にLED素子22が高温になりやすい。
 駆動時において、各LED素子22の温度は100℃以下に維持することが望ましいので、その点を考慮して複数のLED素子22を配列する際にも、一定の素子間隔を確保することが好ましい。
(反射体30)
 反射体30は、反射光が前方の一定範囲に絞られて出射されるように、その内面が滑らかな球面状の反射面31である。
 この反射面31は、横方向(X方向)、縦方向(Y方向)において複数のLED素22にまたがりモジュール基板21に直交する面で切断した断面が、円弧状であって前方で拡がり、前端に開口部33を有している。
 すなわち、反射面31は、後端側の底部から前端側の開口部にかけて大径となるカップ状の湾曲面となっている。
 また、反射面31は、上記中心軸0に対して回転対称の形状である。
 反射面31の形状の具体例としては、反射面31を放物面形状とし、その焦点Fに近い位置に発光モジュール20の光源を置くことによって、反射光を平行光に近い光として前方に出射することができる。あるいは、反射面31を楕円体形状として、その一方の焦点Fに近い位置に発光モジュール20の光源を置くことによって、反射光を他方の焦点に集光させることもできる。
 反射体30の後端は開口されて開口部32が形成され、その開口縁32aは、ケース11の開口部11aに填まる大きさに設定されている。
 また、反射面31の形状によって、LEDランプ1から出射される光が拡がる角度(配向角)も左右される。反射面31の高さや開口幅などは、この配向角が80°程度以下、例えば60°程度となるように設定される。
 反射体30は、アルミなどの金属板を成型することによって作製することができる。また、樹脂を反射体30の形に成型し、その内面にアルミ蒸着膜などの金属層を形成して反射面31としてもよいし、あるいは、酸化チタンなどの白色顔料を含む白色反射層を形成して反射面31としてもよい。
 反射体30の後端側の開口縁32aは、開口部11aに填め込まれ、モジュール基板21の外周面とケース11の内周面との間に挟まれた状態で、接着剤で固定されており、それによって反射体30はケース11の前方に固定されている。
 反射体30の前端側には、透明な前面カバー35が装着されている。前面カバー35は、開口部33をカバーする透明な板であって、透明アクリル樹脂などの透光性材料で形成されている。

 (光拡散板40)
 光拡散板40は、各LED素子22から出射された光を拡散させる光学部品であって、モジュール基板21の前方において、配列された複数のLED素子22における光出射側(前方側)を全体にわたって覆うように取付けられている。
 光拡散板40の材質としては、ガラスあるいは光透過性の優れた樹脂(ポリカーボネート)が好ましい。
 光拡散板40の種類としては、透明な板の表面をスリガラス(砂面)状に処理したフロスト型光拡散板、すりガラス状にした後、フッ化水素などで表面を腐食させ凹凸にした腐食型光拡散板、透明基板の表面に乳白色膜をつけたオパール型光拡散板、微小なレンズアレイによって光を拡散するレンズ光拡散板などが挙げられる。
 あるいは光拡散板40自体を乳白色の顔料を含む樹脂などの材料で形成することもできる。
 モジュール基板21に光拡散板40を装着する方法としては、例えば、図2に示すように、モジュール基板21の前面に溝23を形成し、光拡散板40の後端部41を溝23に填め込んで、接着剤で固定する方法、あるいは、光拡散板40の後端部41に係合爪、モジュール基板21にこれを係合させる孔を設けておいて、両者を係合させて固定する方法などが挙げられる。
 発光モジュール20において、複数の各LED素子22は点光源に近いが、複数の各LED素子22からの光は、光拡散板40を通過するときに、拡散されて、透過後の光は疑似的に光拡散板40の表面から面発光されたようになり、1つの光源からの光のように照射される。
 光拡散板40の形状は、横方向(X方向)、縦方向(Y方向)において複数のLED素22にまたがりモジュール基板21に直交する面で切断した断面が、前方(Z方向)に張り出す円弧状となるようにすることが好ましい。また、光拡散板40の形状を、前方(Z方向)に張り出すドーム形状に形成することがより好ましい。
 また、光拡散板40は、上記複数のLED素子22の配列形態と同様に、縦方向(Y方向)及び横方向(X方向)共に対称な形状であることが好ましく、また、光拡散板40の中央を、上記中心軸Oと一致させて、上記中心軸Oに対して回転対称の形状とすることも好ましい。
 この場合、拡散された光は、複数のLED素子22が配列された領域の中央にあるLED素子22b2付近から出射されたように放射される。
 ただし、光拡散板40の形状は、必ずしも球面状に限られず、光拡散板40を平面状にしてモジュール基板21と平行に配置してもよい。
 (LEDランプ1の動作)
 上記LEDランプ1において、回路ユニットから発光モジュール20に電力が供給されて、複数のLED素子22から光が出射される。
 発光モジュール20における複数のLED素子22から出射される光は光拡散板40を透過する。その通過した光の一部は直接、反射体30の開口部33から前面カバー35を通過して前方に出射され、他の一部は、反射体30の反射面31で反射され、集束された状態で、反射体30の開口部33から、前面カバー35を通過して前方に出射される。
(光拡散板40を設けることによる効果)
 LEDランプ1においては、配列された複数のLED素子22を覆う光拡散板40を設けているので、以下のように、照射面に輝度むらや陰影が生じるのを抑制することができる。
 光拡散板40を設けていない以外はLEDランプ1と同様の構成のLEDランプ101を比較例とし、LEDランプ1とLEDランプ101とを比較する。
 ここでは、反射体30の反射面31が放物体形状であるものとして説明するが、楕円体形状などの場合も同様である。
 図3(a),(b)は、LEDランプ1及びLEDランプ101において、反射面31で反射される光線を示す図であって、中心軸Oを通るX-Z面で切断した断面を示している。また、図4は、比較例にかかるLEDランプ101において、照射面にスポットが形成される様子を示す図であって、(a)は中心軸Oを通るX-Z面で切断した断面を示し、(b)は照射面をZ方向に見た図である。
 比較例にかかるLEDランプ101において、図3(b)に示すように、横方向に配列された3つの各LED素子22a2~22c2から反射面31に向かう光に着目する。
 図3(b)における左の拡大図に示されるように、LED素子22a2は、LED素子22b2よりも左寄りに位置するので、左側の反射面31aに入射される光線Laの入射角は、LED素子22b2からの光線Lbの入射角と比べて大きい。従って、左側の反射面31aで反射された反射光線Laは、同じところで反射される反射光線Lbと比べて、反射角が大きく、反射光線Lbよりも左に傾いて進む。
 一方、図3(b)における右の拡大図に示されるように、LED素子22a2から出射されて右側の反射面31bに入射される光線Laの入射角は、同じところに入射されるLED素子22b2からの光線Lbの入射角と比べて小さい。従って、右側の反射面31bで反射された反射光線Laは、同じところで反射される反射光線Lbと比べて、反射角が小さいので、反射光線Lbよりも左に傾いて進む。
 このように、反射面31a,31bで反射される反射光線Laは、いずれも反射光線Lbに対して左に傾く。従って、図4(a)に示すように、LED素子22a2から出射されて反射面31で反射される反射光によって形成されるスポットSaは、LED素子22b2から出射されて反射面31で反射される反射光によって形成されるスポットSbよりも左にずれる。
 同様に、LED素子22b2よりも右寄りに位置するLED素子22c2から出射されて反射面31で反射される反射光によって形成されるスポットScは、図4(a)に示すように、LED素子22b2から出射されて反射面31で反射される反射光によって形成されるスポットSbよりも右にずれる。
 このようにして、横方向に配列された複数の各LED素子22から出射された光は、反射面で反射された後に進む方向がそれぞれ異なる。また、照射面において横方向の互いに異なる位置にスポットを形成する。縦方向に関しても同様のことが言えるので、縦方向に配列された複数の各LED素子22から出射された光も、反射面で反射された後に進む方向がそれぞれ異なり、照射面において縦方向の互いに異なる位置にスポットを形成する。
 図4(b)は、複数の各LED素子22からの光が反射面31で反射されて照射面に形成するスポットを示す図である。
 このように、LEDランプ101においては、複数の各LED素子22a1,22a2,22a3,22b1,22b2,22b3,22c1,22c2,22c3から出射され、反射面31で反射された光が照射面に形成するスポットSa1,Sa2,Sa3,Sb1,Sb2,Sb3,Sc1,Sc2,Sc3は、位置が互いに異なる。
 従って、反射光を一方向に配光制御することは難しい。また、反射光を集光して1つのスポットを形成することも難しいので、照射面において、輝度むら、陰影が生じやすい。
 これに対して、実施形態にかかるLEDランプ1においては、上記のように、複数の各LED素子22a1~22c3から出射された光は、光拡散板40で拡散され、光拡散板40の表面から面発光されるように放射される。すなわち、複数のLED素子22a1~22c3と光拡散板40の全体が、疑似的に「1つの光源」となる。
 このように、光拡散板40を通過した光は、「1つの光源」から発せられた光のように反射面31に入射され、反射面31で反射されることになるので、反射面31で反射された光を平行光とあうる配向制御が容易であり、反射光の集束性も良好になる。
 そして、反射面31で反射された光は、照射面に照射されると、スポットSa1~Sc3が混じり合ったような1つのスポットを形成することになる。
 従って、LEDランプ1によれば、照射面における輝度むら、陰影の発生が抑えられ、反射面31で反射される光の集束性も良好となる。
 なお、光拡散板40を用いることなく、例えば前面カバー35の代わりに反射体30の開口部33に光拡散板を用いることによっても、照射面における輝度むらや陰影を抑えることはできるが、この場合、光が反射体30で反射された後に光拡散板を通過することになるので、反射光の集束性が損なわれやすく、配光制御もしにくい。
 (反射体30のサイズと光拡散板40のサイズとの関係)
 上記のように、発光モジュール20において複数のLED素子22を配列するときの素子間隔を確保することが望ましいので、光拡散板40は、その配列された複数のLED素子22全体を覆うことのできる大きさは必要となる。
 一方、LEDランプ1において、光拡散板40のサイズは小さい方が、上記「1つ光源」は点光源に近くなり、光拡散板40で拡散された後に反射面31で反射される光の集束性が良好となり、配光制御も容易である。
 従って、光拡散板40のサイズは、複数のLED素子22全体を覆う大きさは最低必要であるが、できるだけ小さく設定することが好ましい。
 図5は、LEDランプ1を中心軸Oに沿ってX-Z面で切断した断面図である。
 上記の観点から、光拡散板40の横幅a(X方向幅)と、反射体30の前端にある開口部33の横幅b(X方向幅)との比率は0.7以下(a/b≦0.7)に設定することが好ましい。また、光拡散板40の縦幅(Y方向幅)と、反射体30の前端にある開口部33の縦幅との比率も、これと同様であって0.7以下に設定することが好ましい。
 また、光拡散板40のLED素子22からの高さc(Z方向の距離)と、モジュール基板21から反射体30の開口部33までの高さd(Z方向の距離)の比率は0.6以下(c/d≦0.6)に設定することが好ましい。さらに、a/b≦0.35、c/d≦0.3の範囲に設定することがより好ましい。
 [実施の形態2]
 図6は、実施の形態2にかかるLEDランプ2の斜視図であって、(a)は外観図、(b)は一部を切り欠いた図である。
 LEDランプ2は、ボディ部60と、当該ボディ部60の前端側に取り付けられた発光モジュール62及びホーン形状の反射板63などから構成されている。
 ボディ部60は、円筒状のケース61の中に、発光モジュール62を点灯させる回路ユニット64が収納されて構成され、ケース61の後端に、ダクトレールに接続するための電源プラグ65が取付けられている。
 反射板63の前端側には、透明な前面カバー66が装着されている。
 LEDランプ2は、図7に示すように、電源プラグ65をダクトレール70に係止することによってダクトレール70に装着し、点灯できるようになっている。
 このLEDランプ2においても、実施の形態1のLEDランプ1と同様に、発光モジュール62は、モジュール基板67の前面に、白色光を出射するLED素子68が複数個配列されて構成されている。そして、モジュール基板67上に配列された複数のLED素子68は、全体がドーム状の光拡散板69によって覆われている。そして、発光モジュール62における複数のLED素子68から出射される光は、光拡散板69を通過して拡散される。拡散された光は、一部が、直接、前面カバー66を通過して前方に出射され、残りの一部は、反射板63で反射されて集束され、前面カバー66を通過して出射される。
 このLEDランプ2においても、実施の形態1のLEDランプ1と同様に、複数のLED素子68からの光は光拡散板69で拡散されているので、複数のLED素子68及び光拡散板69は、1つの光源のようになる。従って、反射板63による反射光の配光制御がしやすく、集束性を維持しながら照射面における輝度むらを低減することもできる。
 [実施の形態3]
 図8は、LEDランプ3の構成を示す斜視図であり、(a)は全体図、(b)は部分拡大図である。
 このLEDランプ3は、直管型のLEDランプであって、ガラス等の透光性材料からなり縦方向(Y方向)に伸長する外管71と、外管71の長手方向(Y方向)両端に取着された口金72と、外管71の中に収納された発光モジュール73、反射板74、光拡散板75を備える。また、外管71内において、発光モジュール73の背面には、回路ユニット(不図示)が収納され、当該回路ユニットに、口金72からリード線(不図示)が接続されている。
 このLEDランプ3は、各口金72が照明器具のソケットに差し込まれることにより、回路ユニットに給電され、回路ユニットから発光モジュール73に給電されて発光し、前方(矢印Z方向)に光を出射する。
 上記発光モジュール73は、縦方向(Y方向)に伸長する長尺状のモジュール基板731の前面(矢印Z方向側の表面)に、複数のLED素子732が、複数列(3列)で、モジュール基板731の長手方向(Y方向)に沿って配列されて構成されている。
 反射板74は、モジュール基板731に沿って縦方向(Y方向)に伸長し、そのX-Z断面は、円弧状であって、前方(矢印Z方向)で反射面どうしの間隔が拡がっている。この反射板74は、発光モジュール73からの光を、主に横方向に集束させて反射させる機能を持つ。
 また、反射板74のX-Z断面の形状は、LEDランプ3のX-Z面における配向角を左右するが、X-Z面における配向角が例えば60°程度となるように設定されている。
 なお、LEDランプ3を、広配向角タイプとする場合は、配向角が120°程度となるように反射板74のX-Z断面形状を設定する。
 光拡散板75は、モジュール基板731上に配列された複数のLED素子732を全体的に覆っている。この光拡散板75は、モジュール基板731に沿って縦方向(Y方向)に伸長し、X-Z断面が円弧状であって、縦長のドーム形状である。
 このようなLEDランプ3において、X-Z面内で、横方向に複数(3個)LED素子732が並んでいるが、その各LED素子732から出射される光は光拡散板75で拡散された後、直接あるいは反射板74で反射されて前方に出射される。
 従って、実施の形態1で説明したように、光拡散板75で拡散された光は、X-Z面内において、疑似的に「1つの光源」から発せられた光のようになるので、反射板74による反射光の配光制御が容易であり、また、光の集束性を維持しながら、輝度むらを低減することができる。
 LEDランプ3においても、実施の形態1で説明したように、光拡散板75の横幅及び高さが小さいほど、光拡散板75から放射される光は、点光源から放射される光に近くなり集束性がよくなる。そのため、光拡散板75の横幅(X方向幅)と、反射板74の前端開口部の横幅(X方向幅)との比率は0.7以下に設定することが好ましい。また光拡散板75のLED素子732からの高さ(Z方向の長さ)と、モジュール基板731から反射板74の開口部までの高さ(Z方向の長さ)の比率は0.6以下に設定することが好ましい。
 なお、LEDランプ3においては、外管71の中に発光モジュール73、反射板74、光拡散板75が収納されていたが、外管の代わりにアルミケースなどの中に、発光モジュール、反射板、光拡散板を収納して、長尺状のLEDランプを構成することもできる。
 [実施の形態1~3の変形例など]
 上記LEDランプ1~3においては、複数の独立したLED素子が基板上に配列されていたが、複数のLED素子が1つのチップ体を形成している場合、すなわち、複数のN電極(非発光部分)が存在し、複数の箇所から発光するチップ体においては、発光モジュール20に1個だけチップ体を設けることによって、複数のLED素子が配列されることになるので、その1個のチップ体を覆うように光拡散板40を設ければよい。
 上記LEDランプ1,2においては、反射面が湾曲した曲面であったが、反射面が光を集束させる機能を有するものであれば、複数の平面部分で形成されていてもよい。
 上記LEDランプ1~3においては、光を光拡散板で拡散した後に反射板で反射させることによって集束させたが、反射板の前端開口部にさらに集光レンズを設置して、当該集光レンズで光を集束させてもよい。この場合も、複数のLEDから出射される光は、光拡散板で拡散されてから、集光レンズを通過するので、配光制御が容易であり、輝度むら、色むらの防止に効果がある。
 上記実施の形態にかかるLEDランプ1~3には、点灯回路が内蔵されていたが、LEDランプには点灯回路を設けず、LEDランプを装着する器具に点灯回路を設けていてもよい。
 上記LEDランプ1~3において、光拡散板と反射板との間に、導光板などが介在していてもよく、その場合も同様の効果を奏する。
 上記LEDランプ1~3では、発光モジュールにおいて、複数のLED素子が配列されていたが、LED素子以外に、有機EL素子、半導体レーザ素子などの半導体発光素子を複数配列した反射型のランプについても同様に実施することができ、配列された複数の半導体発光素子を覆うように光拡散板を設けることによって同様に輝度むらを抑える効果を奏する。

Claims (7)

  1.  基板上に複数の半導体発光素子が配列されてなる発光モジュールと、
     前記配列された複数の半導体発光素子の光出射側全体をカバーする光拡散板と、
     前記発光モジュールから出射され前記光拡散板を通過した光を反射させて、反射光を集束させる反射面を有する反射部材とを備えるランプ。
  2.  前記光拡散板は、
     前記複数の半導体発光素子の中の2以上にまたがり前記基板に直交する面で切断した断面が、光出射方向に張り出す円弧状である、
     請求項1記載のランプ。
  3.  前記反射面は、
     前記複数の半導体発光素子の中の2以上にまたがり前記基板に直交する面で切断した断面が、
     光出射方向で拡がっている円弧状である、
     請求項1記載のランプ。
  4.  前記反射面は、カップ状に湾曲した曲面であり、
     前記光拡散板は、前記反射面の底部側から光出射方向に張り出しているドーム形状である、
     請求項1記載のランプ。
  5.  前記光拡散板における前記基板に沿った方向の幅は、
     前記反射面における光出射側開口部における同方向の幅に対して0.7以下である、
     請求項1記載のランプ。
  6.  光出射方向に対する前記半導体発光素子から前記光拡散板までの距離は、
     前記基板から前記反射面の光出射側開口部までの距離に対して0.6以下である、
     請求項1~5のいずれかに記載のランプ。
  7.  前記発光モジュール及び反射部材は、
     当該発光モジュール及び反射部材を支持するボディ部の一端側に固定され、
     前記ボディ部の他端側に、前記発光モジュールを点灯させる電力を外部から受け取る接続部材が装着されている、
     請求項1記載のランプ。
