Description
本発明はまた、毎回、ユーザが怪我をする危険がなく、安全かつ信頼性の高い装置の駆動を保証する側面駆動式の流体投与装置、特に鼻スプレーを提供することを目的とする。
更には、本発明は、製造及び組立が簡単かつ低コストに行える流体投与装置を提供することを目的とする。
また、前記多方向ボールジョイントが、前記回動軸Cを中心とした前記回動を制限するための当接手段を有すること、とするのが効果的である。
また、前記当接手段は2つの支持部材から成り、前記2つの支持部材は、前記押圧要素にそれぞれ形成されて、前記中空ハウジングの両側から突き出しており、それぞれ前記駆動要素の異なる部分と係合して、前記回動軸Cを中心とした回動の終端位置を規定していること、とするのが効果的である。
また、前記本体は、前記駆動要素を案内するための少なくとも1つの案内面を有し、前記少なくとも1つの案内面は、前記投与部材の駆動中、前記投与ヘッドに対して相対的に静止していると共に、前記投与部材本体内での前記可動部材の移動軸に対して平行であり、前記駆動要素は、丸みが付けられた形状であって、前記少なくとも1つの案内面と係合する終端部を少なくとも1つ有すること、とするのが効果的である。
また、前記駆動要素は、弾性ブレードである弾性要素を有し、当該弾性要素は前記押圧要素と係合して、前記駆動要素を前記押圧要素から遠ざかる方向に付勢すること、とするのが効果的である。
本発明の上記及びその他の特徴及び効果は、非限定的な例として示す複数の実施の形態及びその変形例に関する以下の詳細な説明の記述及び添付図面を参照することで、更に明らかになる。
抵抗手段を案内面に形成することの別の効果として、意図せず装置が駆動される事態について、少なくともその一部は防止できる。駆動開始時又は駆動開始に近い時点で、抵抗手段を越えるには、ある程度の力が必要となる。そのため、抵抗手段は、意図しない形での使用に対して、ある程度のセキュリティを実現する。
Claims (11)
- 本体(10)と、貯蔵器(20)と、投与開口部(5)が設けられた投与ヘッド(100)と、ポンプ又は弁であって、留めリング(60)によって前記貯蔵器(20)に取り付けられた投与部材(30)と、を備える流体投与装置であって、
前記投与部材(30)は、投与部材本体(31)と、駆動中に前記投与部材(30)の本体の内部で軸方向に移動する可動部材(35)とを有し、
前記本体(10)に固定された側面駆動システム(40)を更に備え、
前記側面駆動システムは、前記留めリング(60)と係合する駆動要素(41)を有し、当該駆動要素(41)は、前記投与部材(30)が駆動されていない時の位置である休止位置と前記投与部材(30)が駆動されている時の位置である駆動位置との間を、前記可動部材(35)の移動方向を横切る方向に移動可能であり、
前記側面駆動システム(40)は、前記本体(10)に取り付けられて軸(A)を中心に回動する押圧要素(42)を有し、前記駆動要素(41)は、前記押圧要素(42)に取り付けられ、前記軸(A)に平行な軸(B)を中心に回動し、さらに、多方向ボールジョイント(400)によって前記押圧要素(42)と係合しており、前記多方向ボールジョイント(400)は、軸(B)を中心とした前記駆動要素(41)の回動を可能とすると共に、前記駆動要素(41)が前記押圧要素(42)に対して、少なくとも1つの他の方向に相対移動することを可能にすること、
を特徴とする流体投与装置。 - 前記多方向ボールジョイント(400)は、少なくとも部分的に丸みが付けられた形状であって、前記押圧要素(42)に形成されている中空ハウジング(401)を有し、前記駆動要素(41)は、前記中空ハウジングと係合し、前記駆動要素(41)と前記押圧要素(42)との間に環状線状接続部を形成する相補的形状加工部(402)を有し、当該相補的形状加工部(402)は、前記駆動要素(41)が少なくとも1つの回動軸(B)を中心にして前記押圧要素(42)上で回動することを可能とし、前記駆動要素(41)が前記回動軸(B)に沿って前記押圧要素(42)上で並進移動することを可能にすること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体投与装置。 - 前記駆動要素(41)は、前記回動軸(B)に直交する回動軸(C)を中心に、前記押圧要素(42)に対して回動すること、
を特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体投与装置。 - 前記多方向ボールジョイント(400)が、前記回動軸(C)を中心とした前記回動を制限するための当接手段(405)を有すること、
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体投与装置。 - 前記当接手段(405)は2つの支持部材から成り、前記2つの支持部材は、前記押圧要素(42)にそれぞれ形成されて、前記中空ハウジングの両側から突き出しており、それぞれ前記駆動要素(41)の異なる部分と係合して、前記回動軸(C)を中心とした回動の終端位置を規定していること、
を特徴とする請求項4に記載の流体投与装置。 - 前記中空ハウジング(401)は、前記回動軸(B)の方向に延びた丸溝の形状を有し、

前記少なくとも1つの案内面(50)は、前記投与部材(30)の駆動中、前記投与ヘッド(100)に対して相対的に静止していると共に、前記投与部材本体(31)内での前記可動部材(35)の移動軸に対して平行であり、
前記駆動要素(41)は、丸みが付けられた形状であって、前記少なくとも1つの案内面(50)と係合する終端部(411)を少なくとも1つ有すること、
を特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の流体投与装置。 - 前記駆動要素(41)は、前記駆動要素(41)の回動軸(B)から前記案内面(50)まで延伸する側腹部(410)を少なくとも1つ有し、

前記各側腹部(410)は、一方の側面上の終端近くまで延びた径方向突起部(412)を有し、
