Claims (6)
- 樹脂原料を溶融し、かつ溶融した樹脂材料をダイ(30)に押付搬送するメイン押出機(10)と、前記樹脂原料を所定の形状のプロファイルとして排出するダイ(30)と、前記ダイから排出されたプロファイルが外殻表面形状を維持するようにするキャリブレータ(70)と、前記キャリブレータを通過したプロファイルを冷却する冷却装置(90)と、を備える窓用プロファイル製造装置において、
前記ダイ(30)とキャリブレータ(70)との間にはプロファイル表面にエンボ模様を形成するエンボロール(50)が配置され、
前記エンボロールは、表面に形成される第1の突起(53)と、前記第1の突起に形成される第2の突起(55)とを備えることを特徴とする窓用プロファイル製造装置。 - 前記第1の突起及び第2の突起は、不規則的な形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の窓用プロファイル製造装置。
- 前記ダイ(30)は、前記エンボロールを収容するための凹部(35)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の窓用プロファイル製造装置。
- 前記冷却装置(90)には前記プロファイルを支持するための中空部分を有する複数のディスク(93)が配設され、前記ディスクの中空部分の上側にはプロファイルとの線接触のためのローラ(95)が配備されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の窓用プロファイル製造装置。
- 前記ダイ(30)に木粉入り共押出用樹脂組成物を押出する補助押出機(100)をさらに備え、
プロファイルの一方の面に天然木材質感のスキン層を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の窓用プロファイル製造装置。 - 前記共押出用樹脂組成物は、木粉入りのものであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の窓用プロファイル製造装置。
