Claims (18)
- 自動車の空気導入システム内で音響振動を抑制ないし減衰するための装置において、該装置が、導入空気を、自動車のエンジンに引き込むことのできる通路を画定するものであり、該装置が、
前記通路の周りに設けられて、導入空気における音響振動を抑制ないし減衰するための制振手段と、
前記通路の少なくとも一部の周りに設けた捕集材料のシートを備える炭化水素捕集手段であって、当該捕集手段が、前記エンジンから前記通路に流入する炭化水素蒸気を捕集するためのフローパスト式の炭化水素捕集器を与えるべく構成されるものとした炭化水素捕集手段と
を備えるものとした装置。 - 前記捕集材料の前記シートが、前記通路の周りを包み込んで配置されるものとした、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 該装置を通る前記通路を画定するべく構成された形成具を備える、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記形成具が、そこを通過する蒸気の流動のための複数の隙間を設けられたものとした、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 捕集材料の前記シートが、前記形成具の周りを包み込んで配置されるものとした、請求項3又は請求項4に記載の装置。
- 捕集材料の前記シートが、前記通路と前記制振手段との間に配置されるものとした、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記通路と前記炭化水素捕集手段との間に設けたフィルターメンブレンを備える、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記フィルターメンブレンが、メッシュ又はガーゼを備える、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルターメンブレンが、前記形成具と前記炭化水素捕集手段との間に設けられるものとした、請求項3を引用する請求項7又は8に記載の装置。
- 前記炭化水素捕集手段及び前記制振手段が設けられる脈動ダンパーキャビティを画定するべく構成されたハウジングを備える、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジング及び形成具が実質的に円筒形状であり、前記形成具及びハウジングが実質的に同軸である、請求項3を引用する請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記炭化水素捕集手段が、前記通路に流入する燃料蒸気を静電気的に結合するべく構成されるものとした、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記炭化水素捕集手段が、通常のエンジン作動中に、導入空気が、該装置を通過して引き込まれるとき、捕集された炭化水素を、前記通路を通過する空気の流れに解放するべく構成されるものとした、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 脈動ダンパーを有する自動車のための空気導入システムであって、前記脈動ダンパーが、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の装置を備えるものとした空気導入システム。
- 請求項14に記載の空気導入システムを備える自動車。
- 自動車の空気導入システム内で炭化水素蒸気を捕集する方法であって、
前記空気導入システム内で、音響振動を抑制ないし減衰するための装置を準備すること、
前記自動車のエンジンが切られたとき、前記自動車の前記エンジンからの炭化水素蒸気を、前記装置の通路に通し、前記通路の少なくとも一部の周りに設けた捕集材料のシート状の炭化水素捕集手段を備えるフローパスト式の炭化水素捕集器により、当該蒸気を捕集すること、
を備え、
前記自動車の前記エンジンが始動されたとき、該方法が、前記装置を通過させて導入空気を引き込むこと、及び、前記装置の制振手段により、前記導入空気の音響振動を抑制ないし減衰することを備えるものとした方法。 - ダンパー内に、ダンパーを通過する導入空気のための通路を画定するための形成具を設け、前記形成具の周りに、前記炭化水素捕集器を巻き付けるステップを備える、請求項16に記載の方法。
- シート状をなす炭化水素捕集器を設けることを備える、請求項17に記載の方法。
