Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のフレームシステムは、太陽電池モジュールの基板に固定される第1ボディと第1ボディから突出した凸型(male type)結合部を含む第1フレーム部材と、設置対象物に固定される第2ボディと、前記凸型結合部と結合する凹型(female type)結合部を含む第2フレーム部材を含み、凸型結合部の外面には、上部幅が下部幅より狭く形成された傾斜面と前記傾斜面の下部方向端部に位置する離脱防止面を含む突起が位置し、凹型結合部の内面には、突起と結合する突起結合部が位置する。

Claims (20)
- 太陽電池モジュールを設置対象物に固定する太陽電池モジュール用フレームシステムにおいて、
前記太陽電池モジュールの基板に固定される第1ボディと、前記第1ボディから突出した凸型結合部を含む第1フレーム部材と、
前記設置対象物に固定される第2ボディと、前記凸型結合部と結合する凹型結合部を含む第2フレーム部材、
を含み、
前記凸型結合部の外面の少なくとも一部には、上部幅が下部幅より狭く形成された傾斜面と前記傾斜面の下部方向端部に位置する離脱防止面を含む突起が位置し、前記凹型結合部の内面には、前記突起と結合する突起結合部が位置することを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール用フレームシステム。 - 前記離脱防止面は、前記凸型結合部の中心線に対して直角に形成される、請求項1記載の太陽電池モジュール用フレームシステム。
- 前記離脱防止面と前記傾斜面の間の角度が90°未満である、請求項2記載の太陽電池モジュール用フレームシステム。
- 前記離脱防止面と前記傾斜面の間の角度が45°以下である、請求項2記載の太陽電池モジュール用フレームシステム。
- 前記傾斜面と前記離脱防止面が接続される部分はラウンド処理された、請求項2記載の太陽電池モジュール用フレームシステム。
- 前記凸型結合部は、少なくとも2つの突起を含む、請求項2記載の太陽電池モジュール用フレームシステム。
- 前記少なくとも2つの突起は、下部幅と上部幅をそれぞれ備える下部と上部を含み、
前記第1ボディと隣接する下方向突起の下部幅と上部幅は、前記下方向突起の上方向に位置する上方向突起の下部幅と上部幅よりそれぞれ大きく形成される、請求項6記載の太陽電池モジュール用フレームシステム。 - 前記第1フレーム部材は金属材質から形成される、請求項1記載の太陽電池モジュール用フレームシステム。

- 前記太陽電池モジュールは、前記光透過性の下部基板の上部に位置する複数の太陽電池と、前記太陽電池と前記光透過性の上部基板の間に位置するシール層をさらに含む、請求項10記載の太陽電池モジュール用フレームシステム。
- 前記シール層は、ポリビニルブチラール(Poly vinyl Butyral、PVB)またはエチルビニルアセテート(Ethyl Vinyl Acetate、EVA)を含む、請求項11記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記接着剤は、2液型シリコン(two-part silicon)を含む、請求項10記載の太陽電池モジュール用フレームシステム。
- 前記2液型シリコンは2,000N/m以上の接着強度を有する、請求項13記載の太陽電池モジュール用フレームシステム。
- 前記光透過性の上部基板には、少なくとも2つの前記第1フレーム部材が固定される、請求項10記載の太陽電池モジュールフレームシステム。
- 少なくとも2つの前記第1フレーム部材は、前記光透過性の上部基板の中心を基準に対称の位置にそれぞれ固定される、請求項15記載の太陽電池モジュール用フレームシステム。
- 前記第1フレーム部材は、1つの第1ボディに1つの凸型結合部が備えられたスポットタイプで形成される、請求項1記載の太陽電池モジュール用フレームシステム。
- 前記第1フレーム部材は、1つの第1ボディに、少なくとも2つの凸型結合部が備えられたバータイプで形成される、請求項1記載の太陽電池モジュール用フレームシステム。
- 前記第2ボディは、金属材質から形成される、請求項1記載の太陽電池モジュール用フレームシステム。
- 前記第2フレーム部材は、延性材質の第3ボディをさらに含み、前記凹型結合部は、前記第3ボディに形成され、前記第3ボディは、前記第2ボディと結合された、請求項19記載の太陽電池モジュール用フレームシステム。
