Description
Claims (11)
- レーザビーム(50)を形成するレーザ(14)と、光導体ケーブル(16)を用いて前記レーザビーム(50)が供給される少なくとも二つのレーザツール(18,18’)とを備えた、レーザ加工物を加工するためのレーザ加工装置(10)において、
前記光導体ケーブル(16)は、少なくとも二つの光ファイバコア(22,22’)を備えている入力側の一つの端部(20)と、それぞれが前記光ファイバコア(22,22’)の内の一方を備えている、複数の出力側の端部(26,26’)とを有しており、
前記各光ファイバコア(22,22’)は前記レーザツール(18,18’)の内の一つにそれぞれ接続されていることを特徴とする、レーザ加工装置。 - 前記レーザビーム(50)を前記光導体ケーブル(16)の一つ又は複数の光ファイバコア(22,22’)に選択的に入力するためのスイッチング装置(28)が設けられている、請求項1に記載のレーザ加工装置。
- 接続手段が設けられており、該接続手段により前記光導体ケーブル(16)の前記入力側の端部(20)は、所定の位置及び所定の回転姿勢で前記スイッチング装置(28)に対して位置決めされている、請求項2に記載のレーザ加工装置。
- 前記接続手段は、前記スイッチング装置(28)に配置されている端子ソケット(32)と、前記光導体ケーブル(16)に配置されており、且つ、前記端子ソケット(32)内に位置決め可能な端子プラグ(34)とを有している、請求項3に記載のレーザ加工装置。
- 前記接続手段は、前記光導体ケーブル(16)の前記入力側の端部(20)の、前記スイッチング装置(28)に対する捻れを制限するロック装置(36)を有している、請求項3又は4に記載のレーザ加工装置。
- 前記各光ファイバコア(22,22’)は、有利には該光ファイバコア(22,22’)の端面(40)によって形成された、入力側の光学的な結合面を有しており、該各結合面は、前記光導体ケーブル(16)の長手方向軸(38)と交差する前記光導体ケーブル(16)の横方向軸(44)上に配置されており、有利には前記横方向軸(44)について対称的に配置されている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ加工装置。
- 前記少なくとも二つの光ファイバコア(22,22’)が同一の断面又は異なる断面を有している、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ加工装置。
- 前記スイッチング装置(28)は、光学的な偏向手段、特に、プリズム(60)、集束レンズ(52)、ホログラフィック光学素子、回折光学素子、傾斜ミラー、ルーフミラー及び/又はファセットミラーを含んでいる、請求項2乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ加工装置。
- 前記プリズム(60)を、前記レーザビーム(50)のビーム路内に移動可能である、特に前記ビーム路内へ旋回可能である、請求項8に記載のレーザ加工装置。
- 前記プリズム(60)は少なくとも一つの位置調整軸(72,72’)について変位可能である、請求項8又は9のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ加工装置。
- 前記スイッチング装置(28)には制御装置(70)が対応付けられている、請求項2乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ加工装置。
