Claims (10)
- 液体培地を受けることができるチャンバ(100)と、潅流フィルタ(210、212、214)を備えるフィルタアセンブリ(200)とを含み、前記フィルタアセンブリ(200)が前記チャンバ(100)内に配置され、前記フィルタアセンブリ(200)が前記チャンバ(100)内で自由に移動するバイオリアクタであって、前記フィルタアセンブリ(200)が前記フィルタ(210、212、214)を通る回収流を結合する手段、及び前記回収流と比較して反対方向に前記フィルタを通るフィード流を結合する手段を備え、前記フィード流がフィードポンプ(330)によって前記バイオリアクタにポンピングされ、前記回収流が回収ポンプ(340)によって前記バイオリアクタからポンピングされることを特徴とするバイオリアクタ。
- 前記流れを結合する前記手段が前記フィルタアセンブリに取り付けられた可撓性管を備える請求項1記載のバイオリアクタアセンブリ。
- 前記フィルタアセンブリ(200)がそれぞれ前記フィード流と前記回収流を結合する手段を備える請求項1又は2記載のバイオリアクタアセンブリ。
- 前記フィルタアセンブリ(200)が前記フィード流と前記回収流を同軸に結合する手段を備える請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか記載のバイオリアクタアセンブリ。
- 前記フィード流が前記回収流の周囲に同軸に配置される請求項4記載のバイオリアクタアセンブリ。
- 前記フィルタアセンブリが2つ以上のフィルタ(211、212、213、214)を備える請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載のバイオリアクタアセンブリ。
- 前記フィード流が前記2つ以上のフィルタ(211、212、213、214)の間に流れるように方向付けられる請求項6記載のバイオリアクタアセンブリ。
- 液体培地を受けることができるチャンバ(100)と、潅流フィルタ(210、212、214)を備えるフィルタアセンブリ(200)とを含み、前記フィルタアセンブリ(200)が前記チャンバ(100)内に配置され、前記フィルタアセンブリ(200)が前記チャンバ(100)内で自由に移動するバイオリアクタを動作させる方法であって、
回収流を前記潅流フィルタ(210、212、214)を通して前記バイオリアクタから回収ポンプ(340)によって除去すること、及び
フィード流を前記潅流フィルタ(210、212、214)を通して前記バイオリアクタにフィードポンプ(330)によって供給することを含み、
前記回収流が前記フィード流と比較して反対方向に前記潅流フィルタ(210、212、214)を通って除去される方法。 - 前記方法が特定の体積の前記回収流が先ず前記バイオリアクタ(100)から除去され、次いで実質的に同じ体積の前記フィード流が前記バイオリアクタ(100)に供給される形式で実施される請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記回収流の前記除去と前記フィード流の前記供給が周期的な間隔で行われる請求項8記載の方法。
