Claims (8)
- 液体培地を受容できるチャンバー(100)と、灌流フィルター(210、212、214)を備えるフィルターアセンブリ(200)とを含み、前記フィルターアセンブリ(200)が前記チャンバー(100)内に配置され、前記フィルターアセンブリ(200)が前記チャンバー(100)内で自由に移動するバイオリアクターであって、
前記フィルターアセンブリ(200)が、前記フィルター(210、212、214)を通過する回収流を連結する手段と、前記回収流とは逆方向に前記フィルターを通過する供給流を連結する手段とを備えており、前記供給流が供給ポンプ(330)によって前記バイオリアクターに送り込まれ、前記回収流が回収ポンプ(340)によって前記バイオリアクターから送り出され、前記フィルターアセンブリが2つ以上のフィルター(211、212、213、214)を備えていて、前記供給流が前記2つ以上のフィルター(211、212、213、214)の間に流れるように導かれることを特徴とするバイオリアクター。 - 前記流れを連結する手段が前記フィルターアセンブリに取り付けられた可撓性管を備える、請求項1記載のバイオリアクター。
- 前記フィルターアセンブリ(200)が、前記供給流及び前記回収流をそれぞれ連結する手段を備える、請求項1又は請求項2記載のバイオリアクター。
- 前記フィルターアセンブリ(200)が前記供給流と前記回収流を同軸に連結する手段を備える、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか記載のバイオリアクター。
- 前記供給流が前記回収流の周囲に同軸に配置される、請求項4記載のバイオリアクター。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載のバイオリアクターを操作する方法であって、
回収ポンプ(340)によって回収流を前記灌流フィルター(210、212、214)を通して前記バイオリアクターから除去するステップと、
供給流を前記2つ以上のフィルター(211、212、213、214)の間に流れるように導くことによって供給ポンプ(330)で供給流を前記灌流フィルター(210、212、214)を通して前記バイオリアクターに供給するステップと
を含み、前記回収流が前記供給流とは逆方向に前記灌流フィルター(210、212、214)を通過して除去される、方法。 - 当該方法が、先ず特定の体積の前記回収流を前記バイオリアクター(100)から除去し、次いで実質的に同じ体積の前記供給流を前記バイオリアクター(100)に供給する方式で実施される、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記回収流の除去と前記供給流の供給が周期的な間隔で行われる、請求項7記載の方法。
