Claims (11)
- 流体サイクル(6)の流体(5)のための冷却能力を生成するべく少なくとも1つの送風機(4)に動力付与する少なくとも1つの送風機モーター(3)を有した少なくとも1つの送風機装置(2)を具備する液体空気冷却システムであって、自動制御システム(24)による前記送風機モーター(3)の速度制御のため、少なくとも1つの実値(tist)は、前記冷却能力がそれぞれの機械ユニット(9)の電流出力値に応じて調節されるような方法で、設定値(tsoll)と比較される液体空気冷却システム。
- 前記送風機装置(2)の供給側(10)における気温が、前記設定値(tsoll)として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体空気冷却システム。
- 前記機械ユニット(9)又は該機械ユニット(9)の構成要素(11)の温度が、前記設定値(tsoll)として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれか1つに記載の液体空気冷却システム。
- 前記送風機モーター(3)の前記速度は、前記送風機装置(2)の前記供給側(10)の前記気温が前記設定値(tsoll)より低くなるような方法で制御されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の液体空気冷却システム。
- 前記送風機モーター(3)が、PID制御器(27)を備える一体化された周波数変換回路を有するモーター制御ユニット(24)によって駆動される可変速のモーター(3)であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の液体空気冷却システム。
- 当該液体空気冷却システム(1)が、流体タンク(13)と、モーター(15)を有する流体ポンプ(14)と、自動制御システム(24、27)を有する前記送風機装置(2)と、を具備するコンパクトユニットであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1つに記載の液体空気冷却システム。
- 前記流体ポンプ(14)に動力付与するための前記モーター(15)及び送風機(4)を有する前記送風機モーター(3)が、前記流体タンク(13)における前記ハウジング(24)に亘り取り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1つに記載の液体空気冷却システム。
- 前記送風機装置(2)及び前記流体ポンプ(14)に動力付与するための前記モーター(15)が、概して前記流体タンク(13)のベース領域(16)を越えて延在しないことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1つに記載の液体空気冷却システム。
- 前記流体(5)が、水及びグリコールの混合であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1つに記載の液体空気冷却システム。
- 当該液体空気冷却システム(1)によって流体(5)を供給される前記機械ユニット(9)が、工作機械であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1つに記載の液体空気冷却システム。
- ベッド及び/又は前記機械ユニット(9)のスピンドルのような機械構成要素が、当該液体空気冷却システム(1)を流れる前記流体(5)を受容することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1つに記載の液体空気冷却システム。
