Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを同時に調整するための装置であって、
床に固定された下部プレートと、
垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りが調整される上部プレートと、
前記下部プレートの上端及び前記上部プレートの下端に接続された1つ以上の可変柱と、
下端が前記下部プレートの上に固定して配置され且つ上端が前記上部プレートの下端に線接触するよう配置された高さ調節ユニットであって、前記線接触する部分で前記上部プレートの垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整する、高さ調節ユニットと、
を備えていることを特徴とする垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整するための装置。 - 1つ以上の可変柱は、前記高さ調節ユニットの各側で該高さ調節ユニットの周囲に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整するための装置。
- 各可変柱は、前記高さ調節ユニットによって変更された前記上部プレートの対応する部分の高さを固定するための固定部品をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整するための装置。
- 前記固定部品は、前記下部プレートに隣接した対応する1つの可変柱の下端に取り付けられたクランプロックであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整するための装置。
- 前記高さ調節ユニットは、
前記下部プレートの頂部に前後方向に固定された一対の支持部品と、
前記支持部品間に配置された多角形のヒンジ部品と、
前記ヒンジ部品の下部コーナー部及び前記支持部品を接続するための構造を有するために取り付けられた偏心カムであって、該偏心カムの回転中に前記ヒンジ部品の垂直移動及び自由回転部品の高さの変更を誘導する、偏心カムと、
前記ヒンジ部品の上部コーナー部に取り付けられた二組の自由回転部品であって、前記上部プレートに線接触するよう配置された、自由回転部品と、
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整するための装置。 - 前記偏心カムは、フォロワーリンク、軸受及びシャフトを含んだ構造を有していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整するための装置。
- 作動ハンドルが、前記偏心カムにさらに取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整するための装置。
- 前記作動ハンドルは、ウォーム及びウォームギアを介して前記偏心カムのシャフトに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整するための装置。
- 前記偏心カムの前記シャフトが一回転するときに、前記作動ハンドルは、一回転よりも多く回転することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整するための装置。
- 各自由回転部品は、前記上部プレートの下端に接触して配置された一対の軸受と、該軸受を前記ヒンジ部品の上部コーナー部に接続するためのシャフトと、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整するための装置。
- 前記高さ調節ユニットの両側に取り付けられた1つ以上のゲージをさらに備えており、該ゲージが取り付けられた部分での前記上部プレートの高さを表示することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整するための装置。
- 2つのゲージが、前記高さ調節ユニットの両側で該高さ調節ユニットの周囲に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整するための装置。
- 可変柱(PL)及びゲージ(GL)が前記高さ調節ユニットの左側に設置され、可変柱(PR)及びゲージ(GR)が前記高さ調節ユニットの右側に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整するための装置。
- 水平面の偏りなく上部プレートの高さ(HP)を指定の高さ(Ha)に変更する必要がある場合、前記高さ調節ユニットは、ゲージ(GL)によって表示される高さが指定の高さ(Ha)となるように可変柱(PL)の高さを変更するために調節され、その後、可変柱(PL)が固定され、続いて、前記高さ調節ユニットは、ゲージ(GR)によって表示される高さが指定の高さ(Ha)となるように可変柱(PR)の高さを変更するために再び調節され、その後、可変柱(PR)が固定されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整するための装置。
- 各ゲージは、ダイヤルゲージであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整するための装置。
- 各ゲージの下端は前記上部プレートに固定され、積載ユニットが前記下部プレートに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整するための装置。
- 請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整するための装置と、円筒状電池のビード加工部を固定するために、垂直高さ及び水平面の偏りを調整するための装置の上部プレートの頂部に積載されたビード加工装置と、を備えることを特徴とする円筒状電池を製造するためのビード加工処理システム。
- 請求項17に記載のビード加工処理システムを用いて製造された円筒状電池。
