Claims (11)
- 上部シーリングブロック、下部シーリングブロック、及び前記上部シーリングブロック及び前記下部シーリングブロック間の最小間隔を保持するためのストッパーユニットを含むパウチ形電池シーリング装置であって、
前記ストッパーユニットは、
前記上部シーリングブロックと接触して前記上部シーリングブロックの下方移動を止めるストッパー;
前記上部シーリングブロックの少なくとも一側に配置され、前記ストッパーが上下運動又は回転運動によって位置を変更しながら、前記上部シーリングブロックを支持可能にする支持軸;
前記ストッパーの移動変移を測定可能な測定部;
前記ストッパーが固定される位置を調節可能な高さ調節部;
を含むパウチ形電池シーリング装置。 - 前記ストッパーユニットは、前記上部シーリングブロックの左右面に同一の構成が対称に配置される、請求項1に記載のパウチ形電池シーリング装置。
- 前記測定部は、前記ストッパーの上下移動距離を測定可能なマイクロメーターである、請求項1または2に記載のパウチ形電池シーリング装置。
- 前記高さ調節部は、ねじの回転によって高さが調節される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池シーリング装置。
- 前記高さ調節部と前記測定部を前記下部シーリングブロックから一定の位置に固定させる固定部;
をさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池シーリング装置。 - 前記支持軸は、前記上部シーリングブロックと前記測定部及び高さ調節部との間に配置される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池シーリング装置。
- 前記支持軸は、前記下部シーリングブロックが固定される面に垂直に配置される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池シーリング装置。
- 前記支持軸は、前記ストッパーが前記支持軸に沿って水平移動可能なようにガイドが備えられているか、或いは前記ストッパーが前記支持軸を中心に回転運動可能なように回転中心軸が備えられている、請求項7に記載のパウチ形電池シーリング装置。
- 前記ストッパーは、前記上部シーリングブロックの左右にそれぞれ備えられ、前記ストッパーによって前記上部シーリングブロックと前記下部シーリングブロックとの左右間隔が異なるように固定される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池シーリング装置。
- 前記ストッパーは、前記上部シーリングブロックの左右にそれぞれ備えられ、前記ストッパーによって前記上部シーリングブロックが固定される面が傾く、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ形電池シーリング装置。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項によるパウチ形電池シーリング装置を用いてパウチ形電池のシーリング厚さを調節する方法。
