a)前記光照射部から目的とするパウチ型電池の反射フィルムに光を照射する段階と、
b)前記感知器が前記反射フィルムで反射される光を感知する段階と、
c)前記感知器が前記反射フィルムで反射される光を感知しない場合に、前記目的とするパウチセルがスウェリングしたと判断する段階と、
を含むパウチ型電池のスウェリング感知方法を提供する。
図2は本発明の一実施例によるパウチ型電池100の斜視図である。
a)前記光照射部224から目的とするパウチ型電池の反射フィルム140に光を照射する段階と、
b)前記感知器226が前記反射フィルム140で反射される光を感知する段階と、
c)前記感知器226が前記反射フィルム140で反射される光を感知しない場合に、前記目的とするパウチ型電池がスウェリングしたと判断する段階と、
を含むパウチ型電池のスウェリング感知方法を提供する。

Claims (11)
- 少なくとも一側面からリードが突出しているパウチ型電池であって、
前記リードが突出した一側面に反射フィルムを含み、
前記反射フィルムは、前記パウチ型電池のスウェリングによって破れるか切れるように構成されている、パウチ型電池。 - 前記反射フィルムは可視光線反射フィルムである、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池。
- 前記パウチ型電池の表面を包んでいる熱収縮フィルムを含む、請求項1または2に記載のパウチ型電池。
- 前記熱収縮フィルムと前記パウチ型電池との間に伝導性フィルムを含む、請求項3に記載のパウチ型電池。
- 前記伝導性フィルムは、前記リードが突出した一側面に少なくとも一つの突出部を有している、請求項4に記載のパウチ型電池。
- 前記熱収縮フィルムまたは前記伝導性フィルムと前記反射フィルムとは一体に形成される、請求項4または5に記載のパウチ型電池。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池を少なくとも一つ以上含む電池パックであって、
前記反射フィルムの破れまたは切れを感知することができる光照射部及び感知器を含むスウェリング感知部を含む、電池パック。 - 前記突出部に接触する少なくとも一つ以上の冷却部をさらに含む、請求項5を直接的または間接的に引用する請求項7に記載の電池パック。
- 請求項7または8に記載の電池パック内のパウチ型電池のスウェリング感知方法であって、
a)前記光照射部から目的とするパウチ型電池の反射フィルムに光を照射する段階と、
b)前記感知器が前記反射フィルムで反射される光を感知する段階と、
c)前記感知器が前記反射フィルムで反射される光を感知しない場合に、前記目的とするパウチ型電池がスウェリングしたと判断する段階と、
を含む、パウチ型電池のスウェリング感知方法。 - 前記パウチ型電池がスウェリングしたと判断することは、前記パウチ型電池がスウェリングによって膨張して前記反射フィルムが破れることにより、前記反射フィルムによって反射される光が感知されないことである、請求項9に記載のパウチ型電池のスウェリング感知方法。
- 前記パウチ型電池は前記電池パック内に配置され、前記光照射部及び前記感知器は前記電池パックの側面に配置される、請求項9または10に記載のパウチ型電池のスウェリング感知方法。
