Claims (15)
- 電極板を横切って形成された少なくとも一つの非コーティング部通路を備える単位セルを含むセルアセンブリーと、
前記非コーティング部通路内に位置する温度感知部及び前記温度感知部から延長されるセンサーリードを含む温度センサーと、
前記セルアセンブリーを収容し、前記センサーリードが外部に引き出された状態で封止される電池ケースと、を含む二次電池。 - 前記セルアセンブリーが複数の単位セルを含み、
前記温度感知部が、前記複数の単位セルのうち前記セルアセンブリーの中央に位置する単位セルに形成された前記非コーティング部通路内に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記単位セルが、
正極タブを備える正極板と、
負極タブを備える負極板と、
前記正極板と負極板との間に介される分離フィルムと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記非コーティング部通路が、前記正極タブ及び負極タブのうち少なくとも一つに対応する位置に前記正極タブ及び負極タブの延長方向に平行な方向に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記温度感知部が、前記非コーティング部通路内に設けられ、前記正極タブまたは負極タブに隣接した位置に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セルアセンブリーに接続され、前記電池ケースの外部に引き出される一対の電極リードをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記センサーリードが、前記電池ケースの周縁部において、前記電極リードが引き出される領域を除いた領域を通じて前記電池ケースの外部に引き出されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記温度感知部が、絶縁フィルムでコーティングされていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁フィルムが、前記分離フィルムと同じ材質からなることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁フィルムが、前記分離フィルムよりも軟化点の高い高分子物質からなることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記温度感知部が、RTD、サーモカップラー及びサーミスターより選択された何れか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の二次電池と、
前記温度センサーによって測定された前記二次電池内部の温度が臨界温度を超える場合、前記二次電池の動作を中断させる制御部と、を含む二次電池モジュール。 - 請求項12に記載の二次電池モジュールを二つ以上含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項13に記載のバッテリーパックと、
前記バッテリーパックから電力の供給を受ける負荷と、を含む、バッテリー駆動システム。 - 前記負荷が、前記バッテリーパックから電力の供給を受けて動作する電気駆動手段または電力変換回路であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のバッテリー駆動システム。
