Claims (12)
- デミスタ分離器の翼組立体(15)の原位置洗浄器具(10)であって、
前記翼組立体(15)はいずれも前記翼組立体の水平長の略全長に亘って延びる翼群列(30)と排水トラフ(25)とを有し、前記翼群列(30)は前記排水トラフ(25)に向かって下方に延びる複数の翼(32)を有し、前記洗浄器具(10)は、
前記翼群列(30)の上方に位置し、注入口と、複数の孔(45)が形成され、前記翼群列(30)の水平長の略全長に亘って延びる平板(35)とを有する注入室(20)と、
前記注入室(20)の前記注入口に洗浄液源を接続する手段(40)と、
より成り、
前記注入室(20)は、前記洗浄液源から洗浄液を受け、前記平板(35)の孔(45)を通過させて、前記複数の翼(32)に沿って下方に流し、前記排水トラフ(25)に流入させるように設計されていることを特徴とする洗浄器具(10)。 - 前記器具は蒸気発生器内に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の洗浄器具(10)。
- 前記器具は加圧水型原子炉と重水炉とからなる群から選択された原子炉内に位置することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の洗浄器具(10)。
- 前記器具は湿分分離器内に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の洗浄器具(10)。
- 前記器具は蒸気発生器内に位置することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の洗浄器具(10)。
- 前記平板(35)は前記注入室(20)の底面を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の洗浄器具(10)。
- 洗浄液の排液及び前記複数の翼(32)から除去されたスケールは、前記排水トラフ(25)から蒸気発生器の下部に流入し、前記蒸気発生器の下部から排出されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の洗浄器具(10)。
- 前記平板(35)が前記注入室を前記翼群列から分離することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の洗浄器具(10)。
- デミスタ分離器の翼組立体(15)の原位置洗浄方法であって、
前記翼組立体(15)はいずれも前記翼組立体の水平長の略全長に亘って延びる翼群列(30)と排水トラフ(25)とを有し、前記翼群列(30)は前記排水トラフ(25)に向かって下方に延びる複数の翼(32)を有し、前記洗浄方法は、
前記翼群列(30)の上方に位置し、注入口と、複数の孔(45)が形成され、前記翼群列(30)の水平長の略全長に亘って延びる平板(35)とを有する注入室(20)と、前記注入室(20)の前記注入口に洗浄液源を接続する手段(40)とより成り、前記注入室(20)が、前記洗浄液源から洗浄液を受け、前記平板(35)の孔(45)を通過させて、前記複数の翼(32)に沿って下方に流し、前記排水トラフ(25)に流入させるように設計されている洗浄器具(10)を、前記デミスタ分離器の翼組立体に接続することより成る、デミスタ分離器の翼組立体(15)の原位置洗浄方法。 - デミスタ分離器の翼組立体(15)の原位置洗浄器具(10)を備えた蒸気発生器(100)であって、
前記翼組立体(15)はいずれも前記翼組立体の水平長の略全長に亘って延びる翼群列(30)と排水トラフ(25)とを有し、前記翼群列(30)は前記排水トラフ(25)に向かって下方に延びる複数の翼(32)を有し、前記洗浄器具(10)は、
前記翼群列(30)の上方に位置し、注入口と、複数の孔(45)が形成され、前記翼群列(30)の水平長の略全長に亘って延びる平板(35)とを有する注入室(20)と、
前記注入室(20)の前記注入口に洗浄液源を接続する手段(40)と、
より成り、
前記注入室(20)は、前記洗浄液源から洗浄液を受け、前記平板(35)の孔(45)を通過させて、前記複数の翼(32)に沿って下方に流し、前記排水トラフ(25)に流入させるように設計されていることを特徴とする蒸気発生器(100)。 - 前記蒸気発生器(100)は原子力蒸気供給系(110)内に位置することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の蒸気発生器(100)。
- 前記原子力蒸気供給系(110)は加圧水型原子炉と重水炉とからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の蒸気発生器(100)。
