Claims (9)
- マグネトロンから生じる迷マイクロ波放射を吸収する吸収体を有するマグネトロンであって、前記吸収体は誘電性液体を含有する非金属ジャケットを含むことを特徴とするマグネトロン。
- 前記ジャケットは、真空エンベロープの部分を形成する絶縁スリーブを取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記マグネトロンのカソードの電源リード線は、前記絶縁スリーブを通って延びることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記ジャケットは、液体が前記ジャケットを通って流れることを可能にする冷却回路を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記冷却回路は、前記流れる液体を含有するコイル状パイプを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記冷却回路は、前記マグネトロンの軸に対して平行な区画を含む波状部を有し、前記ジャケットの周りに延びる管を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記誘電性液体は水であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記ジャケットはプラスチック材料で作成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれかに記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記マグネトロンは、主要磁場を与えるための水冷電磁石を含み、単一の電源が、前記電磁石の前記冷却回路と、前記ジャケットの冷却回路と、に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれかに記載のマグネトロン。
