Description
a)低濃度蒸留廃液を加工槽に送る工程、
b)低濃度蒸留廃液を濾過ユニットで濾過し事前に凝縮する工程、及び
c)乾燥物質の量を調整するために、事前に凝縮された低濃度蒸留廃液の第1の副流を加工槽に入っている低濃度蒸留廃液に戻す工程。
Claims (15)
- 低濃度蒸留廃液(TS)を処理するための方法であって、
a)低濃度蒸留廃液(TS)を加工槽(3)に送る工程と、
b)低濃度蒸留廃液(TS)を濾過ユニット(9)で凝縮する工程と、
c)乾燥物質の量を調整するために、前記凝縮された低濃度蒸留廃液の第1の副流(TS1)を前記加工槽(3)に入っている前記低濃度蒸留廃液に戻す工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 濾過ユニット(9)における前記低濃度蒸留廃液の前記凝縮の後で、前記凝縮された低濃度蒸留廃液が少なくとも前記第1の副流(TS1)と第2の副流(TS2)とに分流されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記分流の後で、前記凝縮された低濃度蒸留廃液の少なくとも前記第2の副流(TS2)が遠心分離器、好ましくは分離器(16)によって浄化され、前記低濃度蒸留廃液がさらに凝縮されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 乾物含量が12重量%を超え、好ましくは18重量%以上である凝縮された低濃度蒸留廃液が、さらなる凝縮によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 浄化の後で、前記凝縮された低濃度蒸留廃液が乾燥され、タンパク質を含む高栄養価生成物が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 分流の後の前記第1の副流(TS1)が、第2の副流(TS2)の少なくとも3倍、好ましくは少なくとも6倍大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記加工槽に送られる前記低濃度蒸留廃液(TS)が、デカンター(1)において穀類蒸留廃液(WS)を処理することによって用意されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 浸透流を嫌気性廃水処理施設に送ることができるか、又はプロセス水として再利用することができる浸透流(P)が、前記凝縮された低濃度蒸留廃液に加えて、前記濾過ユニット(9)から排出されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 濾過ユニット(9)における低濃度蒸留廃液の前記凝縮の後で、前記加工槽(3)内にある前記低濃度蒸留廃液の乾物含量に応じて、分流が行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 濾過ユニット(9)における低濃度蒸留廃液の凝縮後の流量によって、流量制御が調整されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 低濃度蒸留廃液からタンパク質を含む高栄養価生成物を生成するためのデバイスであって、加工槽(3)と、濾過ユニット(9)と、遠心分離器、好ましくは分離器(16)と、乾燥器とを備え、
前記濾過ユニット(9)が、凝縮された低濃度蒸留廃液の第1の副流(TS1)用の戻り配管(17)を介して前記加工槽(3)に連結されていることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 前記濾過ユニット(9)が限外濾過ユニットであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のデバイス。
- 前記濾過ユニット(9)が、前記凝縮された低濃度蒸留廃液を第1の副流(TS1)と第2の副流(TS2)とに分流するための手段(15)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載のデバイス。
- 分流するための手段(15)が、流量に応じて調整されることを特徴とする、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記遠心分離器(16)が、浄化された遠心分離相を前記加工槽(3)に戻すための戻り配管(18)を介して、前記加工槽(3)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
