Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、血液、生理学的流体などの流体サンプルから標的細胞を分離して採集するための細胞採集装置を開示する。本発明は、第1フィルターと第2フィルターでなっている。第1フィルターは、流体サンプルに含まれている標的細胞が通過する大きさを持つ複数の第1孔が形成されている。第2フィルターは、第1フィルターの下側に標的細胞を濾過するように配置され、標的細胞が通過する大きさを持つ複数の第2孔が形成されている。本発明によれば、血液、生理学的流体など多量の流体サンプルから標的細胞を分離して簡便で効率よく採集することができる。

Claims (9)
- 流体サンプルに含まれている標的細胞が通過する大きさを持つ複数の第1孔が形成されている第1フィルターと、
前記第1フィルターの下側に前記標的細胞を濾過するように配置され、前記標的細胞が通過する大きさを持つ複数の第2孔が形成されている第2フィルターと、
を含む、
細胞採集装置。 - 前記第1フィルターと前記第2フィルターは、前記複数の第1孔と前記複数の第2孔が互いにずれるように配置されている、
請求項1に記載の細胞採集装置。 - 前記複数の第2孔に前記標的細胞を通過させるために、前記第1フィルターと前記第2フィルターは互いに離隔できるように配置されている、
請求項1または2に記載の細胞採集装置。 - 前記複数の第1孔の間に複数の第1横ストリップ及び複数の第1縦ストリップが形成され、前記複数の第2孔の間に複数の第2横ストリップと複数の第2縦ストリップが形成され、前記第1フィルターと前記第2フィルターが重畳するとき、前記第2横ストリップが前記複数の第1孔の中央を横切るように配置されている、
請求項1または2に記載の細胞採集装置。 - 前記第1フィルターと前記第2フィルターが重畳するとき、前記第2縦ストリップが前記複数の第1孔の中央を横切るように配置されている、
請求項4に記載の細胞採集装置。 - 前記複数の第1横ストリップ、前記複数の第1縦ストリップ、前記複数の第2横ストリップ及び前記複数の第2縦ストリップの幅は前記標的細胞の直径より小さく形成されている、
請求項4に記載の細胞採集装置。 - 前記複数の第1孔と前記複数の第2孔のそれぞれは方形に形成されている、
請求項1または2に記載の細胞採集装置。 - 前記第1フィルターと前記第2フィルターは前記流体サンプルを輸送する導管の内側に設置されている、
請求項1または2に記載の細胞採集装置。 - 前記導管は上部通路を持つ上部導管分割体と下部通路を持つ下部導管分割体に分割され、前記第1フィルターは前記上部通路の下部に設置され、前記第2フィルターは前記下部通路の上部に設置されている、
