Description

Claims (32)
- 脈管の疾病を治療する治療デバイスであって、
外面を有するステントグラフトと、
各々が近位端部及び遠位端部を有する少なくとも2つの側枝入口部と、を有しており、
各々の前記遠位端部は、前記ステントグラフトの前記外面に概ね隣接しており、
前記遠位端部どうしは、概ね軸線方向において、前記近位端部どうしよりもさらに離間される、治療デバイス。 - 各々の前記側枝入口部は、それぞれの前記近位端部の中心点を通過する長軸線を含む、請求項1に記載の治療デバイス。
- 前記側枝入口部の前記長軸線どうしは、非同心である、請求項2に記載の治療デバイス。
- 前記側枝入口部の前記長軸線どうしは、概ね平行である、請求項3に記載の治療デバイス。
- 前記側枝入口部の前記長軸線どうしは、共通の平面に沿って概ね整列されている、請求項2に記載の治療デバイス。
- 少なくとも1つの前記近位端部が順方向を向いている、請求項1に記載の治療デバイス。
- 少なくとも1つの前記近位端部が逆方向を向いている、請求項1に記載の治療デバイス。
- 前記近位端部のうちの1つが順方向を向いており、前記近位端部のうちの別の1つが逆方向を向いている、請求項1に記載の治療デバイス。
- 少なくとも1つの前記側枝入口部は、二叉状に分岐した二叉構成部を有する、請求項1に記載の治療デバイス。
- 前記二叉構成部を有する前記側枝入口部は、概ねT字形状を有する、請求項9に記載の治療デバイス。
- T字形状を有する構成部を備えるとともに、前記少なくとも2つの側枝入口部の前記近位端部どうしの間に配置される第3の側枝入口部を含む、請求項1に記載の治療デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも2つの側枝入口部は、概ねエルボー形状を有する、請求項11に記載の治療デバイス。
- 少なくとも1つの前記側枝入口部は、概ねエルボー形状を有する、請求項1に記載の治療デバイス。
- 脈管系の疾病を治療する治療システムであって、
カテーテルと、
各々が近位端部及び遠位端部を有する少なくとも2つの側枝入口部を備えたステントグラフトと、を具備しており、
各々の前記遠位端部は、前記ステントグラフトの外面に概ね隣接しており、
前記遠位端部どうしは、概ね軸線方向において、前記近位端部どうしよりもさらに離間されており、
さらに、
前記ステントグラフトが管腔内送達されるように、前記ステントグラフトを前記カテーテルの端部において拘束する拘束スリーブと、
前記少なくとも2つの側枝入口部を貫通するガイドワイヤ管と、を具備しており
前記ガイドワイヤ管は、前記ステントグラフトが前記拘束スリーブによって拘束されている間において、前記2つの側枝入口部に通してガイドワイヤを案内する内腔を保持するようになっている治療システム。 - 前記ガイドワイヤ管は、前記ガイドワイヤが前記ガイドワイヤ管を通って受容された後に取り外し可能である、請求項14に記載の治療システム。
- 前記ガイドワイヤ管の両端部は、前記拘束スリーブにおける別個のスリットを通って前記ステントグラフトから離間して延在する、請求項14に記載の治療システム。
- 拘束された状態の前記ステントグラフトから前記ガイドワイヤ管を取り外すことなく、前記側枝入口部に通される前記ガイドワイヤの前進運動を制限できるように、前記ガイドワイヤ管の端部が閉塞されている、請求項14に記載の治療システム。
- 前記少なくとも2つの側枝入口部に装着された1つ又は2つ以上の側枝ステントグラフトをさらに有する、請求項14に記載の治療システム。
- 分枝脈管の治療に用いられる、少なくとも1つの前記側枝入口部を貫通する少なくとも1つの側枝ステントグラフトをさらに有する、請求項14に記載の治療システム。
- 前記少なくとも2つの側枝入口部をそれぞれ貫通する少なくとも2つの側枝ステントグラフトをさらに有する、請求項14に記載の治療システム。
- 前記少なくとも2つの側枝ステントグラフトのうちの2つは、相互に連結されている、請求項20に記載の治療システム。
- 前記ステントグラフトの近位端部に装着されるエクステンダをさらに有する、請求項14に記載の治療システム。
- 大動脈弓の疾病を治療する治療方法であって、
大腿動脈における切開部から大動脈に通して本体ガイドワイヤを近位側の位置まで進めるとともに、前記主要なガイドワイヤを前記近位側の位置において保持し、
治療されるべき第1の分枝脈管における切開部から大動脈に通して前記大腿動脈における切開部まで分枝ガイドワイヤを進め、
本体内腔及び2つの側枝入口部を有するステントグラフトを用意することを含み、
前記ステントグラフトは、管腔内送達用の拘束スリーブ内に拘束されており、
前記2つの側枝入口部の両方は、ガイドワイヤ管によって貫通されており、
前記拘束スリーブは、前記ガイドワイヤ管の端部が貫通するスリットを有しており、
さらに、
前記本体ガイドワイヤを前記本体内腔に挿通させ、
前記分枝ワイヤを前記ガイドワイヤ管に挿通させ、
前記ステントグラフトを前記本体ガイドワイヤ及び前記分枝ワイヤに沿って大動脈弓まで送達させ、
前記分枝ワイヤの端部を治療されるべき第2の分枝脈管内に捕捉し、
前記ステントグラフトを展開することを含む、治療方法。 - 1つ又は2つ以上の側枝ステントグラフトを前記2つの側枝入口部に装着することをさらに含む、請求項23に記載の治療方法。
- 前記2つの側枝入口部の近位端部どうしは、共通の又は概ね同様の平面において整列されている、請求項23に記載の治療方法。
- 前記2つの側枝入口部の近位端部どうしは、前記2つの側枝入口部の両方の近位端部の直径に少なくとも等しい距離だけオフセットされる、請求項23に記載の治療方法。
- 少なくとも1つの前記近位端部が順方向を向いている、請求項26に記載の治療方法。
- 少なくとも1つの前記近位端部が逆方向を向いている、請求項27に記載の治療方法。
- 前記ステントグラフトの近位端部にエクステンダを装着することをさらに含む、請求項23に記載の治療方法。
- 前記エクステンダは、前記ステントグラフトを大動脈弁の基部まで延長させる、請求項29に記載の治療方法。
- 前記エクステンダは、前記ステントグラフトを冠状動脈まで延長させる、請求項29に記載の治療方法。
