Abstract
Description

Claims (23)
- 大動脈弓における移植のための血管内人工器官装置であって、

二次人工器官を受けるためのソケットとを含み、二次人工器官は分岐動脈に配備可能であり、ソケットは主管腔内に延在する少なくとも一部を含み、前記一部は心臓から流れる血液を分岐動脈へ向けるよう近位方向に傾斜しており、前記血管内人工器官装置はさらに、
遠位位置から主管腔を通過してソケットおよび分岐動脈に入るガイドワイヤを収容するよう動作可能な、ソケットの壁の開窓を含み、前記ガイドワイヤは、分岐動脈における二次人工器官の配置を容易にするよう構成されている、血管内人工器官装置。 - 大動脈弓における配置のために構成されており、左総頸動脈および左鎖骨下動脈にそれぞれ対応する第1および第2のソケットを含む、請求項1に記載の血管内人工器官装置。
- 大動脈弓における配置のために構成され、腕頭動脈、左総頸動脈、および左鎖骨下動脈にそれぞれ対応する第1、第2、および第3のソケットを含む、請求項1に記載の血管内人工器官装置。
