Claims (10)
- 長手方向の先端射出側にはノズル部付き出口部材が、その後部側には固定用又は可動用の塞ぎ部が、該塞ぎ部と前記出口部材との中間位置にプラスチックペレットを供給するペレット供給口がそれぞれ設けられたシリンダと、
器本体部の長手方向に対して流入側大開口から流出側小開口に連通する多数の溶融孔が形成され且つ前記シリンダ内径と同径とした溶融器と、
前記溶融器を前記シリンダの外側より加熱する加熱手段と、前記溶融器が前記シリンダ内で可動式又は固定式に設けられた樹脂溶融射出装置と、
前記出口部材から射出される溶融樹脂にて相互を接合する第1部材と第2部材の少なくとも一側面に対し、前記溶融樹脂が注入され且つ該溶融樹脂の逃げを防ぐために保持するアダプタと、からなることを特徴とする樹脂接合装置。 - 請求項1において、前記アダプタは、第1アダプタと第2アダプタとからなり、前記第1アダプタには、前記樹脂溶融射出装置にて生成された溶融樹脂が射出される前記ノズル部が挿入される挿入口が形成され、前記第1アダプタ及び第2アダプタの裏面には前記第1部材と第2部材にそれぞれ穿孔された結合孔を塞ぎつつ前記溶融樹脂の逃げを防ぐ面としての塞ぎ面を有してなることを特徴とする樹脂接合装置。
- 請求項1において、前記アダプタは、第1アダプタと第2アダプタとからなり、前記第1アダプタには、前記樹脂溶融射出装置にて生成された溶融樹脂が射出される前記ノズル部が挿入される挿入口が形成され、前記第1アダプタ又は第2アダプタの裏面には前記第1部材と第2部材にそれぞれ穿孔された結合孔を塞ぐと共に該結合孔径よりも大径なる膨出部を形成する凹部が備えられてなることを特徴とする樹脂接合装置。
- 請求項1において、前記アダプタは、第1アダプタと第2アダプタとからなり、前記第1アダプタには、前記樹脂溶融射出装置にて生成された溶融樹脂が射出される前記ノズル部が挿入される挿入口が形成され、前記第1アダプタ及び第2アダプタの裏面には前記第1部材と第2部材にそれぞれ穿孔された結合孔を塞ぐと共に該結合孔径よりも大径なる膨出部を形成する凹部が備えられてなることを特徴とする樹脂接合装置。
- 請求項1において、前記アダプタは、第1アダプタとして構成され、前記第1アダプタには、前記樹脂溶融射出装置にて生成された溶融樹脂が射出される前記ノズル部が挿入される挿入口が形成されると共に前記溶融樹脂の逃げを防ぐように構成され、さらに前記第1アダプタの裏面にて前記第1部材に穿孔された結合孔を塞ぐと共に該結合孔径よりも大径なる膨出部を形成する凹部が備えられ、前記溶融樹脂にて第1部材及び第2部材が接合されてなることを特徴とする樹脂接合装置。
- 請求項1において、前記アダプタは、第1アダプタと第2アダプタとからなり、前記第1アダプタには前記溶融樹脂が注入される注入口が形成されると共に前記第1部材と第2部材の周囲を囲む連続した溝であって、前記注入口に連通されてなることを特徴とする樹脂接合装置。
- 請求項2,3,4,5又は6の何れか1項において、前記出口部材のノズル部と、前記第1アダプタとの間に、断熱材が介在されてなることを特徴とする樹脂接合装置。
- 請求項1,2,3,4,5,6又は7の何れか1項において、前記出口部材の内部に、ゲートピンが介在されると共に、溶融樹脂が射出しているときには、前記ゲートピン及び前記ノズル部が開口し、射出が終了したときには、前記ゲートピン及び前記ノズル部が閉口してなることを特徴とする樹脂接合装置。
- 請求項8において、前記ゲートピンは、常時は、弾性付勢にて前記ノズル部を閉口するように制御されており、前記ゲートピンの先端は、先鋭部として形成され、該先鋭部に対応して前記ノズル部の先端内形が射出先端口として形成されてなることを特徴とする樹脂接合装置。
- 請求項1において、前記アダプタは、第1アダプタと第2アダプタとからなり、前記樹脂溶融射出装置が複数配置されると共に、前記第1アダプタ又は前記第2アダプタには、前記樹脂溶融射出装置にて生成された溶融樹脂が射出される前記ノズル部が挿入される挿入口が形成され、前記第2アダプタ又は前記第1アダプタの裏面には前記第1部材と第2部材にそれぞれ穿孔された結合孔を塞ぎつつ樹脂連結体が形成され、且つ前記溶融樹脂の逃げを防ぐ面としての塞ぎ面を有してなることを特徴とする樹脂接合装置。
