Abstract
Description
a)前記容器を完全に囲うポリウレタン系ポリマーと、
b)少なくとも1つの活性成分と、選択的に
c)少なくとも1つの薬学的に許容な担体と
を有する容器を持つものである。
a)所望の物理的大きさの二つの開口端を有し、熱可塑性ポリウレタンで作られる中空管を生産するための、精密な成形工程又は注入塑造工程と、
b)前記中空管の前記開口端の1つを封止する工程と、
c)活性体と任意で担体を含む所望の製剤を含む容器を詰める工程、又は前もって準備された小丸薬で容器を充填する工程と、
d)前記中空管の第二の開口端を封止する工程と、
e)前記活性体の所望の輸送速度を達成するために、前記薬物輸送装置を予備処理し、起動する工程とから構成される。
a)二つの開口端を有する中空管を、精密な反応で注入塑造する又はスピン鋳造する工程と、
b)前記中空管を硬化する工程と、
c)前記中空管の一つの端部を封止する工程と、
d)活性体と任意で担体を含む所望の製剤を含む容器を詰める工程、又は前もって準備された小丸薬で容器を充填する工程と、
e)前記中空管の第二の端部を封止する工程と、
f)前記活性体の所望の輸送速度を達成するために、前記薬物輸送装置を予備処理し、起動する工程とから構成される。

iii)前記容器を完全に囲うポリウレタン系ポリマーとから構成される。

Claims (7)
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタンを用いて作られる薬物輸送装置を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
a)所望の物理的大きさで二つの開口端を有し、熱可塑性ポリウレタンで作られる中空管を生産するための、精密な成形工程又は注入塑造工程と、
b)前記中空管の前記開口端の一つを封止する工程と、
c)活性体および選択的に担体を含む所望の製剤を含む容器を装填する工程、または予め準備された小丸薬で容器を充填する工程と、
d)前記中空管の第二の開口端を封止する工程と、
e)前記活性体の所望の輸送速度を達成するために、前記薬物輸送装置を予備処理(conditioning)し、および起動(priming)する工程と
を有する、方法。 - 請求項1記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタンを用いて作られる薬物輸送装置を製造する方法において、前記封止する工程は、熱または溶媒によって前記中空管の前記開口端上に挿入される予め準備されたプラグを用いることによって、または封止しながら熱または溶媒を適用することによって、または前記端部を封止する他の手段によって実行されるものである、方法。
- 熱硬化性ポリウレタンを用いて作られる薬物輸送装置を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
a)二つの開口端を有する中空管を、精密な反応注入塑造し、またはスピン鋳造する工程と、
b)前記中空管を硬化する工程と、
c)前記中空管の一つの端部を封止する工程と、
d)活性体および選択的に担体を含む所望の製剤を含む容器を装填する工程、または予め準備された小丸薬で容器を充填する工程と、
e)前記中空管の第二の端部を封止する工程と、
f)前記活性体の所望の輸送速度を達成するために、前記薬物輸送装置を予備処理(conditioning)し、および起動(priming)する工程と
を有する、方法。 - 熱硬化性ポリウレタンを用いて作られる薬物輸送装置を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
a)一つの開口端を有する中空管を、精密な反応注入塑造し、またはスピン鋳造する工程と、
b)前記中空管を硬化する工程と、
c)活性体および選択的に担体を含む所望の製剤を含む容器を装填する工程、または予め準備された小丸薬で容器を充填する工程と、
d)前記中空管の前記開口端を封止する工程と、
e)前記活性体の所望の輸送速度を達成するために、前記薬物輸送装置を予備処理(conditioning)し、および起動(priming)する工程と
を有する、方法。 - 請求項3または4記載の熱硬化性ポリウレタンを用いて作られる薬物輸送装置を製造する方法において、前記中空管の製造および開口端を封止する工程は、適切な光開始性および/または熱開始性の熱硬化性ポリウレタン製剤を用いて、前記光開始性および/または熱開始性の熱硬化性ポリウレタン製剤を光および/または熱で開始させ且つ硬化させる工程によって、または前記端部を封止する他の手段によって実行されるものである、方法。
- 請求項3または4記載の熱硬化性ポリウレタンを用いて作られる薬物輸送装置を製造する方法において、前記開口端を封止する工程は、前記中空管の前記開口端に、予め準備された端部プラグを挿入することによって実行されるものである、方法。
- 請求項3または4記載の熱硬化性ポリウレタンを用いて作られる薬物輸送装置を製造する方法において、前記開口端を封止する工程は、前記中空管の前記開口端に、予め準備された端部プラグを挿入することによって、及び適切な光開始性および/または熱開始性の熱硬化性ポリウレタン製剤を、前記予め準備された端部プラグと前記開口端との間の界面に適用し、且つ光および/または熱で硬化させることによって、または前記端部を封止する他の手段によって実行されるものである、方法。
