Abstract
【解決手段】ガラス繊維織物と、ガラス繊維織物に含浸される光硬化樹脂を有する不燃性シートである。光硬化樹脂は、少なくとも基本樹脂として、主鎖中に臭素が付加されたビニルエステルを含有する。光硬化樹脂に対して、リン濃度が0.6重量%以上となるようにリン酸エステルを添加することで、不燃性シートの不燃性がさらに向上する。また、光硬化樹脂に、アルキルフェノン系光重合開始剤とアシルフォスフィンオキサイド系光重合開始剤の混合触媒を添加することで、光硬化樹脂をブラックライトの光にて硬化させることができる。

Description
[実施例]
具体的な実施例を挙げて、本発明の不燃性シートについてより詳細に説明する。
[製造方法]
図2を参照して、本発明の実施形態に係る不燃シートの製造方法について説明する。
不燃性シートの不燃性の評価は、輻射電気ヒータから不燃性シート表面に、50kW/m2の輻射熱を照射する発熱試験によって評価した。評価基準としては、加熱開始後20分間の総発熱量が8MJ/m2以下であり、且つ加熱開始後20分間、最高発熱速度が10秒以上継続して200kW/m2を超えない場合を、不燃性が良好であるとした。
[不燃性シートの不燃性とリン濃度との関係]
不燃性シート中のリン濃度と不燃性シートの不燃性との関係を調べるために、表1に示した光硬化樹脂において、リンの濃度を変化させて、光硬化樹脂の不燃性の評価を行った。まず、リン濃度が0.4重量%,0.6重量%,0.8重量%,1.0重量%,1.5重量%の光硬化樹脂の試料を作成し、不燃性の評価を行った。不燃性の評価は、不燃認定試験で採用されているコーンカロリーメータを用い、各試料の総発熱量(MJ/m2)で不燃性の評価を行った。評価結果を図4に示す。
[不燃性シートに添加する紫外線吸収剤とラジカル捕捉剤の効果]
光硬化樹脂に、紫外線吸収剤とラジカル捕捉剤を添加しない試料と、光硬化樹脂に紫外線吸収剤とラジカル捕捉剤のいずれか一方を添加した試料と、光硬化樹脂に紫外線吸収剤とラジカル捕捉剤とを添加した試料とを作成し、キセノンランプ(180W/cm2)で劣化試験を行った結果を図5に示す。紫外線吸収剤は、ヒドロキシフェニルトリアジン系紫外線吸収剤を用い、光硬化樹脂100重量部に対して0.2重量部添加した。ラジカル捕捉剤は、ヒンダードアミン系ラジカル捕捉剤を用い、光硬化樹脂100重量部に対して1.0重量部添加した。

Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1枚のガラス繊維織物と、当該ガラス繊維織物に含浸される光硬化樹脂と、を有する不燃性シートであって、
前記ガラス繊維織物中のガラス繊維を構成するガラス組成物と、前記光硬化樹脂との屈折率との差が0.02以下であり、
前記不燃性シートに対する前記ガラス繊維織物の割合が20〜70重量%、前記不燃性シートに対する前記光硬化樹脂の割合が80〜30重量%であり、
前記光硬化樹脂は、少なくとも臭素化ビニルエステルを含有する組成物を硬化させたものである
ことを特徴とする不燃性シート。 - 前記光硬化樹脂中のリン濃度が0.6重量%以上となるように、前記光硬化樹脂中にリン酸エステルを添加する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の不燃性シート。 - 前記光硬化樹脂中に、アルキルフェノン系光重合開始剤とアシルフォスフィンオキサイド系光重合開始剤とを添加する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の不燃性シート。 - 前記光硬化樹脂中に、ヒドロキシフェニルトリアジン系紫外線吸収剤を添加する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の不燃性シート。 - 前記光硬化樹脂中に、ヒンダードアミン系ラジカル捕捉剤を添加する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の不燃性シート。 - 少なくとも1枚のガラス繊維織物と、当該ガラス繊維織物に含浸される光硬化樹脂と、を有する不燃性シートの製造方法であって、
第1のフィルム上に、未硬化の光硬化樹脂を塗布し、
当該光硬化樹脂が塗布された第1のフィルム上に、前記ガラス繊維織物を載置し、
当該ガラス繊維織物上に前記未硬化の光硬化樹脂を塗布し、
当該光硬化樹脂が塗布されたガラス繊維織物上に、第2のフィルムを載置し、
前記ガラス繊維織物を前記第1のフィルム及び前記第2のフィルムで挟んだ状態で、前記第1のフィルムまたは前記第2のフィルムを介して前記未硬化の光硬化樹脂に、300nm〜400nmの波長を有する光を照射して、前記未硬化の光硬化樹脂を硬化させる
ことを特徴とする不燃性シートの製造方法。
