Abstract
【解決手段】支持体4は、ベース部11及び複数の脚部12を有している。脚部12は、挿入開始側がスリット32によって周方向に沿って複数に分割され内周側に弾性変形して開口部21に挿入されて固定される挿入部31と、挿入部31の根元部分31Aの内周面31Cと周方向端面31Dとの間の部分が凸状のアール面になるように形成されたアール部33とを有している。

Description
通気が必要な内部空間と通気用の開口部とを有する筐体に取り付け可能な通気部材であって、
前記内部空間と外部空間との間の通気経路としての通気孔を有する支持体と、
前記通気孔を前記外部空間側で閉じるように前記支持体上に配置された通気膜と、を備え、
前記支持体は、
前記通気膜を支持しているベース部と、
前記筐体の前記開口部に前記通気部材を固定するための部分であって、前記ベース部から前記内部空間側に向かって延びている脚部と、を含み、
前記脚部は、
挿入開始側がスリットによって周方向に沿って複数に分割され、内周側に弾性変形して前記開口部に挿入して固定される挿入部と、
前記挿入部の根元部分の内周面と周方向端面との間の部分が、凸状のアール面になるように形成されたアール部と、を有している、通気部材を提供する。
図7〜図10及び図12に示した構成を有するZ-PLUG(日東電工株式会社製)の挿入部を切削加工して図4〜図6に示したアール部を形成した通気部材を図1のような筐体の開口部(直径8.2mm)に取り付けた。通気部材の挿入部の根元部分の内周面にクラックは発生しなかった。
通気部材としてのZ-PLUGを図1のような筐体の開口部(直径8.2mm)に取り付けた。通気部材の挿入部の根元部分の内周面にクラックは2箇所発生した。

Claims (4)
- 通気が必要な内部空間と通気用の開口部とを有する筐体に取り付け可能な通気部材であって、
前記内部空間と外部空間との間の通気経路としての通気孔を有する支持体と、
前記通気孔を前記外部空間側で閉じるように前記支持体上に配置された通気膜と、を備え、
前記支持体は、
前記通気膜を支持しているベース部と、
前記筐体の前記開口部に前記通気部材を固定するための部分であって、前記ベース部から前記内部空間側に向かって延びている脚部と、を含み、
前記脚部は、
挿入開始側がスリットによって周方向に沿って複数に分割され、内周側に弾性変形して前記開口部に挿入して固定される挿入部と、
前記挿入部の根元部分の内周面と周方向端面との間の部分が、凸状のアール面になるように形成されたアール部と、を有している、通気部材。 - 前記開口部の周囲かつ前記支持体と前記筐体との間の隙間に装着された環状のシール部材をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の通気部材。
- 前記脚部は、前記挿入部の挿入開始側端部から外周側に突出し、前記筐体に係止可能な爪部をさらに有している、請求項1または2に記載の通気部材。
- 前記スリットの底部の内周側部分は、凸状のアール面になるように形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の通気部材。
