Abstract
【解決手段】ピニオン3と内歯歯車2とを備えた、液圧式車両ブレーキ装置の逆送ポンプとしての内接歯車ポンプ1に関する。本発明は、内接歯車ポンプ1にアキシアルディスク20を備えさせ、内接歯車ポンプ1の吐出圧によって付勢されてアキシアルディスク20をピニオン3および内歯歯車2の端面に対して押圧させる中間部材22を設けることを提案する。

Claims (10)
- 内歯歯車(2)と、該内歯歯車(2)内に配置されて該内歯歯車(2)と噛み合っているピニオン(3)と、該ピニオン(3)および前記内歯歯車(2)の端面に当接している相対回転不能で且つ軸線方向に可動なアキシアルディスク(20)とを備えた液圧式車両ブレーキ装置用内接歯車ポンプにおいて、前記アキシアルディスク(20)の、前記ピニオン(3)および前記内歯歯車(2)とは逆の側に、前記アキシアルディスク(20)を前記ピニオン(3)および前記内歯歯車(2)の前記端面のほうへ付勢する、軸線方向に可動な中間部材(22)が配置されていることを特徴とする内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記中間部材(22)が前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)の吐出圧によって軸線方向において前記アキシアルディスク(20)の方向に付勢されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)のポンプ吐出部(26)が、前記ピニオン(3)と前記内歯歯車(2)との間にあるポンプ室(7)から前記アキシアルディスク(20)と前記中間部材(22)とを通り、該中間部材(22)を、前記アキシアルディスク(20)とは逆の側で、前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)の前記吐出圧で付勢することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)のポンプ吐出部(26)が前記中間部材(22)を通って該中間部材(22)の周部へ通じていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記中間部材(22)が、前記アキシアルディスク(20)とは逆の側に、前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)の吐出圧で付勢される環状段部(27)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記中間部材(22)が、その周部に、該中間部材と一体で周回するように延在するパッキン(28)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記ピニオン(3)と前記内歯歯車(2)とが軸線方向に可動であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)が軸受ブラケット(31)を有し、該軸受ブラケットが、前記内接歯車ポンプ(1)のポンプ軸(5)を回転可能に支持する軸受(32)を保持していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記軸受(32)が、前記ポンプ軸(5)を軸線方向において保持し且つ前記軸受ブラケット(31)によって軸線方向に保持される固定軸受であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記ピニオン(3)が前記ポンプ軸(5)上に相対回転不能に且つ軸線方向に可動に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の内接歯車ポンプ。
