Abstract
【解決手段】各PVモジュール22は、PV積層体と、別のPVモジュールが取り付けられる取着領域が形成されるフレームとを有する。コネクタは、ヘッドからオス型固定部材が延伸するオス型コネクタ110と、ヘッド内にメス型固定部材が取り付けられるメス型コネクタ112とから成る。ヘッドは、プラスチックで形成される。PVモジュールキット20は、結合部において少なくとも2つのPVモジュールの取着領域が位置合わせされると共に、オス型コネクタとメス型コネクタとを係合させることによって相互接続され、電気的に略絶縁される。複数のコネクタにはさらに、オス型固定部材を摺動させて挿入できる大きさの穴が形成されるヘッドを含むスペーサコネクタ114が含まれてもよい。

Claims (11)
- 略平坦な設置面に非貫通方式で設置される太陽光発電モジュールキットであって、
複数の太陽光発電モジュールと、
複数のコネクタと
を備え、
前記複数の太陽光発電モジュールはそれぞれ、
太陽光発電積層体と、
前記太陽光発電積層体に取り付けられており、取着領域が形成されているフレームと
を有し、
前記複数のコネクタは、
ヘッドからオス型固定部材が延伸しているオス型コネクタと、
前記オス型固定部材に係合するように構成されているメス型固定部材がヘッド内に取り付けられているメス型コネクタと
を有し、
前記オス型コネクタの前記ヘッドおよび前記メス型コネクタの前記ヘッドは、プラスチックで形成されており、
前記太陽光発電モジュールキットは、少なくとも2つの前記太陽光発電モジュールの取着領域が、前記メス型コネクタに前記オス型コネクタを係合させることによって、位置合わせされて相互接続されている第1の結合部を含み、前記オス型固定部材および前記メス型固定部材は、前記オス型コネクタの前記ヘッドおよび前記メス型コネクタの前記ヘッドに覆われている太陽光発電モジュールキット。 - 前記オス型固定部材および前記メス型固定部材は金属である請求項1に記載の太陽光発電モジュールキット。
- 前記オス型固定部材は、基部および軸によって長さが画定されているボルトであり、前記第1の結合部では、複数のプラスチック部品が連続して配置されて通路を形成しており、前記通路の長さと、前記オス型コネクタの前記ヘッドの厚みとを組み合わせると、前記ボルトの前記長さよりも長くなる請求項1又は2に記載の太陽光発電モジュールキット。
- 前記基部は、前記オス型コネクタの前記ヘッドの内部に埋設されている請求項3に記載の太陽光発電モジュールキット。
- 前記メス型コネクタは、前記ヘッドに埋設されているナットである
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の太陽光発電モジュールキット。 - 前記複数のコネクタはさらに、前記オス型固定部材の一部分を摺動させて挿入させる大きさの穴が形成されているヘッドを含むスペーサコネクタを有する請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の太陽光発電モジュールキット。
- 前記第1の結合部はさらに、前記スペーサコネクタを2つ含む請求項6に記載の太陽光発電モジュールキット。
- 前記複数の太陽光発電モジュールのそれぞれの前記フレームは、前記太陽光発電積層体の外周の外側を取り囲む骨組部と、前記骨組部から前記骨組部を超えて延伸している複数のアームとを含み、前記複数のアームのそれぞれには前記取着領域が設けられており、前記第1の結合部ではさらに、前記オス型コネクタを前記メス型コネクタに係合させることによって、第1の太陽光発電モジュール、第2の太陽光発電モジュール、第3の太陽光発電モジュール、および、第4の太陽光発電モジュールそれぞれの1つのアームが相互接続されている請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の太陽光発電モジュールキット。
- 前記オス型コネクタおよび前記メス型コネクタは、係止状態および緩み状態の間で切替可能であり、前記係止状態では、前記オス型コネクタのヘッドが前記第1の太陽光発電モジュールの一のアームと摩擦力によって係合しており、前記メス型コネクタのヘッドが前記第4の太陽光発電モジュールの一のアームと摩擦力によって係合している

前記第1の端部の反対側の前記骨組部の第2の端部から前記第2の端部を越えて外側に延伸している第3のアームおよび第4のアームと

前記太陽光発電モジュール設備はさらに、
前記第1の太陽光発電モジュールに隣接する太陽光発電モジュールと前記第1のアームとを取り外し可能に相互接続している第1のコネクタアセンブリと、
前記第1の太陽光発電モジュールに隣接する太陽光発電モジュールと前記第2のアームとを取り外し可能に相互接続している第2のコネクタアセンブリと、

前記第1から第4のコネクタアセンブリはそれぞれ、
ヘッドおよびオス型固定部材を含むオス型コネクタと、
ヘッドおよびメス型固定部材を含むメス型コネクタと
を有し、
前記オス型コネクタの前記ヘッドおよび前記メス型コネクタの前記ヘッドは、プラスチックで形成されており、
