Abstract
【解決手段】質量%で、0.03〜0.12%のC、0〜1.0%のSi、0.2〜0.8%のMn、0.03%以下のP、0.03%以下のSおよび0.05%以下のAlを含有する。また、0.03〜0.4%のNbおよび0.03〜0.3%のVのいずれかを含有する。さらに、各元素は、上記含有量に範囲にて5×C%−Si%+Mn%−1.5×Al%<1を満たす。なお、残部はFeおよび不可避的不純物である。そして、析出物であるNb、VおよびTiのうちのいずれかを含む炭化物の平均粒径を20〜100nmにする。このように化学成分を規制し、かつ、析出物を微細均一分散させることにより、耐ヒートスポット性および耐摩耗性を向上できる。

- 質量%で、C:0.03〜0.12%、Si:0〜1.0%、Mn:0.2〜0.8%、P:0.03%以下、S:0.03%以下、Nb:0.03〜0.4%およびAl:0.05%以下を(1)式を満たすように含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなる化学成分であり、
析出物であるNb系炭化物の平均粒径が20〜100nmであり、
断面硬さが200〜400HVである

5×C%−Si%+Mn%−1.5×Al%<1・・・(1) - 質量%で、C:0.03〜0.12%、Si:0〜1.0%、Mn:0.2〜0.8%、P:0.03%以下、S:0.03%以下およびAl:0.05%以下を(1)式を満たすように含有し、かつ、Nb:0.01〜0.4%、V:0.01〜0.3%およびTi:0.01〜0.3%のうちの複数種を(2)式を満たすように含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなる化学成分であり、
析出物であるNb、VおよびTiのうちのいずれかを含む炭化物の平均粒径が20〜100nmであり、
断面硬さが200〜400HVである
ことを特徴とする冷延鋼板。
5×C%−Si%+Mn%−1.5×Al%<1・・・(1)
0.04<(Nb%÷1.4)+(V%÷1.1)+Ti%<0.3・・・(2) - 質量%で、Cr:0.10〜2.0%、Ni:0.05〜0.5%、Mo:0.05〜0.5%およびB:0.0002〜0.002%の少なくとも1種とを(3)式を満たすように含有する化学成分である
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3いずれか一記載の冷延鋼板。
5×C%−Si%+Mn%+1.6×Cr%+0.8×Ni%−1.5×Al%<1・・・(3) - 鋼板表面から少なくとも200μmまでの表層部における析出物であるNb、VおよびTiのうちのいずれかを含む炭化物の平均粒径が20〜100nmである
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4いずれか一記載の冷延鋼板。 - 請求項1ないし4いずれか一記載の化学成分の鋼スラブを溶製し、
この鋼スラブを1200℃以上に加熱し熱間圧延して熱延鋼板とし、
この熱延鋼板を500〜700℃で巻き取って熱延コイルとし、
この熱延コイルを、冷間圧延するか、または、焼鈍および冷間圧延することにより、断面硬さを200〜400HVにする
ことを特徴とする冷延鋼板の製造方法。
