Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の吸湿剤及びこれを含む光学素子用保護膜は、水分の浸透を抑えながら光を遮断せず、軟性基材に適用可能であり、光学素子の劣化を防止して長期間発光特性を維持することができるようにする。

Description
<実施例1>
トルエン(ALDRICH)300gをアルミニウムブトキシド(ALDRICH)0.2mol重量及びB−locton(ALDRICH)0.6mol重量と混合して800rpmにて強く24時間攪拌した後、蒸発器を用いて150℃で2時間減圧することにより、吸湿剤(R1:シクロペンチル基、X:400〜600、M:Al)を収得した。
トルエン300gをアルミニウムブトキシド0.2mol重量及びテトラヒドロ無水フタル酸(ALDRICH)0.6mol重量と混合して800rpmにて強く24時間攪拌した後、蒸発器を用いて150℃で2時間減圧することにより、吸湿剤(R1:フェニル基、X:400〜600、M:Al)を収得した。
トルエン300gをアルミニウムブトキシド0.2mol重量及び無水フタル酸(ALDRICH)0.6mol重量と混合して800rpmにて強く24時間攪拌した後、蒸発器を用いて150℃で2時間減圧することにより、吸湿剤(R1:シクロヘキシル基、X:400〜600、M:Al)を収得した。
トルエン300gをアルミニウムイソプロポキシド(ALDRICH)0.2mol重量及びエチルヘキサン酸(ALDRICH)0.6mol重量と混合して800rpmにて強く24時間攪拌した後、蒸発器を用いて150℃で2時間減圧することにより、吸湿剤(R1:オクチル基、X:400〜600、M:Al)を収得した。
<実施例5>
トルエン(ALDRICH)300gをアルミニウムブトキシド(ALDRICH)0.2mol重量及びピペリジンプロピオン酸0.6mol重量と混合して80℃で800rpmにて強く24時間攪拌した後、蒸発器を用いて150℃で2時間減圧することにより、吸湿剤(R1:ヘキセル基、R2:フェニル基、R3:ペンチル基、M:Al)を収得した。
トルエン300gをアルミニウムブトキシド0.2mol重量及びN,N−ジイソプロピル−[2,6−ビス(2,4,6−トリイソプロピルフェニル)]−ベンズアミジナト0.6mol重量と混合して80℃で800rpmにて強く24時間攪拌した後、蒸発器を用いて150℃で2時間減圧することにより、吸湿剤(R1:ヘキセル基、R2:フェニル基、R3:フェニル基、M:Al)を収得した。
<実施例7>
実施例1から得られた吸湿剤100重量部とトルエン60重量部にEVA(DUPONT社)40重量部を溶解させて混合した後、密封基板に20μmの厚さにコートし、しかる後に、90℃で30分間溶媒を除去して100℃でEVAを軟化させた後、OLED素子部とラミネートした。
実施例1から得られた吸湿剤100重量部とパラフィン20重量部を60℃で加熱して混合した後、密封基板に20μmの厚さにコートし、しかる後に、80℃でパラフィンを軟化させた後、OLED素子部とラミネートした。
実施例5から得られた吸湿剤100重量部とトルエン60重量部にEVA(DUPONT社)40重量部を溶解させて混合した後、密封基板(ガラス)に20μmの厚さにコートし、しかる後に、90℃で30分間溶媒を除去して100℃でEVAを軟化させた後、OLED素子部とラミネートした。
実施例5から得られた吸湿剤100重量部とパラフィン20重量部を60℃で加熱して混合した後、密封基板(ガラス)に20μmの厚さにコートし、80℃でパラフィンを軟化させた後、OLED素子部とラミネートした。
CaOから得られた吸湿剤(ALDRICH)100重量部とパラフィン20重量部を60℃で加熱して混合した後、密封基板に20μmの厚さにコートし、80℃でパラフィを軟化させた後、OLED素子部とラミネートした。
25℃RH90%の恒温恒湿器に、前記実施例及び比較例で製造された吸湿剤及びOLEDを保管しながら、時間経過による水分吸収量を測定し、下記式1で吸収率を計算した。
(時間経過後の重量−初期重量)/初期重量×100
25℃RH90%の恒温恒湿器に、前記実施例及び比較例で製造された吸湿剤及びOLEDを2時間保管した後、550nmで水分吸収前後の光透過率を測定した。
70℃RH80%の恒温恒湿器に、前記実施例及び比較例で製造された吸湿剤及びOLEDを保管した後、時間経過による発光強さが50%に減少した時間を示した。
Claims (10)
- 下記化学式2で表される化合物を含む吸湿剤。
- 550nmで測定した光透過率が50%以上である、請求項1に記載の吸湿剤。
- 請求項1又は2記載の吸湿剤を含む、光学素子用保護膜。
- 熱可塑性樹脂をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の光学素子用保護膜。
- 熱可塑性樹脂が100ppm以下の水分含量を有する、請求項4に記載の光学素子用保護膜。
- 熱可塑性樹脂が50〜200℃の軟化点を有する、請求項4又は5に記載の光学素子用保護膜。
- 550nmで測定した光透過率が50%以上である、請求項3から6いずれかに記載の光学素子用保護膜。
- 光学素子が有機発光素子(OLED)、半導体、液晶表示装置(LCD)、プラズマディスプレイ装置(PDP)、及び太陽電池の中から選ばれる、請求項3から7いずれかに記載の光学素子用保護膜。
- 請求項1又は請求項2の吸湿剤を含む、光学素子。
- 請求項3〜8のいずれか1項の保護膜を含む、光学素子。
