Abstract
【解決手段】移動部材は、負荷転動体転走部2aに沿って伸びる保持部31、戻し通路を構成する戻し通路構成部33、及び一対の方向転換路の内周部を構成する一対の方向転換路内周構成部32,34を有する循環路成形体21,22を備える。循環路成形体21,22は、一方の方向転換路内周構成部32及び保持部31が一体に成形された第一の成形体21と、他方の方向転換路内周構成部34及び戻し通路構成部33が一体に成形された第二の成形体22と、を備える。第一の成形体21と第二の成形体22とは別体である。

Claims (5)
- 転動体転走部を有する軌道部材と、
前記軌道部材に複数の転動体を介して移動可能に組み付けられ、前記軌道部材の前記転動体転走部に対向する負荷転動体転走部、前記負荷転動体転走部と平行な戻し通路、並びに前記転動体転走路と前記負荷転動体転走部との間の負荷転動体転走路、及び前記戻し通路に接続される一対の方向転換路を含む循環路を有する移動部材と、を備え、
前記移動部材は、前記負荷転動体転走部に沿って伸びる保持部、前記戻し通路を構成する戻し通路構成部、及び前記一対の方向転換路の内周部を構成する一対の方向転換路内周構成部を有する循環路成形体を備える運動案内装置において、
前記循環路成形体は、一方の方向転換路内周構成部及び前記保持部が一体に成形された第一の成形体と、他方の方向転換路内周構成部及び前記戻し通路構成部が一体に成形された第二の成形体と、を備え、
前記第一の成形体と前記第二の成形体とが別体である運動案内装置。 - 前記第二の成形体の前記戻し通路構成部は、筒形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の運動案内装置。
- 前記第二の成形体の前記戻し通路構成部の先端部、及び前記第二の成形体の前記方向転換路内周構成部には、前記第一の成形体に対して前記第二の成形体を位置決めする位置決め部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の運動案内装置。
- 前記移動部材は、前記負荷転動体転走部を有する移動ブロックを備え、
前記第一の成形体には、前記移動ブロックの移動方向の前記両端面に接する一対のプレートが一体に成形され、
前記第二の成形体の前記戻し通路構成部の前記先端部、及び前記第二の成形体の前記方向転換路内周構成部は、前記第一の成形体の前記一対のプレートに位置決めされることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の運動案内装置。 - 前記移動部材は、前記負荷転動体転走部及び貫通孔を有する移動ブロックを備え、
前記第二の成形体の前記戻し通路構成部は、前記第一の成形体の前記一対のプレートの貫通孔の少なくとも一方の貫通孔に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の運動案内装置。
